They offload us from flight
I will not recommend anyone to buy ticket from them they are not UK based they dont have UK contact number they have only reboot chat nothing will help you loose all my money they not even reply by mail

Booking failed
Scam. Don't use this travel company. Book 2 tickets to Philippines, I haven't got any email nor ticket confirming my bookings. They don't have contact number, no email address just chat box that is robot. My payment stay pending until now. They are ghost. No response from them. I just feel that I lost my money and still haven't got ticket. Travelling suppose in 3 weeks time but I don't know if it will happend since I got not ticket. So stressful.

My booking number is bin-727**** I'm changing my travel date is 19 July and I paid to budget air Rs. 6825 and now it was 27 July 2023 but at the end today I was checked my ticket on manage booking section it was not shown it's shown there are no booking on this booking number

In 11jul I booked to flight but it cancelled by budget and I received to email from budget about refund amount within 10 days that have request no: BAE-339**** BAE-339**** But until now I didn't receive any amount Thanks

Taken money not sent tickets
I purchased tickets from agent Iqbal Hussain on qatar Air ways . He told me to get best seats I have to make payment straight away. And that once the amount is processed the tickets will be issued on 24 hrs. Nothing of that sort has happened. No tickets no receipt and the only thing has sent me was a PNR but it doesn't have ticket numbe.

Very hard to connect to the customer service
They overcharged me because when I try to pay websites said payment is declined and I tried to pay again and again and after 4 I give up and after little while when I checked my bank account it was charged me 4 times and also when payment was not same, very Disappointed with the service

Refund or change or something!!
Hi there! My mom was supposed to fly from Quito to Istanbul (booking number BUK-2833****). She bought the tickets outbound and inbound on may 9 of 2023. At that time It was possible to have ONE connection in Madrid if the final destination is not a Schengen country. The final destination is Turkey. At the airport she received her boarding passes but wasn't allowed to board. She was told that 20 days ago the rules changed and Ecuadorians do need a Visa to make a transfer now on. But She wasn't inform by anyone about these changes. Budgetair should have inform her about this. I've been trying to change the outbound flight so she could fly in the next days. But I don't receive any support from Budgetair. The changes that are being offered are 3 times more expensive from the original ticket. She can't even make use of her return flight. We ask for a full refund in this special case or to voucher this tickets. Please contact me as soon as possible with an answer.

They cancelled my ticket without asking me and said refound 10 business day. What I am doing overseas in the 10 days .
My plane should be check in 12 of July at 1am. Thet cancelled my ticket without asking. Never send me any slouation that problems. Just say sorry. Where iam sleep?whether I am eating. If late atlist they'll have to provide something. They mass up my whole travel plan.

My mother just passed away and I needed to book international flights for my brother and his family. I went through the process, the immediately put the money on pending and then said payment declined. I now have no money to bring him, no contact and my brother will miss my mothers funeral

Dammam Delhi Trip Cancellation Without my consent

I am in state of depression why my trip is cancelled what ever the reasons may be. I will be self motivated again to book in near future if you consider a compensation of 50% of trip cost . Hi Budget team ;; Good day ... I make a booking for my wife and three kids through your website on may 31, 2023 from Abu Dhabi to Beirut -Lebanon under Reference number : BAF-325**** . Just want to know the fees for cancellation for this booking ( Return booking ) also when i try to make a new booking for me i found the price different in your same page during 24 hours from 7116 AED to 5356 AED which is not fair . which you to call me back asap as i cant trust any more to book my ticket now with your website . For cancellation fees i need to know the amount and its for one way or two ways . can you provide a contact number for calling through telephone to your customer services ?? as the two numbers posted on Website NOT working. Thanks

Part of name errased from e-ticket but registrated correctly on the website, see photos.
The issue that I have experienced was: Part of the name was erased in, when i recieved my e-ticket, but on their website, when i log in to BudgetAir and chat with chatbot the name is spelled correct. See photos. Customer service was very rude and hang up on me mulitiple times, i had to call again and again to explain the situation. And they did not believe me, I said I could prove with screensshots of the correct name was shown on the website, but hey told me they had no email I could send the prove to. First represenatative would charge me 400 british pound for name change despite my explanation that there must have had happened a technical error.She hang up on me. The number 5 customer service person I spoke to (cause the rest hang up) would charge me 300 british pound, and I said how can the price differ. He hung up on me. Luckily I get through to the same person and he now tells me: ok I will se what I can do, comes back and says: the chatbot on budgetair website will change the name for free. I then go to the chatbot and the chatbot says 55 pounds for a name change and then it wants me to choose passenger, where I then can see the chatbot has the name spelled correctly. SO FRUSTRATING: MY ADVICE: DO NEVER BOOK THROUGH BUDGETAIR; BUT GO TO THE OPERATING FLIGHT COMPANYS WEBSITE!
