Services rendered but never paid

I produced the audio for BTL Sports television ad, and BTL Sports voicemail messaging but was never paid for it. Numerous requests for payment have been totally ignored and theres never been a response as to why payment was not remitted. According to a colleague in San Antonio, the audio was used, and an attempt to erase the protective watermark on the audio had occured, resulting in degraded quality. My voice and the quality of my production is my reputation, so more harm was done than just an unpaid invoice. The dangers of internet commerce, I suppose. We must all proceed with caution.

BTL Entertainment - Review in Ceremonies and Events category from Universal City, Texas

By the way, Larry Williams with LaborFest San Antonio was blocked from Sunken Gardens. Thats why the venue was changed. For LaborFest 2016 He tried to borrow money to pay the acts because of low tickets sales. Theres nothing "shocking" to reveal. He didnt have the money to pay the artist or staff. He has never paid them in the past either. People should Try and get refunds from their credit and bank cards if possible. He owes alot of people in San Antonio money. He was on the news in 2015 for stealing from Nonprofits (google it). Several lawsuits are pending..This is just a few of many..Get in line and dont be fooled by this Christian Crook. The carnival took place because Larry Williams had minimal involvement. Everything else was misrepresentation. PERIOD

BTL Entertainment - Jagged Edge Concert Review from San Antonio, Texas

I attend the Jagged Edge concert on New Years Eve. First of all, I had NO idea this event was going to be outside. I paid 592.00 (including tax) for a 4 person table which was to include 1 bottle of Moët, 1 bottle of Mascato, a breakfast buffet, 1 valet parking pass, skip line access, and 4 vip wristbands. 2 days before the event (12/29), I was informed that I was going to be getting a refund for the buffet and there was not going to be Moët but champagne. When we got there, it was so unorignized. The people that Were to attend with me were not even on the VIP list. It was just a blank sheet of paper with my name on it. Secondly, when we went to the VIP section I asked the sercurity guard where do we sit and he was like anywhere. What????? I figured since this was going to be at the Tobin, it was going to be very organized and professional. It was cold and I am very upset.

BTL Entertaiment CEO Larry Williams is a criminal

I went to the Jagged Edge concert at the Tobin Center for a New Year's Eve party. I spent $295.00 for VIP entrance, table, wine, a breakfast buffet, and show. I didn't get to see the show, drink the wine, or have the buffet. It was 38 degrees outside which the advertisement for the show did not say it was an outside venue. Larry Williams refused to give myself and friends a refund because of the false advertisement. He didn't reimburse for the buffet that was now canceled. He hid from me for 2 hours with numerous attempts to contact him. The Tobin Center Facility Manager was no help either and should be fire for his lack of professionalism. No one from the Tobin Center or BTL Entertainment staff had solutions for the hundreds of people who showed up for a show thinking they would see a show inside and being told it was outside or they could watch from the window (no sound was piped in). Who would pay that kind of money for that? Larry Williams is a fraud at best or worst a calculated *** man who has duped many hard working people out of their money. He advertised Moët and Moscato on the tables and we had to fight to get the Moët and a off brand wine. He had all of the remaining bottles removed from the tables after we complained that it wasn't what was advertised. Myself and friends spent 2 hours at the entrance of the venue trying to get Larry Williams to give us a refund. When he did talk to us he had excuses on why he couldn't refund our money. The best one was "if I give you your money back I'll have to give everyone's money back that didn't get what they thought they were getting". Apparently, the point of do business is providing a service or product that you say you are and if not, correcting the problem. Larry Williams missed that lesson in Business School 101. If you see Larry Williams or Between The Lines Entertainment do not give him your hard earned money. You will be disappointed and unsatistifed. For my brother & sisters in the military take heed he is undeserving of your money. Don't support anything associated with him, poison.

BTL Entertainment - Concert Review from Converse, Texas

I went to their new years Jagged Edge concert. While the performance was nice. It was OUTSIDE in 40 degree weather. Even Jagged Edge said that was unaccepable. We paid for a table and thats all we got WAS A TABLE, NO CHAIRS. And the only heaters were for people who paid $750 dollars. Even with the valet you had to walk around the building to get in. The bottled water was $5. And tbe whole area was subpar. I was very disappointed. Then they didnt even ring in the new year. It was supoosed to be fireworks but we left at 1230 cause it was so cold and still no fireworks. Never again. Very disappointed

BTL Sports & Entertainment Does Not Pay Their Invoices

BTL Sports & Entertainment company, owned by Larry Williams, puts on fundraisers in the San Antonio & Texas areas but please be warned, Larry refuses to pay his contract workers and companies he hires. Sadly, he puts on a festival to raise money for the San Antonio Aids Foundation & has already been busted for not turning in the money to the foundation and now he is not paying the labor or companies he hires to put on this event. On his websites & facebook pages he claims to be a "Christian" and he is so "Blessed". Do not fall for his last minute requests, no matter how many times he says please or tries to convince you it's "for a good cause". If you agree to work for him make sure to collect payment upfront and if paid by a check make sure it clears the bank before working anything. He already has 2 lawsuits against him. This man is a FRAUD!!!!!!
