SCAMMERS

The company claim to transfer bitcoin into a credit card so that you can then purchase goods on the internet (as there are very few sites that will actually accept bitcoin. I paid $60 for a $50 card in good faith at the beginning of November 2014 and two weeks later I have still received nothing. I have emailed the company on many occasions since and have not even received a response. BTCinstant is clearly a scam. The people who run the 'company' are a bunch of thieving bastards. Do not use this service in any circumstance or you will lose your money.

Bought Virtual Credit Card, Purchase Declined

Customer Review: Bought a virtual card almost 2 months ago, ZIP code didn't match State. Still owed $50 by @BTCinstant WARNING: Scam Alert. E-MAIL from BTCinstant: "Typically, we don't even issue refunds to be honest,  it says it on the website so I don't consider this something I've done wrong. You can take your case to Reddit its up to you I'll just come back with see its in the website policy not to issue refunds. It's up to you how you want to handle it thanks!" MY REPLY: "You took money from me for a virtual card. The card purchase had an error. The transaction never went through. There is no refund. I am requesting you fulfill your part of the transaction. Your website says nowhere.."We take your money and offer no service in return". CONSUMERS beware, this company has absolutely no integrity. BitCoins purchases are nearly impossible to trace. When this company scams you there is no course of legal complaint or action.

Turn bitcoins into Mastercards! or, inot nothing!

This "reputible" company claimed they would take bitcoins and turn them into debit cards. They did this by having you fill out a complicated form that stated many time the debit card could only be used at the URL that you put on this form (ex: Amazon.com), so in their words "its more of gift card to any one store". I filled out the form and sent my coins through BitPay, then I waited a few hours for the "instant" transaction. I contacted support who replied in a few minutes that they would look into the issue and get back to me quickly. Another couple of hours I write to see if there is a problem and a few hours later I haven't received a reply.
