I was charged $39.95 for 7 months before I could stop
I was charged $39.95 for 7 months for a service I neither ordered nor got. How do these people get card information to do this? Feds should get a hold on this and make them give all the money back that they have taken. Company in question is BSM/GRANTSEARCHASST. I, too am PISSED as there was no explanation of how they were allowed to charge my card for the purchase. The government should step in and make these crooks repay every cent that they have ripped the consumer off for. I was insured that payment would stop, but no mention of a refund was men tioned. I een have a confirmation number!!!!

BSM Grant Search Charge my credit card $95.80 over a 2 month period.
BSM Grant charged my credit card without authorization to do so. I did approve a 1.99 charge to ship me a cd on grant searches. I did not authorize charges for $7.95 and $39.95 billed to me in March and then the same charges billed to me again in April. I called BSM Grants and can not get anyone on the phone. We the people need to shut the company down and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! If you had BSM Grant ship you something please review your credit card to see if they charged you anything else. Do not be taken by this company.

Grant Search Ripped Me off
I too signed up with grant search and was charged 39.95 not once, but twice. I need the 800 number to call them to cancel my so called account. This company is a joke and a rip off. Is there any thing that can be done to them for everyone to get there money back? If any one has any ideas, please share. This company deserves to be investigated and sued for false advertisement and any insufficient fund fees they might have caused people. $40 might not be a big deal to some people, but it is to others. Returning software aint worth a *** federal grant submission software from grant writer pro folks you dont need support to write one you need these folk to leave you alone so you can do it dont take a jeanie in a bottle if you can add 2+2 -2 you can figure out what to do but they cant charge you 40.00 if you can do it by your self like me. so they turn your disc off. and that wasnt part of the deal! they never said you had to have one of their reps help you. fauls adver just like every thing else on the net. all a bad joke

Fraud twice on my account.
I have been charged twice $39.95. My bill this month has an additional $7.95 charge. A total of at least $87.85 for a 'free disc'..... It appears now it has become a monthly charge? Rip Off. Big Time. Not ordered, and useless. Get a claim going against this fraudulent group of crooks. I have 2 grandson in colege. I am 74 years old and requested the FREE disc. How can we get our money back? We are on a very fixed income and my husband is deceased. Grandsons are our legal dependents. Please respond as soon as possible

Bsm/grant search assist
I too am a victim of this grant search assist. I ordered the same cd in which they needed my card information for postal payment, which I then received a bill for the same 39.95. I was able to contact someone where I then cancelled whatever subscription they claimed I took part in. Once again though, I received my bank statement and once again there is a charge for easy grant finder00 for another 39.95. I there a way to contact these people again??? Even after I tried to cancel whatever this is, I am still being billed and am now unable to find a contact number to explain and express my frustrations. I would like help in determining what this is all about and how to possibly get the money back or take any legal actions.

Screwed me out of 39.95
I did not sign up for anything, even order thier so called cd. Sorry, sorry company, do not open any email from them or click on thier web site or you will be harged 39.95 with-out your permission. Scammers all the way!!!!!!!! Tried to call but there's a number listed on my email they sent (suppoely) but I never recieved a confirmed email, so no number to cancel payment. This is email scamming at it's worst, or best forc them. May they choke on every dime of the money they spend. You reap what you sow, so enjoy you ***-bags. Don

BSM/GRANT SEARCH/needs to be stopped
I also have credit card posts for 39.95 twice in as many months. The contact information for this rip off company is elusive and not listed on my bank statement which most companies do list for banking purposes. when I find it I will post the number. For now all that can be done is to call your bank and put a stop all further transaction with BSM grant search. I will also report this to my banks fraud department and the F.B.I. consumer ciber fraud division. Also the BBB will be notified of the details of these transactions.

This company took $39.99 from my credit card when I only made a $1.99 purchase and that was for the shipping cost. I am turning them into the BBB for false advertisement. I hope no one else pay the cost of $1.99 for $39.00 If someone knows the toll free number that I can reach this company, please post it on the this web site. I hope this company get closed down for taking people money. Everyone be aware of false advertisement for $1.99 shipping they just want your account number so they can charge your account.

Charged me 2.99 for S$H charge got nothing now charged 39.95
I ordered the the trial grant search for 2.99 and then one week later they charged me 39.95 and i never asked for it and they said I had 30 days ya right.I think that when you try something for a 30 day trial that they should give you 30 days and when they say they are going to send you something for a trial time and they don't that is just wrong and the should be reported. I sent them a e-mail and I told them I wanted a refund. I will take it a step further. Dianna

Rip Off!
This company needs to be investigated for fraud. I tried to download their product, but it would not complete. I never received the product, however, I was charged 1.99 + 1.00. No big deal, but them I was immediately charged 39.95, then 2 weeks later another 39.95. In addition, another company "Network Agenda" charged me 9.95 for their product which I never agreed to. At least it wasnt obvious to me. I don't even know what this service is. I was able to get a hold of Network Agenda for refund, but I am unable to contact BSM. Look at all the complaints...this website needs to be investigated & shut down!

I was charged monthly 39.95 for this BSM/Grant research. I understood I would only be charged shipping for a CD ONLY. This is wrong! I have heard of a lot of people online that this has happened to. I did just speak to a manager and they are refunding my money. Someone needs to investigate this! Think of how many people they could be doing this to. I have learned to be very careful about ordering anything online from now on. Beware and even if they tell you they can't refund your money demand that they do. I have had over $100.00 stolen from me with this program.

Charge my account without my permission
I am very upset because they took monies from me and I mi 69 years old and need my money. Who R these dogs I wil be going to the police showing these transactions, My bank now has this infomation as fraud.I have no ideal what can of company this is, they don't appear on my statement. I have charges for two months which I just checked my acct. This has me a lot of trouble time and heartache. I don't have money to pay other bills. Grant Master unauthorized charges
Order a free product to help you write and/or find grants and you too can get unauthorized monthly charges from companies you have never heard of! Some of these companies include BSM/SBA Express, BSM/Grant Search Asst and Network Agenda. Call 800-546-****, cancel everything immediately and demand a refund for all of the unauthorized withdrawals. They will tell you that you did not read the fine print and that you did authorize the services while you were online. Do not give in to their pitch. I did read everything and there was nothing referring to future charges. Complain enough and you might just get your money back in three to five days. They will give you confirmation numbers of each individual refund. Be sure to write them down for future reference. Contact your bank and tell them that any charges from these companies are NOT authorized by you and ask them to not allow them to be processed. Tell the customer service rep you are doing this. I would also tell them that you are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (and be sure to do it; they must be stopped). I am a grant writer for a lot of not-for-profits. Every dollar I spend to help find and obtain a grant is a dollar that is spent administratively and is not going towards the program that actually needs the money. Help us in stopping this scam from happening to others.
