Received phone help

Had to install printer. Impossible for me to do it without phone help Thank you! First lady should have told me to stay on the line when it came time for me to enter letters, numbers on printer. The second person did tell me to stay on the line until finished. I needed help until the end. Good job, second lady!

Order went through DESPITE my CANCELLATION

I was trying to set the automatic refills up & selected products in the process. The process did not complete. I went back in trying to do the same. I ended up with 2 orders and an incomplete set-up process. I CANCELLED BOTH (can get ink cheaper & faster in store today). Order =went thru ANYWAY.

Service gave wrong information

I spent an hour on chat and then called. After 30 minutes of waiting, I got a guy who knew little about Mac OS. He told me that my model HL-L2300D was incompatible with Mac OS systems since OS 10. This means throwing away a printer. I went to the driver download webpage and found that they've had a driver from OS 13 since 2021 (it's now July 2023). Download it and the driver worked. He claimed that the web material on the printer says it is not compatible with Macs using any of the OS systems since 2020.

The customer service I had was amount the best I have ever had

Had a printer, fax, scanner that had been in storage for 2 years. The young lady I spoke to walked me through the process and it worked out great. Printer worked as good as new. She then showed me how to set up to print wirelessly from laptop and cell. Great job.

Bought a new printer & scanning part is not working

I have recently purchased a brand new brother printer with all the future scan, fax and copy. Unfortunately I am not able to scan documents to my email. Not very satisfied and theres no help.

Does not support updated OS

Printer / scanner is useless after upgrading OS since Brother does not bother to update their printer drivers for anything but their latest printer. Don't expect the printer to be usable for more than a few years if you keep your OS up to date.

Awful customer service

DMy copier suddenly broke down. The person we spoke to had no idea what she was doing. After an hour and a half of craziness I insisted on a supervisor She did help by referring it to the warranty department. It will obviously take several days more despite the importance of the copier to my business Stay away.

Missing power cord

Received a new Brother sewing machine for Christmas to replace a very old and worn Janome (which Ive since given away). Unfortunately, I just opened the new machine last week in order to start a project, and the power cord is missing! I expected to have Brother USA quickly send a replacement. The first customer service rep said the parts warranty is for 14 days only so I need to buy one. Excuse me?? How does a warranty apply to something that never existed? The second rep was very polite but said Id have to contact an authorized shop and provide a receipt in order to have the cord provided (replaced?). 1) I do not have a receipt (it was a gift!) 2) The closest shop is 2-1/2 hours away. Thank you BrotherUSA for selling a product that cannot be used without an additional purchase. A batteries not included situation.

I downloaded the update they required and my printer crashed and would not reboot! They take no responsibility. I'll never buy Brother again!

Brother required a firmware update to my printer. Their software and their machine, and it crashed my printer. It would not turn on again. What a POS! Customer service was no help. They said take it somewhere and pay to have it repaired. NEVER buy Brother!Never buy Brother office equipment

Customer service usless!

I have been unable to use my label maker for over 10 days due allegedly to a software issue. Customer service rep keeps saying the issue has been "escalated". Nothing happens. I keep calling, I get the random first level service rep, promises. Nada. It is seriously harming my business progress.

Brothers.com is horrible! They are untrustworthy with their return policy! I purchased a printer from them and was to I had 30 days to return no problem! I called for a return within a day to return my purchase and I had to pay $128.00 to send a brand new printer back! Not fair at all! I will never purchase from their company again!!!

Broken printer

My Brother MFC L3770 CDW has broken down. The machine is less than 5 years old, but is out of warranty. Apparently I have exhausted all options for repair. Countless hours on the phone with tech support. Brother suggested a certified repair company - after contacting all such firms they are either out of business or do not repair printers. Took the machine to a local repair center at my own expense, and was told there is likely a software issue caused by the manufacturer, which he was unable to repair.
