Need gas switched on

Hi am a new tenant need my gas on The tap off the gas asap tomorrow would be great I have rang & they said they would ring back to tell me when someone was coming out to do it but no one has rang

Not good I’m making a complaint thanks

My card is broke I can't top up I have been to loads of stores and they have said its broken I am not happy so I am going with a different provider this is a joke I have kids aswell youngest is nine

No supply

Changed to British Gas 24/05/23 no electric supply since then! Took two hours to try sort something and was told the electric was back up and running . 24 hours later and still nothing .

Regulator seal on metre has been removed

Staywarm came out to look at low gas pressure from meter to boiler and I believe they removed seal to try and up the pressure they are denying this and said I've to contact you,s to get it replaced

Change of account holder name

I can't change the account holder name. I tried on website but it is unsuccessful. I came in UK one year before. So, when I try to add my 3 year address, I can't add my Indian address. How can I change the name. Please help me.

The futility of trying to talk to a human

Cannot talk to anyone and the automated questionnaire does not apply to the problem .I think they make themselves inaccessible deliberately.

They haven't refunded my £67 Guverment *** scheme

For the first 3 £67 pounds refund they did it with no problem but for January and February I have had to chase them up. Am still waiting for my February payment even though I rung them 4 days ago when they told me they would refund it straight away. But I still not received and cant get any answer from British Gas
