Bad veneers

Want new impressions done did not finish properly it has rough edges and they don't cover all my teeth and no one has tried to contact to make this a good ordeal will contact better business as next move to send back the veneers and get my money back.

Paid in full but never received product

I paid for this product in full but never received anything contacted them and they told me that I signed up for financing when I paid in full they never shipped my products and tried to blackmail me into making finance payments. I will caution anybody to read the reviews into you diligent homework before you commit to this fraud of a purchase please do diligent homework before you spend your money

They look cheap and big and don’t look real

Very sad to lose my money like that for a few thousand more I could of went and got the real porcelain veneers done by a real dentist now I have to start saving all over again

I put them in they fit good but dont even have imprints like real teeth the worse $1600 dollars ever spent in my life please dont buy them go to a dentist across the waters to another country before you waste your money and thats a fact I wish I could sue them for false advertisement

Company does not stand by the product

Veneers did not fit. We sent the second set of impressions and never received the new veneers. I called after the 90 warranty was up as I didnt think it applied since the impressions were sent back. They said it was beyond the warranty, the company will not make further adjustments. Unfortunately, I have to continue paying over $3000 for a product that could not be used. Customer service blamed me because we did not send it back in time. 90 warranty is just that. Yes, they are right! It is my fault. My fault for not understanding the warranty policy applied for adjustments as well. I don't recommend that you purchase from this company and if you do, make sure the product fits before the 90 day period.

Stay away

I interviewed for a job with them. I had the address and I know the area well, but it was very hard to find the place, It's completely hidden, basically in a basement around back of a shopping strip, and unmarked. The owner said they want it that way, said they don't want to be found. That should tell you all you need to know.

STOLE MY MONEY

November 2022 i sent back brighter image lab contract that was signed by mistake i contacted their customer service within 5mins of sending the contract. after an hour of being bullied , they told me to bad because they had sent the kit so i asked to cancel they said i couldn't because 24hrs had passed so $444 was taken and $97.81 was returned.never got goods or services

Unwilling to provide adjustment or credit towards replacement

my top arch is so unnaturally large, I can not close my mouth to swallow - I can either wear the top or the bottom arch - but never together - the top arch is unnatural for my bite & gums - After 2 adjustments BrighterImage refused any further efforts, adjustments or credits to offset - I purchased the most expensive, top of the line BrighterImage offers.

I wish you could do 0 stars

I ordered these online they never worked. I asked for my money back they just sent me more so I have two sets of teeth useless that dont work. I ended up going to Mexico getting them all pulled and got dentures still spent less money than I did on these useless teeth not only would they get stuck in my mouth my,teeth would hurt for days after wearing them. Like the worst tooth ache you could ever get.

I wish I could give them no stars

I wish I could give them no stars. All I know is I ordered the upper and lower for $2500 or something like that and never got teeth that fit correctly into my mouth and they always hurt for days after putting them in and taking them out like they were pulling out my teeth just to get them out I complained so they just sent me another set of teeth so now I am here with two sets of teeth that I have no use for and cant do anything with it ended up going to Mexico having my teeth pulled and getting dentures that sucks but it was better and way more affordable than the whole situation with this company if there is ever a class action lawsuit I want to be one of the first people to sign up for it. I hope no one ever gets ripped off like I did.

If you go with the Incredibles The coding will start peeling

Spent almost 3 grand on Veneers from Bill veneer and the coating is coming off A few teeth for this kind of price I would think they would have a better product. Save your money and go with byte or smile direct club. Popon Veneers does a better job for a quarter of the price. Their customer service is better their turnaround time is better.

Dishonest and Shady

I spent $2400 on an upper and lower veneer. I also purchased the 2 year extended warranty. After one year of occasional use the bottom veneer snapped in half. I was shocked since I work from home and only wear these occasionally when I go out. I contacted BIL and initiated my warrant claim. I followed directions and sent the broken veneer back. I was then informed I needed to pay another $199 to process my warranty. After paying $2400 and buying an extended warranty you think they would send me a new veneer. Nope. They would rather extort the customer for more money. BIL is unethical, shady and their product is junk. They lack integrity and do NOT stand behind their product. I sincerely wish I never wasted my money.

They stole my money

I ordered a set of veneers and paid in full. When I received my kit I was told to consult my dentist before proceeding to make sure my teeth were healthy enough... Turns out they aren't and my dentist strongly advised against them. This company refuses to refund my money even though they never even began to make my veneers. Trying to get a lawsuit filed against them.

Emotional anguish oppression

OMG they are doing the exact same thing to me right now. Bill placed a hold and lock on my order and no one will tell me why. I email client services every day with no response. I paid the extra $149 for express and here it is almost 4 months later, and they refuse to respond to me, refund me, or remove the erroneous hold. My best friend is a constable which can take criminal action against business in TX. And he has seen me dang near have a nervous breakdown over how they are treating me. Bill is not what I thought he was and his customer service reps are cold, hateful and after the way I was spoken to....I would say racist. I was devastated when speaking to her bc I almost had to pass on the biggest opportunity in my physician consulting career bc I dont have by veneers bc they are purposely not sending them and the rep could careless Ive sent email expressing my position and the emotional toil this is taking on me...for 3 mths now. 0 response. No empathy. No one care. My friend at Dallas morning news wants to have me on the news to tell my story, but I am waiting and trying to hold out faith in Bill to do whats right. the finance company is still taking my payments.

Rip off

This company is a rip off. After having to pay 600 down getting my impression kit and waiting for my veneers to get here only to be completely unhappy with the product. First they are huge, look cheap, dont fit and broke in half never got to wear them . Anyone want to do a class action lawsuit

Brighter image lab STOLE $2,396 what the OWNER did to me next was even worse

On September 2016 I purchased both bottom and top arches from BRIGHTER IMAGE LAP - PRESS ON VENEERS After seeing them on the doctors show. I purchased online to a total of $2,396 AU I received my kit in a timely manner did the impressions being so particular about doing it correctly and taking my time. Once I did my impressions clearly seeing all of my teeth in the impression ,I sent it back off I Received my veneers some weeks/month later.. there was a solid tooth at the front when I know my mouldings had a clear impression of my front teeth and the whole finish was a mess and BAD engineering. I thought maybe a machine broke? Heather Wiggins answered my first call, probably the most inappropriate person to be having interaction with human beings and answering calls but anyway She " took notes " 1. The solid tooth issue 2. The teeth unfinished and flaky 3. Terrible engineering and without any sympathy or apology for this disappointed client said " We will send another kit out " and hung up... something so personal made so impersonal in a second. I'm sure so many people like myself that have taken the harder path in life because of their teeth would think this company was incredible, be beyond excited for a life of better quality and eagerly await their next delivery. I thought Maybe I had done something so technically wrong with my impression to warrant what i received the first time. Staying positive despite the treatment I'd received on the phone I waited.. Weeks later the impression kit arrived, my Dentist took my impressions for me this time and they were sent off. Weeks/month later these ' veneers ' arrived Solid tooth again and now with a split down the middle of the other front tooth. Hacks , chips and utterly disgusting finishing all over.. 100 times worse than the first lot i received. I called my dentist that day and was I was able to get in to see him the following morning. He was speechless as to what I'd just received then furious. I called Bright image Lab honestly so deflated but still polite just wanting my money back, $2,396 is a lot of money for this rubbish, i wasn't expecting the treatment i was about to get.. Not what they advertised at all on the Doctors the product i received, Not what they show online as advertisement, not even close!! Hacks, actual chunks out of the arches and flakes of plastic I'm meant to put in my mouth ? to digest? To my luck Heather Wiggins answered, treated with no kindness and spoken to in a cold manner, I was told to send them back for a refund claim. I did this Tracked the parcel but she never told me it arrived so I had to email her and let her know i saw that it had arrived via my tracking app. She said she would follow it up.. I heard nothing. I emailed again for an update and it was then i got a reply that it had been submitted for a refund. I asked that my email be attached to the notes as to my reasons requesting a refund. I know their is no money back poilcy but the fact they breached their own policy by not providing me veneers built the the best of the dental labs efforts like the efforts they made for all those that they use to advertise. I waited 15 days and after Heather didn't email me back I had to call. She wouldn't talk to me, I thought rather odd. I hadn't done anything to warrant this. I just wanted to know about my refund for the damaged,defected veneers they clearly didn't spend anytime on. I had a note about the solid front tooth attached to the account ( apparently ) and it still came back the same way! Not that overall this is the only issue because you couldn't wear and would not put them in your mouth anyway. About 10 minutes after i called and she wouldn't talk to me I got a copy and paste email about their refund policy from her and told me i could have another kit sent out. I waited 15 days for this? and I had to chase it up too? I was not given any reason why they thought what i received was Ok and no apology either. Forever chasing this company, they took my money and treated me with no respect. I have tried to call and she will not speak with me and I've been refused to speak to the manager / owner ( you know the one that likes to be in all the motivational caring videos ) at this point I realised I really had been scammed. I had been patient and polite. At this stage my plan to follow through legal proceedings paused due to by baby boys cancer diagnosis and 15 week chemo plan. I tried to contact on Facebook and was blocked, they tend to spend more time protecting their online image rather than looking after their REAL clients. Frustrated and feeling physically sick I found this owner Bill Watson on twitter, an extremely tacky way to have to contacted the man that took your money and will not speak with you about the damaged product you had been sent. I felt criminalised for something they were doing to me. Bill Watson continually sent photos of their " professional advertising photos " with no words or with just insensitive advertising slang in response to my contact. Ignoring my pleas to listen to me or speak with me on the phone. It was infuriating, I sent photos of what I received, my invoice, my account number. It got to the point I asked him to stop taunting and bullying me with with advertising photos, its hurts to be teased for not getting a product they promised. They have my money and i have nothing. They didn't earn this money they stole it. There is something not right when the management will not speak with you. I have recored calls and many emails, screen shots of heartless behaviour. No one will talk to me, i haven't yelled or sworn it's like a twilight zone. I only wanted my money back, they are not covered for this as it states ( look in photos ) . I even tried to write an email to compromise refund minus postage, then i went to minus 80% but nothing. I told them they left me no choice but to share my story online. I hope my beautiful boy will be in remission after this 15 weeks of chemotherapy and maybe then can afford to continue with legal proceedings after that. I am out $2,396 and have been taunted by the owner. My anxiety pains are pretty much constant thinking about this situation and my stomach hurts so much. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.
