My dress
I paid for my wedding dress. I did not receive my dress by the due date. I contacted Mischelle and she said she would look into it. I got no response. I reached out again and the response I got was what did I want to do about getting my dress or a refund. I replied I want my refund because my dress was not delivered at the time it was guaranteed. I have tried multiple times to their email because I never received a refund for my dress even after they said they were going to send it to me. IT'S A SCAM!!!
BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Just set your money on fire, you'll get the same outcome. Merchandise is from Shanghai and smells like a chemical sweatshop. I shipped my dress back and received it again in the mail 5 months later! Credit card number was changed because I wouldn't put it paste this company to steal in more than one way. This site should be shut down! Expectations versus reality was a lie. My older mother just wanted to buy me something pretty. She's not fully aware of how dark the internet can be. The disappointment on her face was tear-jerking. I took care of return shipping and the package was sent back to me with an "address cannot be found" label.

Never got money refund
Please do NOT BUY from bridesire a dress. The size was totally different than ordered. I ordered UK size 12, but received size corresponding to size 18 minimum. I wrote them that I am returning the dress and after 5 months from returning the dress, I do not have Money refund. They never replied on my emails and a man on helpdesk will always say the same things: we will check with our financial department. They never did check and never replied back. Their business behaviour is not professional at all. When you send your dress back, you will never receive a Money refund.

These people are just big liars
this companys return/cancellation policy is so convoluted and also contradicts itself many times on their website. i tried cancelling an order within the timeframe provided and they took forever to answer and then said ok they would notify the warehouse to cancel. the next day they say sorry the order was already measured out. so i said well then just cancel it and dont send and if you have to charge a stocking fee then that is ok with me. the next thing i know they send an email that they sewed up and shipped the item!!!! when i tried to get in touch with them to get an explanation as to why they would ship it and charge me the full price there was no answer. from what i understand they will only refund my money - partially - if i ship the item back to them - IN CHINA - which would cost four times more than the item itself. they are hoping that i just give up! SWINDLERS!!!!!!!!!!!

Refunding Dress Order #356****
I had a very bad experience with bridesire.com I didn't expect ! I order a dress "# 201506****340018" from bridesire.com on June 23, 2015, once I received it I found not matching with the pictures I saw on the website, even its color. So I asked them for sending back the dress and refund, and we agreed about that, and I paid extra charges for sending it back. I send the dress on July,20, 2015, and attached the receipt and tracking. I send many emails and this issue has been ignored for long time without any response !

DON'T BUY, there scammers
Bought a Promdress and ordered the dress in original size so that we could return the dress. The delivery was very fast! The dress was terible... 2 sizes too big but and unfortunately there was no label in the dress so we and also Bridesire, could not know what size the dress was!!! After many mails we could return the dress, according to the track and trace-code the dress arrived but BRIDESHIRE says they didn't received the dress!!! SO NEVER BUY ANYTHING, they are SCAMS. We lost the money + the return expenses

If you call the 1-88*-582-**** and 848-229-**** one is no longer in service and the other is not accepting calls. BEWARE!!!! My brothers wedding is in a week and still have not received the dress. I did the live chat on their website and was told the dress was still in China and they were not sure if it would arrive in time. I thought this company was in NJ, not China. They said the soonest they can ship is Oct. 13th., my brothers wedding is the 17th. Originally they estimated shipping to be 4-10 days. This dress was purchased last month. This company said they will not refund will not refund because the order was placed over 14 days ago.

They are cheating and will not return money back
I ve so foolish to send back dress and they are saying that it is not arrived. One support said that everything is ok and I should wait for 10 days for money transfer, after that period they said "we don't have a dress, we will not send any money back". No one replied to my email and customer service already ignoring me and 'Jade' cant give any answers because of China blah blah blah. Do not buy there anything. ps. The express delivery were after one month and it was piece of textile with *** quality at a size of like my tshirt.

Bridesire doesn't pay back the money they steal
My daughter ordered a nice dress online but changed her mind same day because she found out she wouldn't receive it in time for her big day. She cancelled the order same day and received an answer that the order was cancelled - but the money paid through Visa was gone - about 150$ - I have sent several complaints on their so called "Customer Service" and at the same time tried to contact them online with no result. The online contact never works it is always "out of order" . And the Customer Service doesn't react - it now more than three months ago so I expect the money lost. I don't understand how a fraud company like that can go on cheating on people without being stopped

Ordered dress, did not receive dress or refund
On December 31, 2013, I ordered a dress and swatches on order number 355****. I asked to have the dress held until June, but the swatches shipped immediately. My plans have changed and I no longer needed the dress - and requested the price of the dress refunded. I emailed on August 30, 2014, and received as an answer on September 3, 2014 that Bridesire doesn't understand what I am cancelling. Follow up emails to Bridesire get a vacation response but nothing else. Effectively, I have paid over a hundred dollars for three 2" x 6" pieces of fabric. At this point, it is unlikely that I will ever see a refund.

File dispute with credit card company as soon as you receive dress
dress was made for a size 12 bottom and 45 bust. This is not what I ordered. As soon as I saw the reviews, I called credit card and disputed the purchase. I will send this dress back to China, save return receipt from DNL and let the scam company fight it out with my credit card company. File the dispute as soon as you get the dress and find out it is terrible. This is what the credit card co. told me to do. I will follow this plan. Bridesire is not a reputable company. Beware. Do not deal with this company
