Very dissatisfied!!!
Very unprofessional and incompetent! My son had an appointment. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and was informed that my insurance plan was accepted. When we arrived, they told me that my appointment was scheduled for another time and they told me that they didnt accept my insurance! It was the office manager who I spoke to. Shes dishonest and lied about what we spoke about in regards to insurance and stated that she told me I was out of network. Total waste of my time! I had to take off work for my appointment. The manager Cecelia Soriano told me to get over it. When I confronted her about her in professionalism she lied and said she told me to have a good day instead. I know what I heard the first time!!!

My daughter had braces put on it has been horrible dealing I have paid for several visits but every time there has been an issue. Now her mom has passed away and they have been so difficult to deal with. All fees have been paid and my daughter called crying about the way she has been treated. I cant believe this

Wait time more than an hour for check up and six monthly cleaning. They took X-rays and dentist diagnosed that I need deep cleaning- Cost-Insurance payment $600 plus my payment of $219. I had deep cleaning last November. This place is there to confuse the patients and try to bill as much they can. They even asked me sign power of attorney for treatment plan payments, I refused their treatment and they billed $119 to my insurance company for X ray and dental checkup. Please check with any new dentist appointment how much itemized will bill be before visit.

My husband and went to Brident they didn't do any of the dental items they said they would do on the plan they layed out for husband but they repeatedly sent emails about appointment for the stage of his treatment so he went to another appointment and they did nothing said that they can do anything so they billed his insurance for a visit that nothing was done Do Not go to this place they give a dental plan then don't do anything on it

Horrible customer service
Priscilla has horrible customer service! Very rude! I waited more than two hours to be seen. I originally went in for a cleaning(my insurance covers it 100%) I was charged 5 dollars for god knows what! I clearly stated that all I wanted was a cleaning and got the run around for payment plans and other procedures. I was asked to pay 5 dollars and then gave a ten dollar bill and she says she doesnt have change and to leave and get change! Why would I have to get change when they are the ones asking for money. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER return.

My daughter’s braces
My daughter had got braces. Her brackets keep coming out after they put them in. Weve already had to go in there three times to fix it. We went in there last week and now her bracket that holds the wire came off call them again to make a complaint or if they could fit her in to fix it they said she has to wait again. How are her teeth ever going to be fixed, if her brackets do not stay together and the wire does not stay so her teeth could come together Im paying a lot of money for her teeth to get fixed and every time we go brackets keep falling out and shes not able to get them fixed until months later I am very disappointed and Im getting fed up with her brackets coming off and not being able to fix them.

I have not heard back from them. Just goes to show what type of facility they are. Al they are is money hungry. It's all about them and not the patients.
Ripping off the clients financially and very fake. They could care less about the clients. They are a money hungry business. I just cannot believe how they are still in business.

Unjustly charged
I'm usually not one to complain, but I feel like I have been charged unjustly and would like to get some of my money back. I used my Care Credit card and the charge came to $1843.00 I bought the yearly insurance which states that I get 20% discount and no where on my invoice does it state 20% discount. I am having a night guard made at $450.00, and I had bleaching at $249.00 and the rest was $1040.00. They charged me $195.00 each per quadrant for root and scaling, and gingivitis irrigation $65.00 per quadrant. I have had the root and scaling at the same facility a few years back, which is and in depth procedure. The dentist was in and out of my mouth 30 minutes tops. Mostly all my upper teeth are implants so no time was spent on those. I feel unjustly charged especially that I am long time customer. I would appreciate getting a credit on my Care Credit for $390.00 and the 20% percent discount they said I would get. Please can I have your help? Thank You, Marie

Cause I had bad service
Was scheduled for Appt today At 2 Waited 49 minutes Then I went to ask why the delay she said she was calling the Ins this also happen in November then she says Ill schedule you for February I said. Really and what shooting happened in February the same thing. Im very dissatisfied with this service
