Lousy neighbors

This restaurant is located on the ground floor of a large apartment building, directly under the bedroom windows of dozens of apartments. Yet the restaurant acts as if they can do whatever they want, whenever they want at all hours, regardless of the noise and disturbance they create. Last night, at 11:15 pm, a diesel truck idled for more than half an hour while the driver unloaded, then joked loudly with restaurant staff, all the while spewing its noise and fumes into my bedroom windows. This, right in front of a sign that reads 'no parking for deliveries'. Calls to the restaurant manager failed to have the truck move to the huge, empty adjacent parking lot. This happens all the time with absolutely no consideration on the part of brickstones. Then at 7:15 am, brickstones crew was making lots of noise working on an outdoor patio, again mindless that people right above were still sleeping.
