Rocky Road Ice Cream
I would like you to know that I am suing you!! As I was eating my ice cream, there was a hard crunch.. reached into my mouth and picked out a piece of crushed glass!! It was in my mouth and in my teeth ! I cut my finger just looking at it.. I could NOT BELIEVE MY EYES!! How much of this did I swallow ?? I called Publix in Jupiter Fl. To take it out of their freezer immediately !!! Im going to a lawyer.. I am still shaking !

No safety seal on butter pecan ice cream, purchased at meijer, Battle Creek MI, number on top,6747****, sku number, 775672****. Went back the next day employee removed the boxes when I pointed it out to him clearly a quality control issue.

Upon opening the ice cream I noticed it was only filled about 2/3 of the way. Quite a bit of ice cream is missing as you can see in the picture

Rancid pecan on Breyers no sugar butter pecan ice cream
11/18/2022 7.30 pm. Aye a bad tasting pecan. Concerned that I read within 6 hours I may have severe diarrhea and vomiting. As a Senior I am very concerned. Bought butter pecan no sugar and salted caramel on BOGO at publix arbor square land o'lakes FL about nov 4 3022. Someone Else also reported same issue on pissedcustomer.

breyers ice cream that only had a couple tiny pieces of bing cheeries in the 1/2 galloon and i usually buy this brand all the time and never had an experience like this. i usually get large whole bing cheeries in the ice crea.

Butter pecan - rancid pecans. No flavor at all!!! This ice cream use to be the best! Mr Breyer is turning over in his grave! I had to stop eating it as it was a waste of calories on my cheat day. Shame on you! Complete trash!!!

Pecans old and very bad tasting
I love carb smart but recent carton was terrible due to rancid stale pecans. I am diabetic and love ice cream and there are not many flavors available. I was shocked at the carb free pecan ice cream I purchased recently.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A BREYERS ICE CREAM FAN AND AM 70 YO. FAMILY HAS ALWAYS KNOWN I LOVE YOUR VANILLA BEAN AND ALWAYS GET IT FOR MY BIRTHDAY WITH MY CAKE. HOWEVER, I JUST PURCHASED BREYERS "HOMEMADE" ICE CREAM AND IT HAS NO TASTE AND ABSOLUTELY NOT THE HOMEMADE ICE CREAM I LOVE. I LOVE MANY OF THE VARIOUS BRANDS BUT YOURS IS WAY OFF!!! SUCH A WASTE. WILL MAKE CHOC MILKSHAKES OUT OF IT!!!

I bought your ice cream? For the 4th. Party. So I made my grandson and myself a bowl today strawberry. It's been a long time since I purchased my grandchildren like single serve. Well I was SO disappointed. The ice cream? Was awful. The package half the size now no taste small ground up strawberries. NEVER AGAIN I wasted my money. YUCK

Your no sugar added butter pecan ice cream
This ice cream is very good but the pecans are not. They dont taste fresh. Ingles Brand butter pecan has wonderful pecans but their ice cream is not as good so I know sourcing good pecans is possible. Just wanted you to know.

Bad ice cream
Bought a half gallon of Napoleon ice cream from 7 /11 in cape coral fla and it tasted freezer burnt we looked for a expiration date and there isn't one we are very upset with the product and would like a refund or our money back on this product or fresh ice cream or something thank you very much please let me know

I found a foreign object in my ice cream .. I did not get the attention to this matter, that I thought a reputable company like Breyers should have given ..I didnt even get a call back
