Lufthansa airline has just dropped an e-mail and saying that we 9Sri Lankan Passport Holders) may require transit visa to transit Munich airport. Therefore, please be kind enough to change the airline or transit in europe and make arrangements to transit in middle east country.

Hello this Dharmendar Reddy mudupu I am very unhappy with the support they were not helping me and instead of that they were asking me for the extra charge . Where the Air india customer said you could re arrange the flight in free of charge but you will need to contact the agency but agency people were asking me the extra charge and i had paid my ticket price

Flight issues
None of the phone numbers are in use. They can not be reached. I emailed them no answer yet. We arf devastated lost almost a 1000 pounds because they urged us to make further booking. Flight cancellation
My parents bought me tickets to be able to come to my sister's wedding. A day before my travel they received a message from bravofly on the app that the flight uis cancelled and that they will get their money back. They were forced ti rebook urgently as it is my sisters wedding for 900 pound the flight and with having ti change in germany. I checked with ryanair my flight was not cancelled abd kow my parents lost almost 100 pounds. They can't be contacted there is no resolution. If you value your m9ney dont use bravofly!

No ticket
In the 2nd week of July I booked with Bravofly for tickets from Doha to Dubai using Ethihad airways. We decided that we did not want to travel. The tickets were non refundable and Bravofly were not able to make the changes I wanted. They had given me two booking reference numbers for the outbound and return flight. They said I had to contact the airline which I did. For the outbound journey, I manged to make tje changes with Ethihad after I paid a sum of 700 gbp for the changes. For the return flights, neither Ethihad or Bravofly were able to make the changes, so I asked Bravofly to cancel the return flight only On the day of the flight, 21st July, the Ethihad check in desk told us that we did not have any tickets and they refused 5 of us to check in and board the plane. When I contacted the airline, they said that the agency, Bravofly, cancelled the tickets on the 12th of July. I had paid 700 gbp to Ethihad for the changes and plus 900 +euros for the original ticket. I did not receive any notice of cancelation from the airline or Bravofly.

Update 17th August 2023After bravo saying contact Air Canada and vice versa to ad luggage! I booked and paid for seats however golf clubs were not on their list of luggage so still could not book and pay for them !As it turned out Air Canada were fine about them and I checked in no problem The problem is both companies are un contactable ( human to human ) and check in is only 24 hours before take off ! I now have the same concern on return journey in a few days ♂️ we shall see if theres room on the plane for them when I roll up to check in at Toronto airport !!

Very unprofessional
They didnt send me the booking confirmation, but they charged me twice and i didnt receive nothing. The customer service is not answering, Im just in stand by , waiting and who knows what will happen. Im very disappointed of this company.

Scam! stay away from bravo fly
we booked with bravo fly for our allegiant flight and NOWHERE on the site does it offer the Military Discount like allegiant proudly offers. our receipt is not Itemized so it doesnt show that we paid $400 for our bags! allegiant said theres nothing they can do (which i agree) and they said these 3rd party companies are greedy and scam people out of money. we are a military family and proudly served and have all of our documentation and they refuse to refund us for the baggage. STAY AWAY from this company, do not do business with them. You will never get ahold of customer service and they wont write you back via email. please take my advice and stay away from bravo-fly.

Very poor and insecure agency,
I bought 6 tickets for my family in November 2022. 7 months later they cancel my flight without telling me . On thé top they refuse to call the airline to find le an alternative ??? No refund , no consideration for customers. The worst agency ever

Bravofly give a voucher, gift card credit, and I was going through too much just for me to complete the transaction , because It was saying that my transaction could bot be completed I guess Bravo fly has a special restriction with their website this is a horrible company, you cannot communicate with a real human, I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD OT CREDIT CARD.

Upon requesting an extension to my flight , i was to be charged 200 something as a fee for changing my flight. But instead i was charged the entirety of my ticket , plus the change request fee. When i had already fully paid for my ticket. My intial charge being 713 dollars . Where as i was only suppose to be charged an additional 200. I was charged 972 euros .
