Compensation claim fees by AirHelp

Booking ref air Canada QP7ITJ. My flight was cancelled, I received an email from Bravofly for compensation and clicked a link to airhelp to log my claim. After submitting I get the terms and conditions to say that AirHelp charge 35% and 15% legal costs deducted from my claim!!! I was never told this before clicking. This is robbery from your customers. Considering I have had a sh1t service, delayed, missing holiday connections, incurred onward travel costs and my bags never arrived, this is poor and not in keeping with Under EU Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004. Preying on the vulnerable. Please call me to discuss. Michael

Request for refund from airline

Last year in September/22, I bought 2 flexible flights via BravoFly website so my parents could visit me from Brazil to Australia. More than 24 hours prior to departure, I requested for change of the bookings as my parents did not receive the Australian visa on time. Unfortunately my request was ignored by Bravo Fly, with allegation that they could not contact me to confirm the change (which is not true as I don't have any record of anyone trying to contact me in the date mentioned). Anyway, moving forward, and after a lot of frustrating conversation with Bravo Fly customer service giving me incorrect information, I decided to contact the Airline straight (Emirates). Bravo Fly told me that I lost my return flights due to no show which according to Emirates was incorrect information. Emirates told me that as I didn't use the flights I was entitled for the refund for the return tickets, however this refund to be requested by Bravo Fly. I tried several times to contact Bravo Fly but they still tell me incorrect information. They keep referring me to the airline and telling me that Emirates needs to refund the flights to me as I am no longer Bravo Fly customer. Now for some reason they are not even responding my calls. Emirates told me they cannot refund the flight straight to me as Bravo Fly bought the flights using a travel agency called 'viaggiare now' in Italy. The purchaser needs to request the refund, which makes sense to me. Emirates confirmed they can process the refund under Bravo Fly request. Bravo Fly just keep ignoring my requests thus I am about to lose AUD 9,000.00 due to incompetence of this company. All Bravo Fly has to do is giving Emirates a call, request the refund and make a customer happy. Bravo Fly doesn't have any interest in helping a customer. Customer service is inexistent.

בטעות הזמנו טיסה עם 2 מזוודות 23 ק"ג ולא היינו צריכים את זה כי היו לנו 2 טרולי קטנים. ניסינו פעמים רבות לבטל את הכבודה בהזמנה אך לא הצלחנו. אנחנו גם מנסים להתקשר אליך בטלפון אבל לא היה מענה. שילמנו 200$ עבור מטען שלא היה לנו.

Its just another scam run by lastminut.com scamsters

Didn't realize they are part of the lastminute.com scam till quite late unfortunately. *** list the tickets a few dollars less than the rest everywhere they can and keep shifting buttons and options on the booking screens to trick you to pay for more useless add-ons. Steer clear or be very careful before clicking anything. They stole $75 from me. Completely unhelpful customer support and refund took 1+ month to arrive after sending notices via the credit card company. Then had to further hassle them to return money instead of "airline credit " !! They are not based in USA, so good luck enforcing US laws like full refund for bookings cancelled under 24 hrs !!

Card Was Charged Ticket Not Issuied

I was booking the flight for 9 passengers from Baltimore Washington International to Orlando International for Sat 10 Jun 2023, My account was charged however the popup said We're sorry! The bank did not authorize the transaction. Please try again using another payment method. Both the numbers are useless constantly busy: +4 68* *** **** +44 161 8** **82 Need the tickets or a prompt refund for the entire amount charged.

I Want to get a full refund from a canceled booking ID 23911****?

My call to Bravofly 's customer service based in Manchester didn't go through -- long pause and no ringing. I contacted the other number and all I got was a consistent drop call each time. These unsuccessful call results give me the impression that Bravofly doesn't want to be contacted or disturbed.

Refund. booking id : 209997****

Hello, The flight tickets I bought were FLY FLEX, according to receipt number FXP-269030. The airline gave me a LIGHT TICKET. That's why I had to pay 50 EUR for a suitcase, instead of flying with a trolley, and also pay 24 EUR for 2 round-trip seats. A total of EUR 74 extra. Please refund me the difference I paid in the amount of EUR 74.

Refund issues

Hello there, I cancelled my trip on February 3rd, consequently, I received an email confirmed my cancellation and mentioned that the refund is being processed and will be deposited in my bank account within 5-7 working days.
