They now more money for less product
I was raised on Braums my whole life. Ive never had a bad thing to say about it after eating their food for literal decades. I moved out of state to a place with just chain ice cream stores, so I get incredibly excited to eat Braums as many times as possible when in town. The past few years Ive noticed that the sundae I get hasnt been nearly as good as it was for the longest time. Hardly any topping whatsoever, so basically like getting 2 scoops of vanilla with a drizzle of topping. Prior to moving, it was drenched in heavenly goodness. So I started asking for extra of this specific topping, which in turn meant Im paying more. Not only do I not get extra, I dont even get the amount thats shown in the pictures on their menu or website. I finally gave up on Braums when the awful lids they have on my sundae came off after the lightest brush caused it to fall off, getting sticky ice cream everywhere in my car. It pains me to say that Braums has gone the way of all other establishments these days - charge people more money, give them less product at lower quality.. rinse and repeat

Customer service complaint, cleanliness, healthconcerns
It took four days to get even an automated reply to the message I left last week regarding service at the store at 907 Cockrell Hill Road in Duncanville it doesnt seem that the company is also not concerned with customer service or sanitation. I have been to many stores on my travels throughout the Midwest and south. Others I have visited were friendly, efficient, and clean. Im not sure why the Duncanville store is so different. For years, there have been issues with the store being dirty and service slow. My grandson was visiting and wanted an ice cream. I thought Id give it a try. It was the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. There was one car in the drive through lane and no one waiting in line inside. People were eating at two tables. It was not busy. There were a lot of employees standing around behind the counters - not busy. Someone had spilled a large amount of milk or yogurt on the floor, but no one was making an effort to clean the area. We ordered and received our sundaes and I requested a cup of water. I was told we dont have any cups. I was surprised with this nonchalant, non apologetic reply. Seeing cups everywhere, I asked what they meant, to which I was told that they were out of cups for water. I asked to speak to the manager and one of the 5-6 employees who were standing around said he was the manager. He said his name was Calvin. He also told me that he didnt have any cups - they ran out. As a customer, that was not my problem. I needed a cup of water. As my grandson and I were walking away, this group of employees were snickering and laughing over the request. We went to find a table to eat our ice cream. All of the tables except two were vacant and dirty. The floor was sticky. As we were eating our treats, Calvin brings me a cup for water. He had checked with his manager and gotten permission. The man at the table next to ours was eating a burger and fries and had also asked for a cup of water, but he was told it would cost $1.27 for a cup I know all of your stores are not like this one. Why does this one not have the same service and health standards as the others? This has been allowed to continue for years.

Carageenan which is seaweed process into a thickening agent for sherbert ice cream and yogurt makes my heart race and some reason feel bloated afterward
Everything we have eaten at braums especially ice cream or yogurt we feel bloated and my heart races and I do know that silk almond milk removed it and I had the same condition but not since it's been removed.

Went to Brauns on 6770 bridge st store # 84 an purchased a single dipped hot fudge Sunday when I got it i had a very small amount of syrup on the ice cream so I had almost 2 teaspoon of syrup so I ask could I get more the lady came to the window an said they only give one pump per scoop of ice cream I ask could I get a little more topping she said it wound cost so she ask someone which found out was her district manager which said 65 or 75 cents so I said there is not a set amount so they charged me 75cents for another pump of hot fudge which is ridiculous they act like that chocolate is coming out of there check

This Braums seems to consists have issues with service if it wasnt the closest to my home I wouldnt come here

We went to the Brahms in Hillsboro Texas. Excited to finally be able to see a Brahms when we live in South Texas. This place had mold on the ceiling. Worst customer service the restaurant was dirty it stunk we were highly disappointed in everything that we seen makes us not want to go to Brahms. We always thought Brahms was a reputable company but if you stop at the ones in Hillsboro Texas, it is just a horrible horrible thing.

Milkshakes are made of frozen yogurt
We went two months ago and grabbed a milkshake for my mother and it was not ice cream, we think it was frozen yogurt. I thought it must've been an honest mistake. Last night we went and again ordered the same thing and after having to wait 15 minutes after they had given us half of our order they bring out the " shake" I will never go again. 12th St Moore

I had ordered some food today wich is 4/20/23 around 5 or 6 i didn't get to eat until i got home latter that day andni noticed i didn't get what i had ordered so i called the store and immediately the person who answered talked to me like i was lying he told me to come by the store with recipe when i get there to the store a young man with an earing had the same attitude talked to me like i was a lier because he said the reciep i had was not from that day i left the store feeling unwanted and disliked i frequent that store alot because its close to my house and i like the burgers there this incident makes me feel like i should not go there anymore i making this complaint tonhave my issue resolved i am angry on how i was treated as a paying customer i deserve better

Order messed up cant get anyone to answer phone
I ordered 2 number 2 's no mayo with large fries and drink and 2 large fries extra other then the meals went through drive thru and they were very polite and helpful but when i got home with food I had chicken strips and 2 small chz burgers and that was it I Have been calling eaither I dont get a answer or it says number I called is busy im disabled so i dont get out much thats why ive been waiting to get ahold of someone before going back

Brums in Ponca City, Ok. Are dipping vanilla ice cream & adding strawberry flavoring for a large milkshake, you do not even get strawberries in the shake. What is up with that Braums.
Braums had a good reputation until I saw the way you are cutting corners to make money & not care about your customers by only putting vanilla ice cream & adding flavored mixes with it. Not the real strawberry ice cream you advertise. We did not even get real strawberries in the two large shakes. What's up with that Braums. The customers are waiting & listening for your side of it.

Missing item and under cooked burger
Went to the 4717 East 51st Location on Saturday September 24 2022 ordered The new pepperjack cheeseburger ( double) Large Fries and Large Cherry Limeade and a extra order of medium fries customer service was great however got home my medium fries were not in the bag and the burger was under cooked and have no cheese on it just lettuce tomatoes and jalapeños

Young black associate at drive through window told us we could not upgrade our order because they were out of what we ordered. He continued to call my husband bro and shoot him the middle finger. He continue to scream at us all the time we asked for the manager. This kid was not even the original person that waited on us.

I went through the drive-thru to order a black walnut shake large paid for it went to the second window and drove off and had a black chocolate chip shake ice cream but shake went back the next day after I called and they said that they would replace it after the call got there and they said due to I didn't have my receipt that I had to pay for the black walnut again and they never gave me a receipt and I was supposed to get a $5 gift card but they were so busy they never even made a comment about it and then the young man gave me the wrong number to complain to the corporate number and it was like he didn't care

I go to Braum's at least three times a month I usually order the breakfast burritos the last three times I have been there it has taken 30 minutes or more to get my food I don't know if I need to just stop going to Braum's all together or if somehow you can get them some help
