No benefit for my bussiness
did not see any benefit with increasing clients. did not receive any updates during the whole year with the website service. advise: read their contract closely. they will auto bill without advance notification. if you are unhappy with the service, remember to call and email them both, as they will not give you the refund.

If you get Ish Brown as a rep - RUN! He doesn't answer the phone or return calls or emails even if you call several times a day. If you're cool with once a week, sure, go for it. Otherwise, I'm helping you by saying RUN. He's lazy. Car is a total loss my *** collision shop said otherwise. Like WTF?!?! ANY other insurance person would be better than him. He even TOLD me he doesn't know much about cars, so seriously wtf? My car is still drivable. Steering fine. I DROVE it to the collision place. Ish (rep) hasn't seen anything so who's he to say, when the collision EXPERTS say it's fixable. WTFFF??? ALSO, my appraiser said it's in "Good" condition, so...? Fix what's damaged and let's all move on with our lives?
