Payout problem
My phone got disconnected so I have to resort to text now. And apparently they don't use that type of phone service so I cannot cash out. I'm homeless and this is the only way I get any money. And it puts me in a horrible situation. I live in a shelter so this is hard. I need them to release my funds. I cannot speak to anyone. I'm very upset.

I have tried to contact someone by email and by phone several times and havent got a response at all . Left several voicemails and several emails. I need to change my phone number on my account so I can get paid but it says I have to contact someone in customer service to do so

I completed a whole survey and was supposed to get credit. At the end it said surveys fill up quickly denying me my points!

I receive email about surveys but when I go to my dashboard there is not survey mostly of the times . I want to cash out the few points I earned and Cole my account. I don't think Branded Survey is legit . It is a bogus.

I believe that I am being discriminated because of my age of 73 years. I have an MSW degree, recently retired, know how to use different computer programs, am a consumer, Republican with Moderate leanings and have a religion. What the heck is going on?

Company has gone downhill fast and isn’t paying for a lot of surveys because of supposed technical issues
Ive sent multiple messages from within the site and separate emails with attached pictures as proof of completion or unfair disqualification at least 10 times today alone and still havent got a single response

It keeps telling me there full it won't let me in. They keep sending me surveys that I can't get into or I'll do almost the whole survey and it'll just kick me out

I earned money with branded surveys and got it in my account then it was returned cause my name is Veruca salt in branded surveys but my real name is Kelly Krogman but I updated my name is branded surveys so whats next ?

Nonpayment,took a bunch of surveys never got paid waste of time mind payment they said they'll pay you but they don't maybe because they feel it's not enough money or they don't have to pay you whatever I would never use them again I would recommend it to nobody

This has not been resolved. I have not been paid.
These people are trying to force me to send over documentation to them ie, passport, drivers license, and selfies, to prove I am who I say I am.
I keep requesting my payment and they refuse. They would rather pocket money that doesn’t belong to them.

SI randomly woke up to Branded Surveys saying that I cant participate in their surveys. I cannot get into any part of my account. I have about $6 in my rewards I cannot redeem. And Im still waiting for payment from them since Wednesday. I think its VERY unacceptable to just not give an explanation as to why, and also, to not even follow up/send a message in regard to money that is owed to me, regardless of the amount.
