Complaint about one of your stores

I went in for a alignment. What I got was a strip show and rude service. I mean the guy was in his blue underwear. When mentioned it to the I guess greeter/manager he said he will discuss this with him. Yet, at my checkout in remarks he is FORCING me to spend 600 with them or my WARRANTY will be voided. I've been with this same BREAK CHECK for years doing my alignment. Now because I didn't want the naked guy show, it's going to cost me 600$

I don’t like costumes service

I dont like costumes service here because they dont treat consumers right they change my break but not properly and still they asking for money and wanting more than 3 to 4 hours still waiting and one time they broke my tire bolt but they dont say nothing I find out later my self but no buddy wants take responsibility and again I buy my self. Im Long time costumer here and I send my friends to here but they dont help here..please I need help if not then I never come here again.. thank

Charged for work not performed

Hello , My name is Ruperto Martinez Jr. I had one of my vehicles serviced at the first of the year and I had requested that my brakes be changed out to all new brake pads and rotors and calibers as needed and a full brake fluid flush. Then on 2-28-2023 I had an oil change and air filter change and a full brake flush. The brake flush was recommended when I was taken and shown how dirty and dark my brake fluid was in the resivor. I told the technician that that should not be like that I had a full brake replacement and flush done at the beginning of the year. He stated that's not the case and as you can see how dark and dirty it is. I told him good that he brought that to my attention. I had to get another full brake flush again. This time after the work was completed I noticed that the breaks were not as spongy. I know this is some time after the services were performed. But I work late and this was the only time I had access to the computer to send the message . I would like to enclose a scanned copy of both reciepts. Please feel free to text or call and leave a message. I do not carry my phone into the work area. I will check my messages when possible at breaks. also I would like to email but unable to attach them to this message .

Bad service and customer service

When 2 of these Della link location in Houston Texas they said they changed the oil in the car and it all was not changed I had a bad attitude they told me to go take a flat leap I would never do vendors with breakshot anymore you need to check out that location

My familys life has been placed in danger due to inadequate work.

The manager of the harker hieghts location, Migel stole money from Brake check by not reporting a 50.00 fee that he required of me to perform unreported and disgraceful work on my vehicle. And this man remains a representative of Brake Check...???.

Bad customer service

Complete rip off they basically tell you they're fixing things and to be honest with you I have never in my life had a car that needed to go for brake service four times in a 12-month span, they don't repair anything they charge you hundreds and hundreds every time that you go what warranty I don't know they claim to have some kind of warranty but I've paid every visit, incompetent service all around I originally took my vehicle to brake check assuming that they were break specialist, my biggest mistake ever taking my car in I am hundreds and hundreds out and heading to Firestone now for my 5th brake repair need

Dissatisfied with my brake job can go to a different brake for better results

My brake are making louder noise than before. I was charge for alignment, which their equipment wasnt operating. Besides that I just had alignment and balance few days prior. I was told by another brake they are not responsible for the previous brake check store

Oil stains all over my carpet and big mistake of oil filter misplace

They change the oil filter and they didnt remove the old gasket and I drivedrive my car with out oil because theres was a big liked and theres oil everywhere in my motor

My C4 is not a functioning vehicle post brake check.

Brake check took my C4 for a post balance test drive post balancing and brake job. Without my consent and now my car won't move, drive they blew a gasket, took it for a joy ride. WTF. I just want my corvette running like it did when i took it in for brake job. 792 bucks later I am afraid to drive it bake home. I believe brake check is responsible for my car. I'm not asking for a new car. I just want it to not overheat, They still have my car. I will be calling the better business bureau.

I went to brake check this past Saturday about 11:30 give or take on marbach and San Antonio I got one your employees helping me out with an oil change on my vehicle then I asked him about my brakes on the vehicle he said he needs to look at it first I said fine that's great but when I for the last about the oil change that I needed the air filter I said that's fine go ahead and what about the brakes that I need to put on the car he gave me a price of $69 for the past okay fine then the price were close to $300 including the oil change but how can he turn them the safety and the damage on the break without taking the tire just because I'm home and he try to make me dumb and stupid and my oil change the filters on there were put back on the old ones I asked him about it he explained that we both were communicating wrong that's a lie I thought when they were putting the old ones back not telling me that they didn't have the part there for the oil filters to put on the car that's not very smart for him to try to pull one on me just because I'm a woman and far as it breaks how can you give me a price without taking the tire off without seeing the damage on the rotor they need to be turned on other damage it might be on there and right away he called me closer $300 and that's not that's two three dollars that's quite a bit of money but I did not hesitate to say yes the ones I saw when he did not or they did not take the tire off to see the damages of the brakes if I have to replace a disc or not and putting back the old filter the dirty one was uncalled and not having to trust on your employees I would like feedback on this please glorrodriguez1965@***.com

Very slow service, staff was on their phones instead of servicing my vehicle.

Damages to my vehicle, poor communication and slow service with an appointment. I watch the guy who serviced my vehicle, stop working and respond to text on his cellular device, several times.

Customer Complaint Very unhappy with the customer service that I was giving

I have already found a civil lawsuit And I have spoken with one of your supervisor here in San Antonio at their store on the coma Due to a defect in a part that has caused me to lose boost employment wages And this complaint has been going on for almost 4 months 4 months now and I need to reach the person to be served with this complaint I have been a customer with you all for the past 10 years and I'm very unhappy

Unprofessional manager

I had received a quote from Josh Morales (manager) on or around 3 weeks ago. We set a date for two calibers and a brake flush to be done today. As I called on Monday to verify and reschedule he has enough time to make sure the parts were available. He argued with me stating that he specifically told me that the parts needed to be preordered which was incorrect. When I told him he did not state that he continued to raise his voice and went outside and told me to leave. He refused to serve me and refused to give me corporates number. I have used brake check in the past in other citys but have never experience something like this before. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again.

5 hour wait.

Took 5 hours to change front break pads. Had to contact president of company to call the store and rush them.made so many mistakes on their end, this was terrible and I will never return. I kept asking for updates and treated so poorly as a customer I am flabbergasted. They need a receptionist or more mechanics

Ive spent $2,500 in the Killeen facility. My brakes shouldnt be making any kind of noises what so ever.
