Charge backs again.

We have had 1 customer charge back this account 2 times. The 1st time we sent in our evidence that this was not fraud and you returned our money to us. Now the same customer pre- arbitration the same one that was done in June. We were not notified from you that this was going to happen again. You let him have his money back and we cannot put in a claim against him again because it says expired. We would like to be able to put this back pre- arbitration again as this was not fraud. This gentleman ordered product, we sent him the product in March 2023 and now he is the one being the thief not us. We would like to get owe money due back to us. They stopped phone support

Braintree has been fabulous to use as a payment processor for our websites for years. I even met them at a developer conference in San Francisco when they were first starting. The API was easy to use and integrate with our website and our own in house code. Unfortunately, they decided to cease phone support and all you can do is fill out a form to submit and hope someone replies. Why can't they at least have a chat. They have always been extremely responsive and helpful all these years. I'm very disappointed we can't get through to them now. I will check out stripe or authorize.net or any other processors to see if they still take phone calls.

No one answerd, no customer service

after the sale and after they help me to make the contract never reply. Phone number never works only emails and they do not reply my emails. Nick harris I am trying to contact you for the last 3 or 4 weeks and no reply. I have been charge back and there is no support to help me. phone number 302-356-**** no one answered and never reply my messages. Is terrible service.

Frozen account how many times do I have to do this ***

My account is Frozen I've been trying to get on it for 2 days you guys didn't let me know why it wouldn't let me transfer or send any money until today on the weekend I feel like you guys are just as much responsible as I am if not more I need to take the time to review my identification to provide me instead of sending me these wack *** reviews every 10 minutes just do your real job and unfreeze my account

Venmo account frozen

My account is Frozen do to lack of identification i have been trying to transfer or send money to my friend's account but it was not allowing me and also not telling me why my account was frozen only up to about an hour ago when it finally said it was frozen because I needed to send proof of identification and now it's the weekend which is when you guys chose to let me know this information and I feel like you guys are just as much responsible as I am and should take 5 minutes to look I might identification to verify it's me thank you

Production account and support team sales

I tried many times to open a production account and contact the sales team but without success I did not receive any support or I was not even contacted and I can not contact any of the phone numbers I found!!!

We did not recieve our money has been months,

My son never recieved his money from shoe sells.we turned it over to attorney generals office which you refused to respond to their letters.will not answer phone calls or emails

To update our checking account number

We are in the process of closing out our old checking account due to hackers. I have opened a new checking account for our deposits with Braintree. Since SORD KY LLC is owned by SORD AUSTRALIA/ Fortitude North, I am uncertain if Australia needs to handle this or if I can. Please advise. Neto/Maropost emailed me and said I would need to go through you since you handle the deposits.

Scammed

I'm Waiting on a reply? The person used your company to scam me through venmo $200. The only contact information I have is the phone number to Braintree.

My son never received his money from a sale

Money from sake was never received and was just blown off about no one ever tried to resolve this issue

Did not recueve money

I have not got any response from Braintree,my son was never got paid the money from a shoe sale.So we have filed a complaint with attorney generals office Braintree keeps putting us off totally ignoring us.

Hello, I have made several attempts via phone and email for to contact your sales team without success. The is one number on the website but it can't be reached if you are outside the US or Canada. I am extremely frustrated that I can't reach anyone. Regards,

Have not got money transfered to my paypal

Get rid of the ads on your website

I am disgusted you have ads on your website if I just filled it out so would others after filling it out realising that its an ad
