New water heater won’t stay lit
Install water heater this week it wont stay lit it lights and heats water but goes out after use cant seem to get in touch with customer service

No one will call you back from their customer service number. Thats a waste of my time. Bradford White Appliances arent worth you hard earned money.

I’m Pissed!
Been getting a C2 or CE code for months now. Called Bradford and this is what I got. 1) first female was rude, raised her voice at me. When I asked for her name she transfer me basically hung up on me! 2) 2nd female names sara. Gave an attitude as I explained. Also No return call when told I would be contacted same day and still waiting 2nd day!

I was the Plumber involved in changing out Geo-Spring that was still under warranty to the Bradford White equivalent. All went smoothly!

Water heater shut down
Flammable vapor code shut down my water heater. Plumber told me to call the manufacturer. Called but was told business hours had just closed. Left my number and in 5 minutes a guy called back and told me how to fix it. Excellent service. Thank you. At this age I don't need any more cold showers.

Hot water tank problems
Had a problem with the Bradford white natural gas hot water tank not firing call technical support they referred me to put a thermal pile on. After the new thermopile was installed its still did not fire call technical support again told me I had a bad gas valve installed a new gas valve its still did not fireCall technical support again they told me I got a bad gas valve brand new out-of-the-box took it back to the dealer they gave me a new gas valve and thermal pile installed them both the unit steel did not fire call Beck Bradford white gave me a part number for a new burner Ive been waiting over a week for a new burner.

2nd thermo coupler has gone bad
This is the second thermo coupler to go bad, when the tank was BRAND NEW the thermo coupler was bad and had to be replaced. Now 2 years later this has gone bad again !!!! In checking with several plumbers I check with told me this is a VERY common failure with this brand. The last replacement part from this company WAS BAD right out of the box.

Help with pilot light blowing out
Just looking for help from the company. I have 2 BW hot water heaters in tandem. One blows out constantly. Ignition is like a small explosion.

House flooded
Rusted Thru and leaked all over was only 5 years old In our gated community 4 or 5 water heaters all rusted and only 5 years old
