I'm having issue with a withdrawal, They have disabled my account & kick me out website have me contacting them through email, told me it would take 24-48 hours to verify my account I sent all my documents, Its ok to lose your money they never asked for a Verification, But when you win some money they will ask you to Verify & they will kick you out your acccount , I do have Photos also of my winnings & them saying my account is disabled

Won a bet but on bovada they count it as a lost , I guess too many people one so they couldn’t pay up

Need a withdrawal check replaced
Not allowed to speak directly to a representative siting COVID as the reason. Need a check reissued as my credit union would not accept the check. Yesterday I went to five different places (one at the rep I was messaging - Wells Fargo bank, two Walmarts and two check cashing places and not one would honor the check. If you cannot reissue ( for whatever reason), Id like you to put the amount of my withdrawal (and check from you for $205) back into my account for play. Pls advise asap. Have never had this issue and Ive played on many sites throughout 7 years or more. Unable to withdraw my winnings and they are giving me an invalid reason.
I made a withdrawal over 3 weeks ago, and now they are saying I can't make another withdrawal. Because the previous one has not been confirmed. But I have gotten my withdrawal deposited for almost a month now. So I don't understand why it has not been confirmed means. I think they don't want me to withdraw, so I can play more and lose it all.

I placed a wager and I won I watched the whole game you guys got which one I betted on wrong plus I had my proof of what I betted on its been hours nobody emailed me back I contacted the chat me and she keep telling me I lost when I know what the *** I betted on . I have two deposits I was never paid for in bovada credits your customer service is sub par and will be contacting bbb on this if not reimbursed I've played my hard earned money and to be treated like it's a common occurrence does not make me feel dread ...you have no number active to help set my mind at ease will not be referring business to your companydo fall for trap
