Boulevard Bank is a scam, they hit me with all kinds of hidden charges after I paid off my loan.
Boulevard Bank in Missouri is a scam. They charged me all kinds of hidden fees after I paid off my loann. They do not know how to conduct professional business. Even the Vice President of the bank was extremely rude I can't believe they even have customers after the way they treated me. I made every single payment on my loan and made every payment on time. When the loan was paid off they started sending me letters to pay for these hidden fees they never told us about. They also decided to throw in late fees which were also bogus. I went to the top of the bank to explain what was going on and was treated like dirt from Mr. Rick Ringsdorf who is the VP. I do a lot of business with the banking industry and this was by far my worst experience. These guys lost thousands and thousands of dollars for not working with me on getting rid of these made up late fees and hidden fees.
