Skeptical Hippo Receives Order
SO after much consideration and bad review reading I decided to place an order. I figured id use a CC and if they didnt fulfill id just dispute. I emailed beforehand to confirm availability as advised but received no reply, this didn't help my skepticism. I ordered some +2 extensions with 2 day shipping anyways and to their credit i've received my order as described, however not in 2 days which I was already skeptical of when I paid for it given there history, no big deal im just glad I got my order. Took one star for the no reply and one star for not shipping on time, other then that my order was fulfilled as advertised. I would consider ordering with them again but only for small things, not sure I trust them with a major purchase yet.

Sent wrong product, tried to resolve amicably
Botach Tactical ghosted me after purchasing a number of items from their website, they sent the wrong items and disappeared with my money. I was never able to contact them again. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BOTACH TACTICAL

Product was expired upon receipt
Ordered 2 vexor mk-4 microspin oc spays and upon arrival found they were both expired 4 years ago. 05-2019. And also found out the zarc no longer makes that model.

Just trying to be helpful
I purchased 2 ak47 drum mags from Botach in 2015. I never heard of them before. Within about 30 minutes of my online purchase, about $1,500.00 of fraudulent charges from all over the country, appeared on my card for computer parts and a cell phone. The card was new and never used before. I'm not accusing anyone at Botach of theft, but you draw your own conclusion. Afterward, I checked out Botach on the internet. It seems that many people have the same situation with their credit cards in transactions with Botach.

Terrible customer service
I bought some items some time ago but only till now I am reviewing Botach. The shoes I bought were cheap China knock off. I told customer and they were so difficult to deal with. It took 2 to 3 months to correct the refund. I was very disappointed in the service.

I experienced a problem with my most recent order. I am not sure whether I created the problem or it was a mistake made in shipping. But none the less, it resulted in my receiving a pair of tactical pants that where not my desired size. I attempted to contact the company via phone for instruction on how they wanted me to handle the return for exchange process. On two separate occasions I attempted to contact them by phone. Both attempts resulted in my being placed on hold for a prolonged period of time and then abruptly disconnected. They have since responded to email contact through Pissed Customer.

False advertising
Well, wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from Botach. Live and learn, oh well. I'm not getting my hopes up that they are going to make the losing situation they've created for me right. I stumbled upon a picture online of an ambi mag release for an ar15 that looked perfect for my build. I tracked down the supposed maker of the mag release, Botach, and gleefully ordered the missing piece of my build. I literally laughed out loud when I opened the package that Blowtach sent me. Not even close in the slightest to what they currently advertise on the site. Its like they have two areas of mag releases at the warehouse sitting right next to each other that should not be anywhere near each other, and a blind monkey fullfilling orders. I assume the pile that what I received came from, is a rusty 55 gallon drum marked "shipwreck parts". I mean, honestly, its downright insulting that they didn't even try to clean up the barnacles off of the P.O.S. mag release they dredged up from a shipwreck, put in a baggy, and shipped directly to me. This is the first, and last time I will ever flush my money down the toilet doing business with Blowtach. I'll gladly take this review down if they ship me exactly what I thought I was paying for, but I'd be surprised if I got so much as an email back. I've attached pics of A. What I wanted. B. What Blowtach has advertised. and C. The sorry P.O.S. that Blowtach found on a sunken ship and shipped to me. Maybe if my next build is themed "We lost WW3, and now my rifle looks like this.", then I'll have a use for the sorry looking scrap metal junk they sent me.

Unable to contact
Wrong item shipped, I was finally given an rma via email but no other information. My orders have all been satisfactory but one. Everything good EXCEPT their customer service!

Horrible company
Ordered and tried to cancel a minute later. They told me too late it already shipped. Didnt ship for over a week after. I requested again to cancel they said no. Offer a 100% money back guarantee. Lies! They dont refund the shipping cost and their service is awful!

SHIPPING LIES
Be advised, I am a repeat customer of this company and the same follow suit each time. You buy, pay and two days later they send a tracking number and notify you the time has been shipped. TWO WEEKS LATER, you check the tracking with the carrier, and EVERY TIME they never received the item to ship, BOTACH simply creates a label, sits on the money and item until you raise *** The 6-10 business days they claim shipping, IS AFTER YOU RAISE *** then ONE HOUR after you contact them for a refund, the shipper gets the item. DO NOT believe the tracking number you receive, check with the carrier, and I GUARANTEE YOU they never received the item within ten days.

Ordered in stock item they never sent
I ordered several boxes of ammo they had listed in stock after not hearing from them for several weeks I contacted them they stated that they were behind because of COVID about 2 weeks later I received a email that out of the boxes I ordered they only had 2 in stock I was very disappointed but that was better then nothing I looked on their website it still showed they had them in stock they advised they had not adjusted their website so I told them to send the 2 boxes then after several weeks they sent another email stating that they didnt have any left and my order was cancelled and it would be 3-7 days before I received a refund I would never advise anyone to ever order anything from them

No Customer Service, Extremely Shady Company STAY AWAY
Thank goodness for PayPal!!! If not for them, I probably would have had to file a small claims case to get my money back. This is what I wrote PayPal, "I am requesting a full refund, $219.41 along with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. I ordered a brand new Beretta threaded barrel for a full sized APX pistol. I received a barrel that wasn't threaded AND it is obvious that it is NOT new. I don't even know if it is for a Beretta APX. The point is, It is not what was advertised and it is not what I ordered. Full refund please. Oh, I sent an email to their customer service address several days ago and I have heard nothing. I also tried to call but I get a recorded message saying to send an email to the customer service address. This whole transaction to this point has been very shady which is why I am filing this complaint through PayPal now." Well, It didn't take PayPal long to rule in my favor. Take a look at the photos and tell me if you think this looks like a NEW and THREADED barrel. It still angers me that I had to pay return shipping but hey, I did get all my money refunded.

Horrible customer service (if you would call that) should have just given $750 to a random person at least i would have felt good about it.the order from viktos did ship wrong size jeans and still no response from botach on anything. Ordered 8-26-20
