Borders Books and Music refused refund or store credit
Currently reading the Lee Child 'Reacher' series, usually on vacation. Purchased 3 books on 4/5/2011 to take on vacation in May, where I leave the books. Found that I had duplicated one book and attempted to return 5/30/2011. The clerk refused any return and pointed out that the back of the receipt said 30 days. No one had ever pointed out the restriction to me before, so I will now shop elsewhere, hopefully where they are more understanding of someone's mistake. Anyone wanting a NEW copy of Gone Tomorrow will find it on EBay soon!
