Don’t buy from them

Sent them $1800.00 that needed to be wired. First issue supposedly was truck failure. Told me to call driver. So called driver said load was damaged. Refused to send pictures. I called office. They told me would 2 day freight to me. 5 days later still no product. Then said would UPS to me. 2 weeks later told me was delivered to wrong address and was sent back. Told them I wanted a refund. They won’t answers messages or emails. The phone system his set up so you talk to a machine and must give your name. Pretty good scam. These people are crooks, liars scam artists. Don’t waste your time.

Scam artists

Bopping Heads Entertainment, Studio Technologies, Newscape Guild LLC, had me wire funds directly to them and promised they would send a complete system out to me on 6/22/18. They finally sent a system to me on 8/27/18 which is not complete, with a computer that is running Windows from 2013. No green screen, no cloaks, stands, camera. This system was supposed to come with a virtual "Photo Booth" as well. One DVD player is smashed and it looks like there are other issues with the equipment. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. And, I paid for an extended warranty as well! I will be contacting the FTC, Dept. of Agriculture, Palm Beach County and Internet Crime Complaint Bureau to lodge a complaint and with any luck, get a refund or a system that is complete. I like the product, just not the people I have been dealing with.

I sent boppingheads.com, extraordinary attractions, Jupiter parties, etc., whatever their many different names are, $2600 for a discounted system. They cashed the check on 10-31-17 and I never received the system. I think they even faked the truck driver and Cambria trucking number to keep me on the hook longer. Last email from Don Wallace said he was sending me a refund on 12-29-17. Still nothing. Here is the list of names associated with this scam: Don Wallace Eugene (Gene) Warren Jon Maria Brianna Steve (Cohn?) I still continue to call and email, but as of 1-16-18 the website is down. The companies they list as "partners" for financial assistance have also been contacted and they are not affiliated with bopping heads at all. I have contacted GoDaddy, which the site is linked to.

No replies from the CEO for 3 weeks re my order

I paid in full for the system 7 weeks ago and still have not received all the equipment. For the last 3 weeks I have left numerous messages and sent numerous emails for the CEO - Cole NewHaven, George and John - - no replies. I left messages for the general mail box and support as well - - no replies. For the equipment that did come, there were shipping delays and the promised dates were off by 1 - 2 weeks. When they did reply weeks ago, they started with "I am sorry". So far my faith in Real3DLabs is very , very low.

No Training or Support

I purchased a Boppingheads system, I had 1, hour on phone training they said I would receive a training DVD, did not happen, I was told they would send updated videos, never received one, I was told they would not sell to anyone else in the vicinity, that was a lie. My system crashed after I had it 6 months, it was sent to china to fix, when I got it back, I tried to use it, some things were missing or disabled, since I have no training I do not know how to fix it. When I tried to email for support, I was told my support had expired, when I tried to get support, all the support sites had disappeared. I have had my system since 12/13, I have not made one penny, just spent money trying to get help fixing it. I read somewhere, they are in Seattle Washington, doing the same thing they did here in Ohio. This company is a scam. Purchase at your own risk!

Boppingheads took our Christmas money...nothing but empty promises

From Boppingheads, I get story after story blaming the trucking company and UPS but no one will give me a tracking number to know if they even shipped the boppingheads and photobooth system I bought. We are going on 3 weeks of runaround. Six years ago, I bought my first 2 original systems boppingheads didn't have photobooth upgrade when George was the owner, cool guy, nice family and got EVERYTHING I ordered but that was 6 years ago when George was the owner, not Steve. Now, with the new ownership, they tell you they have parties requests waiting to be answered and no one to do them but I have to have to have Photobooth to do them, when they think you'll send money for a system, they promptly respond to emails and phone calls. I took John at his word and ordered the upgrade system to get in on the party in San Diego on the 19th I only had two weeks to get the system, get updated and confirm the party but no system was sent and no party was ever confirmed. I got an email admitting my system and 3 others wasn't sent, they blamed the trucking company, UPS... Really!! I do hope they send it and I don't have to issue a court case against then as well. I better hurry before they go bankrupt!! Yikes. : (

BOPPING HEADS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS - SCAM!!!

DO NOT purchase a system from BOPPING HEADS!!! They promise you a list of things that you'll never see. They are very good at keeping in touch with you BEFORE they get your money. However, once you've paid them, you're COMPLETELY ON YOUR OWN!!! This organization is a scam. All Bopping Head Operators around the country should come together against them, expose their lies and business practices. I would love to see this company investigated ... I'm not sure what the best approach would be against them, but I sure do wish they would go under, get sued, and be forced to back pay current operators!

Absolutely Terrible

They promise territories if you invest at least 10k into their bogus system, then if you are lucky enough to get a call back, they cry the blues saying someone else screwed them. Stay far, far away! They have some "Party Central" scam, where they try to sell parties to clients, only so they can get their quick deposit and let YOU deal with their over promised event. Last time I spoke with the Via the B.B.B., They said they were under new management, yet I still get the same exact ads offering "new business offers" with the same exact verbiage as before. RUN!!!

Worst People In My Life I Had To Deal With....No Support...No Upload Videos They Promise....I Had The Rights To A Province...They Sold To Others In The Same Province Which They Said They Wouldn't...They Are Complete Crooks...DON'T NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE..Half Of The Gear They Sent Me Was Used...NOT NEW...CROOKS CROOKS...There Address In Flordia Is Incorrect...The Lady At The Front Desk Said They Do Not Have A Office Here,,They Only Use This Address....CROOKS..They Had A Friend In Toronto Canada Buy A Second System..Told Her They Had The Contract For Canada's Wonderland..It Was Completely False...Crooks....Now She Is Stuck With Two Systems...When You First Contact Them...They Call You...They E-mail You..All The Support In The World....When They Get Your Money...Poof They Disappear..Like I Said The Office In Baton Rouge Flordia Is Not There Office...They Just Use That ADDRESS

Merchandise and/or Conponents not delivered

I PURCHASED, and "PAID IN FULL" on 3/7/13 a "DIGITAL EXPRESS BOPPING HEADS ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM" " CONPONENTS NECESSARY , to operate system, either not delivered @ all and/or not delivered in a timely manner as stated !!! Thunder ridge /Bopping Head Entertainment Co. emailed me information regarding A “NEW DEMO DIGITAL EXPRESS BOPPING HEADS SYSTEM”. They stated that, as soon as I paid in full “EVERYTHING” WOULD BE SHIPPED., EXPEDIENT CONSOLIDATED & SHIPPED OUT WITHIN A 24-48 HOUR time period .”EVERYTHING” would . Arrive, Shrink Wrapped, on a Pallet… I paid them with 2 Wire Transfers, from PNC & Wells Fargo a total of $6950.00 on 3/7/13,. Prior to that I was promised, in writing, that I would receive a “PHOTO BOOTH” NC,( NEVER RECEIVED)…I was also promised a refund of ($178.00 NOT RECEIVED) the shipping cost, due to the fact that the BH System was not delivered, on the 1st attempt, . I RECEIVED 1, OF THE 4 STOOLS, needed, to use the system,( not included on the Pallet), nor received as of 4/18/13.After Thunder Ridge Ent, was PAID IN FULL, I was notified,on or about a week later (3/13/13) that about 5 of the components’ I needed, would be shipped eventually…and again on 3/14/13, in reference to about 4 or 5 more components…. though other resources…(I was send tracking #’s). I’m still not sure, if I’ve received everything, shown on my invoice, because, I don’t know how to open the Bopping Heads System. I was told to download the instructions, information from my computer, I informed the Company that I was having problems with my computer & printer and I needed a manual and/or hard copy. (NEVER RECEIVED). I, The invoice, also reflected 2 TV’s, & other components’, needed, as far as I know I was only shipped (1) ONE TV.I’ve asked for a refund 2 times & been completely ignored, I WANT A TOTAL REFUND !!! After checking out this Company online @ Scam-book, BBB, etc, etc., I really don’t have the desire,.. Confidence, nor Trust in their ability , to think, they can nor will perform, in a Professional manner, in the future. They appear to be incapable of transacting business
