My click and collect order still has not arrived after 8 days

Stores do not pick up phone. Customer Service phone is automated and when you explain problem it just says phone customer service!! Appalling service

To thank Shirley ( Loreal ) Boots Donegall Place

I went in looking for a Lancome No 12 lipstick and was advised by shirley that they didn't make them anymore. Shirley went out of her way showing me different colours until we found one closest to the colour i wanted, Shirley seemed very confident and knowledgeable and was able to advised me on some new makeup to go with my lipstick.

Cant add my card online and can't reset my password

I can't reset my password because there's no link for it and I can't add my advantage card because it's saying to log in.i want to get the link for resetting your password and I do want to add my advantage card. I want to log into my account.Is there anyway of helping it out? Because I want help with it! please and thank you!

And my hair must be natural blonde .Now my hair is dark brown?

I Have in Tolworth Boots hair colour and the boks was broken,all colourbox feeld on the floor .The staff walket around and doesnt help for me !!! I meet my self and mist shampoo !?I dont have a receipt,but I showed my Boots card.Its was on the 7July.Many thanks.

National insurance number

I worked as a No 7 consultant for Boots the chemist 72/74 Brompton Road,Knightsbridge,back in around 1991 - **** & I was looking for my national insurance number,as I now live in Ireland,I would really appreciate it if you could advise me,on how to go about getting it, Thanks.

Repeat prescriptions not made up on time, home delivery constantly short of items

Repeat prescriptions not being prepared, home delivery always missing items,constantly having to phone to see where medication is,phone unanswered a lot,staff at pharmacy don't seem to know what's going on, always a queue, other customers complaining, needs immediate shake up, disgraceful!!

I have not be refunded fo the postage for the order that hasn't arrived

I have not been refunded the postage my order has not arrived. I placed the order onMay 30th, it is now June 5th . Complete refunding is required.I will take this complaint further, publish my complaint onFacebook if I do not receive the full amount owing. As for demanding that I type over 100 words, requesting I use the past partisable. That is dtupid

Register my advantage card

Got a advantage card for North Ireland and had to get it Registered and I have it registered now and the girl was very helpful to me she is very good at herself job she could not believe more helpful to me she is very good at her job I do not always get helpful people on the phone but she was very helpful to me

They Returned my order before I collected it

Useless bunch of *** sent my order back when I got a week and half to collect it then I get attitude and told I'm wrong on days and I have to now rebuild without receiving a refund well *** u boots u lost my business and I will taking this further as u funked my holiday that using u *** was memt to make easy don't waste money here they *** who send ur order back a day before u fly out with a week and half to collect, I have put screen shot showing I had 14 days from collection day to collect I got 10 days still and the *** sent it back

Great service

My friend and I were in boots Doncaster today round the cosmetic perfume till, we were served by George I would just like to say what a credit to your store this young man is. Great attitude, and so helpful. Thank you George

Lack of basic service

Ive been trying to contact Boots, Victoria Centre, Nottingham for 3 days - the phone doesnt even ring. Presumably its switched off. Im having to make a 90 minute round trip journey for information on my spectacle lens prescription I could have requested over the phone.

Rude customer service

I visited your store in Gateshead Metro Centre on the 23/ 2 / 23 to purchase some Boots No 7 , pressed powder . I have used this powder for the last 10 years . Your assistant , Joanne was rude and had a very brusque manner , she told me she did not have the colour I requested which was dark . She then went on to inform me she would not have stock until august . I said that was no good but she said I can sell you something . She proceeded to tell me i needed a translucent colour for my skin tone . She was absolutely incorrect . I wear a Clarins tinted moisturiser , a translucent powder would look white on my skin . I used my points on my card for this purchase. She walked away when I was still talking , she seemed impatient in her task . I will not return to this counter in the Metro Centre if this is how you train your staff . Awful lady , awful customer service , I put the product in the bin .. where it belongs .
