ADV160 lost key

i have reported my problem using my HP number as references (012-297****). i lost both of my keys as you know in my complain. When i bought the bike - my agent said if i lost my keys, i just have to use the BAR quote the reproduce my keys. look like its not true. it has been more then few weeks or one month to solve my keys issues. If i know about this problem, i wont buy this bike. unfortunately its my mistake to lose both keys as things happened. the customers service lady was nice to explain about the problem Honda is having, as the part are coming from Indonesia. My point is if you cant handle or solve any problem don't sale the bike to consumer. My bike have not been use for ever since the problem and i feel so wasted. Honda is a leading in Motorsport especially F1 and bike racing and u cant solve my key issues. kindly take this as serious issues before i make a public knowledge as i am in few of ADV group chat.

Booking for 7 months still bike in dream

Booking the adv150 for Feb 2021 but bike still not sure when can get it. however, my friend's booking in march but can get last month. how ur company system. if you don't want to sell. please public to all cancel my order. +601******** yeap please don'tgive me a wait for 1 year.

Honda RS150R Rubber Foot Rest

Just bought this bike in less than a month, my current mileage is only 840 km, my first service is coming up soon. So far the bike is what I expected to be except for the foot rest. Just checked today and it looks like it has been used for years. The left gear side is the worst. Never thought that Honda forgot to check this material quality issue. I have never seen this issue on my previous bikes. Attached is the picture of the foot rest. In general I would not give a second thought on purchasing Honda products. But this has made me think twice. Most definitely I would have the mechanic to check everything again for other quality issues like this.

I beli ex5 baru di kedai ee tiong setapak selepas odometer tak sampai 600 km bunyi engine mcm mau runtuh dan gear tak dpt fungsi dgn baik selalu tak masuk dgn baik. I bawa motor ke boon siew kepong staff sana suruh i tunggu i sampai satu iaitu pd 15/2/17. I harap boon siew menjelaskan knp begitu lama dan tak quality mcm dulu. Jgn malukan syarikat anda.

Boon Siew - Honda Motorcycle Review from Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

I have own a honda future bike for 3 n half years now. The problem was the 2nd gear. Difficult to change gears.. I went Kepong Boon Siew 3x..in 1 month of April 2013, till today the problem remains. Now currently, im having oil leaking at black oil drain bolt, replace yesterday but today after traveling 30km,the problem came back. Same drain bolt. Leaking again.. Ask the mechanic, this material aloy on engine part is soft n there for wear out very fast. Honda bike quality has drop badly. Honda need to do something so the quality remains like last century.. Example Honda ex5 1st n 2nd model. Please Honda Malaysia do something about this.

Cbr250r timing tensioner failed for 3rd time in a year

My bike had loud ticking sound and vibrations which occured just 6 Months after buying brand new bike.part was changed 2x in kepong. Today the problem has reoccured. Paid 22k for trouble free riding, but quality is *** and complaint handled in very poor manner. Shame to boon siew honda.the ride is terrible as vibration is terrible after 95kmh. How can a Japanese product fail repeatedly for 3 times in less than a year. Manager in kepong has very poor understading of bikes and is not eagerly helping. Honda is inviting and challenging their customers to take cases to court. Boon siew Honda does not have enough branches and manpower to support after sales.signs of a profit greedy company that only cares about sales.boon siew better take a serious look at this problem before it explodes.i urge all to boycott their products,especially cbr 250 r as it is a total failure.

New Products defect - Disappointed

My name is Mr Kesavan Chandra Dass and I'm from Kuala Lumpur. I am one of Honda motorcycle's loyal consumer/customer. Last December I bought a Honda Future from your authorise dealer in KL. After 1 week, my new bike started make some problems ie. oil leakage from corroborator (I guess) and a funny sound from rear disc break. So last month (January) I bring my bike to your service centre in Kepong, Kl to get some advice or any services. But I was told that all the service calls will be attended with prior appointments. Therefore, I make an appointment to solve my above-mentioned problems on 13 March 14. Now I found the the sound from the rear disc breake getting louder and continuously and the oil leakage also non-stop. I just want to ask Boon Siew Honda (BSH)Malaysia:- - What the standard BSH practice to your products before release/sold to consumers ? - Is that any R&D on your products ? - How about your Quality Control ? - As a pioneer in our country's motorcycle producer, the quality of your products looks like jeopardised your brand. Is really hustle for me to travel from my house (Puchong) to your service centre (Kepong) to service my bike with the defects.. As a consumer, I have a rights to bring BSH to our Consumer Courts to get some justifications because my main intention to buy a NEW bike with hustle free and a smooth riding....but with this kind of conditions of your products its seems better I switch to other producers. Note : My working clique recently (Jan 14) also bring his new Honda Future to your service Centre @ Kepong to the the oil leakage problem. Ans, they changed a new corroborator for his bike) Really disappointed loyal customer

The Service - More than Poor - HONDA, Defect Concern and No Help ... poor

bought my honda CR-V 2.0L on 16 sep 2010, i discovered a few problem in nov 2010 and i immediately reported it to my dealer: Boon Siew (Borneo Sdn Bhd) in Kota kinabalu, Sabah, malaysia. the sales advisor was not able to help me in solving my problem, instead ask me to send to outside car center and pay to repair this tiny problem. i was so angry and argue on this. finally he ask me to contact Honda service center and deal directly. in my helpless situation, i did and i even send MMS pictures to show the defects. however to date 7th of Feb 2011, i still hv not get any response from them even after few attempts of complaints. here are the problem i faced, and i hope those who dreaming of owing one of this model would think twice as it is a disgrace to be discover by friends and family who are eager to take a ride on this new Honda! Here are the problem i face:- 1) paint impertection with paint peeling off at bonnet and boots 2) glove box compartment cannot not be operated 3) front windscreen nozzle not functioning resulting in dangerous driving and potential marks on the main big screen. it might seem a small problems to some, but to me it is a big hit as i am in my golden age now and it is a new car that i even wanted after 30 yrs of driving second hand car. i hope Honda Malaysia could rectifier this problem immediately and contact me at 016 667 **** or wealthyebeam@***.com
