I booked 4 tickets to insignia inox at phoenix mall indore from bookmy show for the movie rocky aur rani ki prem kahani and after the amount being deducted from my account they showed ticket failed. Now they are telling that refund will process in 5 to 7 days and are saying to watch the movie the tickets have to be booked again. What kind of fraud is this.Bookmyshow is firstly taking days to refund and then not even providing with an alternative to the tickets. Either give the tickets immediately or the deducted amount. Bookmyshow is a site full of frauds and will never suggest to anyone. There customer services are useless people.

Stupid scams done by this garbage company
I booked tickets for movie but bookmyshow changed the location total fare was around 720 rupees. Now when I cancelled the ticket I got refund of 480 rupees. Why didn't I get complete refund ? Stupid scam company

Dear Team, This is to inform you that i Labani Sarkar had booked a 14:30 show Barbie dated 30th July. I spit my ticket into 2 number, I received the ticket has a sms on my number i.e 992041**** But I havent received the ticket on number 721915****. The booking for this number is B5PXZCQ. I had a word with Customer service and they informed me to send a mail and they will re send me the Both ticket on my email. Kindly do the needful. Thanks and Regards Labani Sarkar
