I have to cancel a stay
Do to a family emergency/ death in family and they wouldnt work with me about moving dates or canceling my stay or moving to different locations larger in year. Do not sure them!!

Haven’t received my deposit
I called booking .com. I’ll have to go through getting bank statements before I can get my deposit refunded back. This such an inconvenience, especially when the deposit was automatically supposed to be added back to my credit card. I’ve called Kingston plantation they said booking is responsible for my refund. I called booking and they say the resort is responsible. I just want my deposit like I was promised.

Wrong hotel
I booked a hotel in Las Vegas at the Circus Circus and it was not the location that was being showed on the site. It's wasn't even at the location that you go and check into. Finding that out I did not want to stay there because it was 4 room's in a building sitting on a back street. Me being a woman and by myself I didn't want it. But they would not give me a refund.

False advertising of hotel I booked in Galveston. Mold in the rooms and bathroom. Over priced. Air conditioning did not work! I want a refund and I am taking it all the way to the state!
