I need a Return label for dress I ordered through Debenhams
I need a label to return a dress Ive already reordered the dress and have it hanging in my wardrobe while trying to get a return label. I ordered the dress from Debenhams website but it was too small Debenhams said to send it back to Boohoo but I cant get a return label.

Unauthorized transaction through my bank
CONSUMERS BEWARE An unauthorized purchase transaction was withdrawn in the amount of $27.43 and I have no idea what for because I did not make a purchase. I could not find any way to get to speak with any representative to find out what the purchase was supposed to be and how I was associated with it purchase. I never even received a confirmation number or order number. The only thing I can theorize is that I ran across an email from Walmart (pretty sure now that it was scam) telling me that I could get this free set of cookware and would only need to pay for the shipping. In order to do that, I had to put in my information (email, phone number, address,) So I entered all that but before I made any purchase I was asked to put in my payment method which would have been a card number. When I got to that point & still didn't see the shipping COST so I did not enter my bank or credit card info and went back to the previous page. Since I didn't see a dollar value of the shipping, I did not SUBMIT ORDER FOR ANYTHING. So if that was the case, then apparently they already had my information and automatically entered the order for me. I tried to track the order but I couldn't find an order number to enter. About a week ago, I received an email to a totally different email account that didn't say where it was from or who it was but that my shipping was on hold at UPS because I needed to pay more money towards the shipping. There was a tracking number so I went to my UPS app and entered that tracking number and there is no such number in their records. The UPS app that they use was fake also. I'm not sure if both are associated with each other but it just seems like a weird coincidence. I forgot to pay attention to the email to determine whether or not it was an official Walmart email but now I'm convinced it was not! So I'm trying to figure out still how I'm going to get my $27.43 back and I just don't know who to go to, except for the police but that's still going to get nowhere. So to everyone else all I can say is good luck and be careful with your emails. Oh, BTW, it turns out that this order was from UK. I would never place any order from out of the country!!

Missed items
Ordered 9 dressed as a gift to school teachers from Boohoo, 14th july received 4 so contacted them for remaining 5 items. They said all been sent together. I dont see other 5 items it could have gone even in transit. Boohoo should deliver items in customer hands and its their responsibility. Now they claim that they cant help after seeing footage.

Le mercredi 07 et le jeudi 15 Juin 2023, je vous ai adressé des e-mails avec des retours qui ne me satisfassent pas du tout. En effet, je n'ai toujours et toujours pas été livré. C'est une commande que j'ai effectué depuis le jeudi 25 Mai 2023 et vous constaterez que l'on approche des un mois, ce n'est tout de même pas rien.

Got a reply from boohoo explaining there sorry again and would send me the shorts I ordered just opened parcel to find they have done the same thing again and sent me another 2 tops what a bloody joke not happy at all and wont be using this site again how hard is it to send a pair of shorts

I ordered for my holiday a Co-ord summer set and was sent 2 tops instead of shorts. Hoping shorts get her in time for holiday kept 1 sent 1 bk

They have scamed me
I contacted their customer service and asked if my TAX will be refunded as they have this information on their website and they told me it will be refunded and I will have to provide for them the invoice for TAX. After receiving parcel and contacting customer service they were so rude to tell me that I can not get a refund anymore for no reason! And then when I addressed the problem they had audacity to ignore me and sent me automated text messages. Their customer service phone number are no longer working! Such a SCAM!! Do not order from this company!
