Hello Bolt, I was told to take a selfie on bolt app this morning and I did but the next thing I saw was that my account was blocked after gee minutes,I am not happy right now cos this is another new week..and of course I remove my goaty right now but that is real me on that picture on bolt app..kindly treat cos I need to go online now Segun

Lost Item -- No One Is Helping Me!!

Bolt has been a complete nightmare! I left my US earbuds for my phone that I need for work int he car last night. The driver called me but it was late and I have already got to bed. I called first thing in the morning but now I am no longer able to call, unless it's his phone number which doesn't work! Says it's incorrect number. His photo disappeared from the ride history too so not sure if the driver turned off the app or deleted it. I feel like he wanted to return them but I missed his call :( I contacted customer services at Bolt who have a chat option but NO ONE replies! I got one bogus reply asking if I am ok to share my number when I wrote numerous messages before that that clearly asked to do so! I replied and still waiting for contact, no one is replying, not customer support not the driver. I need someone to contact me asap!!!

Nobody answer me and I did I complain. I can’t get you to speak to to speak about my issue so they both of they. They did overcharge me for something I don’t expect.

I have issue wit bolts I cant contact them to explain my issue so the problem happen is a day the driver overcharged me for some thing not my mistake he went to that conjunction area which is he can get another direction but he pushed money on me and thats not acceptable.

Because I was charged for a ride did not happen

I was charged for a ride that did not happen and still charged 4 for the waiting time when we put in the address it did not trun up at all it went some where else could not see it and even messaged twice no reply back tryed ringing the driver no answer if this keeps happening then I am leaving use as I am not happy I use bolt all the time for work and other places where I need to get to

Harrased and scammed by driver, extracharder me, switchung himself mu drop off location

He repeatedly changed my drop-off location, without my consent, because he didn't want to pick me up(it took him 28 minutes(. I told him that is him who should cancel because he doesn't want to pick me up. He said he won't, and became aggressive over the phone, called me multiple times, harassed me. In the end he sent me a message as a warning, and then he started picking random drop off locations, very far from Bucharest. The price was changing every 10 seconds ranging from 350 Ron to 130, and finally pun my drop-off in another city, 2 hours away from my pickup location and I received a notification that my order was completed, and I got to my destination

Very slow service

Drivers keep on canceling and the wait time is alottt. Very poor service. I had to keep waiting For the driver for approximately 20 minutes. Bad services
