Employment

I was hired by a shift leader. I signed background check.I received my offer letter I signed and emailed back accepting the offer. In the coming days I received emails completed them. Waited for manager to call me in to complete hiring. I never got that call. Will this affect being hired in the future? If so why? How can I get it cleared? When it clearly wasn't my fault. I was ready to be part of the team. Clearly something had to have happened to not hear anything. I called to check on status. The manager said "I will call you back." I'm still waiting on the call 40 + days out.

Poor service complaint rude people

I went to Bojanles order food they told me it woul be 20 min so i said i would wait. The asked me am i really going to wait for 3 wings This is the Bojangle on Hwy 58 in Chattanooga tn. Then i went back next the next day and ordered the same thing the rude women said we only have dark. She need some customer service skills or work only in the kitchen away from the public. Poor customer service

TI went through drive through and ordered my food and drinks I ordered a Dr. Pepper and a Pepsi so when I get to the window I asked the cashier if she had my drinks labeled so Ill know which is which.. she puts a smirk on her face and just punch one of the drinksand tells me the one she punched was the Pepsi so .. so one of the orders I had to dropped off.. before I could pull out the drive hood they told me that was not Pepsi and that was the drink she told me was Pepsi and I wouldnt be so upset if she hadnt put a smirk on her face and straight up lied to me

This was a horrible bojangles to go to.

Staff very unprofessional from the start made me wait almost an fr and my food was just sitting there I had to come in twice I stood right I front of counter and no 1 cared at all I was so tired and frustrated from work I just wanted a hot meal and these females treated me like crap and the manager didnt even say sorry and def showed they did not care at all and just kept rolling there eyes I did not yell make a scene or have a attitude I just simply asked for my money back after an hr of waiting smh I can not believe I was treated so badly

Ordered food and the store closed before I got my food

No one from corporate has reached out to me. I've called and sent emails with no results from either.

I put in a 70 dollar order on line at 8:44 and it said my order would be ready to pick up by 9:15. Once I got there the store was already closed. I was charged for it, I could have gotten a phone call from them. The website needs to corrected on the time of operation from 10 to 9. Now my kids and family are out of food for the night.

Order

I placed an order on 7/11 through the app. I went to pick it up from the sugar creek road location and was told the store was closed because they had a power outage. I was not able to get my food. I was told they couldnt give me my $6.48 refund and I had to contact the corporate office. I tried calling and left a message. I no still have not heard from corporate and its 7/21. I tried emee was emailing them and still no response. I want my refund.

Visited this restaurant Bojangles on Randolph Street in Thomasville, North Carolina at 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 12th of July 2023 place to my order in the drive-thru speaker told them more than once that I would like my food fresh. She kept having me repeat myself and then people would laugh in the background. It's not funny when you ask for fresh food. The manager does not care about how her employees treat people. We come around to be asked to pull forward to make it out like they're going to recook our food fresh. The only thing that was cooked fresh was the bow rounds. The biscuit and gravy was horrible. We got a four-piece supremes combo large size with a sweet tea. The chicken tasted disgusting. It was hard as a rock. I even included a picture in this review so you could see for yourself that the chicken is not fresh. The fries are not fresh. They made sure that the the top portion of the fries were fresh. The bottom part was uncooked hard as a rock. Still they had been sitting out all day. The biscuit fell apart and we were absolutely disgusted because every time we go through the drive-thru were told we have to wait like third cooking our food which they're not they're all sitting around. I'm talking. You know what have you waiting on a paycheck and this this whole crew at this Bojangles all they want is to get paid. They don't care about the customers. The manager don't even care. She goes in the lobby. I've watched her more than once with her employees. There's like three or four of them. They sit down they eat. They make sure their food is fresh my new but as far as the customers they're willing to give us food that has been sitting out all day probably so they could cook up fresh food for themselves and this is happened more than once nothing's being done about it. I have wrote more than one review to y'all and nothing is being done about that. If something doesn't get done and no one contacts me back I will be taking further action because this is happened more than once. Nothing is happening. Once again I'm tired of wasting my money. I'm tired of getting disgusting food. If it was you guys on the other end you would complain to. I'm sure you would matter of fact I know you would so if nothing gets done I will be taking further action

Hello I waited for about an hr for the food I ordered. 12pc family chicken meal came with 3 fixins (2 coleslaw, and a side of dirty rice) I took the food home (luckily I only live about 4/5 min away). I had a box of biscuits, a box of chicken with 5 breast and a thigh, and the sides I ordered. Missing 6 pieces of chicken not to mention the chicken wasnt fresh given the length of time I waited. I went back to the store the manager on duty at the time said she had to put me in the food replacement order book. She couldnt fix my order right then mind you Im missing chicken on my order that I already paid for and its not fresh. I have a family at home ready to eat what we planned an paid for but she couldnt drop anymore chicken. Coming to this location for chicken its always something but tonight cut the cake.

Rude customer service with terrible attitude

I arrived at the restaurant at 10 oclock on Sunday, July 2, 2023. I want to entrance of restaurant to enter and the doors were locked. Myself along with a few other customers walked away from the door at that point I got in my vehicle and roll through the drive-through because the other customers cannot order because they had large vehicles with equipment. I asked Personal why was the dinette locked? He said they were short staffed, and was very rude and seem to have been irritated by my question in a rude manner I said, do you want to order a reply? No I do not I said I do not understand why you are not able to operate the register from the inside at that point, and spoke a little louder, and aggressively and pose the question of my order again because of his poor customer service I liked it not to order, and I told him I will contact customer service, and I don't recall his reply, but again it was very rude. I was really confused because the day before I ordered and there were 5 employees behind the counter and it took 5 minutes for someone to come take my order. I have observed inappropriate conversation and with foul language.

I visit Bojangles At 2408 Carolina Beach Rd Around 9pm 6-21-23 Went Thru Drivethru Order A Family12pcs Meal Got Home The Food Was Old And Cold The Were Fried Hard lol like The Cook Didnt Even Shake The Flour Off It the hold Meal Were Delicious And I spent 40 dollars called Back No one Answered Thursday Phone So I Called Back Today 6-22-23 Got A Ruled *** Manger On The Phone Not Professional At All Dont Give A Dam About The Customer Not Trying To Fix The Problem I Asked Her For The 1800 number Oh We Dont Have One And No Ian Not Please At All.

Wow. This place is TERRIBLE

I dont even know where to begin.. Every single Bo Jangles in this city is TERRIBLE!! My last order, I ordered from the app. Got to the restaurant to pick up my food and had to wait an extra 45 minutes. There was absolutely NO ONE at this restaurant. So I couldnt tell why it took so long to get my food. But eventually I got it and theres 4 missing items, including CHICKEN! They didnt even want to give all the chicken I ordered. So I went through the drive thru and told them the things I was missing. Well, that took another 20 minutes. Finally, someone comes out and hands me a bag and my Bo Berry Biscuits were STILL not in the bag. OMG! I just left and went home. I live about 10 mins away. Got home and get my family ready to eat and we couldnt even eat. The food was absolutely Disgusting! I thought the food would be fresh since it took so long. Nope, the biscuits were so hard, there was no way we could eat them. The chicken was cold and had probably been sitting there for several hours. At this point I was beyond annoyed. I just paid around 60$ for this garbage.. So I contacted Bo Jangles through email. This was going on 2 months ago, and have yet to hear back from them.

I went to a Bojangles I Older, a bacon egg and cheese combo. She took my order and it took me 20 minutes to get it to start off with an order buggery biscuits to two of them. Well Im a bacon, egg and cheese. It was all right then I went to eat blueberries biscuits and they were so hard. It almost broke the spoon so I go back up there to tell him about it and get a refund. One of the workers come out and said you need to come help this man he appear in his new hey dudes, all clean and everything , then, as the lady approached the register to not want to give me a refund girl that serve me the biscuits said they were fresh right out the oven. I didnt know what I was talking about. I told her if they were so damn good one cheetah myself try and embarrass somebody in front of all the customers but that is not the way you treat people and it was 803 West Dixon Blvd. in Bojangles. They are smart mouth *** I will not eat there again and Im telling all my family members and what are you do regularly well we wont anymore anybody that stops in there just look for him to be smart *** your customer service stinks

Worst chicken sandwich

I have bought 25-30 chicken sandwiches from you. You have the best chicken sandwich in the business.. when you make them right. I just had the worst two!! I ordered hot sandwiches and told them to drop two new ones and I was willing to wait for it with extra pickles. After a15 minute wait the man came out, handed me the bag said he put extra pickles on the sandwiches. I opened the bag and the sandwich box. They were cold and each had two pickles on it. The first sandwich bun was so hard it cracked off when I started to eat it. The rest of the bun all came apart as I ate the COLD sandwich!! The second sandwich was no better!! Normally when I get the chicken sandwich I am willing to wait for, they are too hot to eat!! These kids wanted to see if I knew a fresh one like I asked for!!! I immediately pulled around to the window and told them the sandwiches were not fresh!! The response was, are you sure, with their deer in the headlights look! Unless I get compensated for my $12, I wont be back!! Your sandwich is the most expensive, which I will pay, but not when they are like this!!!I want to hear from someone!!! 1-63*-***-****
