Impossible to unsubscribe
Body FX makes it impossible to unsubscribe! There is no option to do so in-app, so you have to go to your online account. There is no option to click on an unsubscribe button. Instead you are directed to write a mail, which I have done three times, without success!! Its not legal to make it impossible to cancel a subscription!!!

Pleased to report that BodyFX have now been in touch. Offered an apology and 5 months of membership reimbursement.
Also stated that they will look into why this happened which was my main concern. Hopefully it won't happen to others.

Signed up in 2021 and they keep taking a monthly fee from my credit card even though it was advertised as a one off fee. Have tried to cancel my supposed subscription but no answer with emails and no function on their website. A couple of weeks ago I lost my credit card and had a new one issued with different number, expiry date and CCV. Somehow, without my permission, they started to take payments from the new card. That is fraud!!! Have now reported them to Australian Federal Police.

Bought figure of 8 package couple of years ago and now cant sign in. I did not get a subscription I bought the package, it doesnt let me change the password or anything!

Signed up and paid for lifetime access . Hadnt used for a while. Forgot password. Sent emails for log in several times and not one reply. Very very frustrating to pay for something and then be ignored.

BodyFX has been charging my credit card since 11/15/2020. They have never been authorized to do so on a continued basis. I did a onetime purchase for $47.00 in which they were supposed to send me DVDs for Figure 8 program. Ive never received any DVDs, but they are continually charging my credit card $11.99 every month since then and refuse to stop! My credit card company refuses to refund the money because BodyFX says I never cancelled with them. Theres no phone number to reach them and on their live chat, some person named Cathy aka Catherine tells you we dont have an over the phone customer service, we have live chat and email support. Ive reached out to them several times to have them say, you dont have an account with us, so we cant charge your credit card. Yet, Im being charged every single month! Its a scam company! I cant get them to stop charging my credit card! I want my money back for the past 2 years of wasted and unauthorized charges! $275.77 and counting!
