Money was literally stolen!!

Unlike a lot of other people I lost a small sum. Poor customer service.. Stole my funds They disabled and locked my account without my permission!! STAY AWAY from this Scam piece of *** site.

Unauthorized credit card charges

Gave bodog online casino my visa info I made 9-10 cash deposits for $100-$150 each deposit They charged me a service charge on each deposit Now I find that I have 2 unauthorized charges on my visa account from Rempesaah for total of $267 Canadian Your credit card info is NOT safe with Bodog online casino I am shocked This is really unwanted and degrading I will go to Ontario ombudsman to Settle this credit card fraud if I have to Really disappointed

Broken site

Bodog took my money and won't let me back into my account. They shut down their customer service phone line and forum and online chat is down.

Harassing emails

I closed my account because they were using 'shadow' companies to disguise my deposits from my credit card. This got me in trouble with credit card company. They don't allow credit card charges form online gambling outfits. They were charged back; and now they are coming after ME for it.

Withdraw from account.

Email I sent to bodog. I have gone back and forth with you guys for multiple emails. You guys continue to contradict yourself and not pay any attention to what u have asked. Please review timelines! Deposit - October 31,2020 and November 1, 2020 total deposit amount = $250.00. I attempted to withdraw $500 from the account on November 8,2020. Your most recent email states that deposits have not cleared. It has been 10 business days. I have followed up with my bank and they have confirmed the funds were successfully withdrawn. Your previous email stated you needed 24-48hrs to review. Which from November 08,2020 has now exceed that time frame. Your email prior to that stated Withdraw was processed today, you must wait approximately 24-48 hours in order to be posted to your account. You guys have told me multiple things all within the span of the last 4 hours. They are not the same thing. These response do not match the timelines you have provide. I will again state you guys are Trying to withhold funds but lying about all the above. You have provide so many answer all different! So you guys obviously Have no clue what you guys are doing or what is actually true.

My account is locked

my direct bank transfer of 400 dollars was rejected so I would like to deposit 400 dollars using email transfer or direct bank transfer again. I received an email saying i could do this by logging in but i cant login because my account is locked for some reason.

Scammed funds

Good day, I would like to ask for help, one month I have created account with www.bodog.eu. Deposited 780 Canada dollars (using BTC valet), lost everything, again deposited 3880 Canada dollars (using BTC valet), and won few bets, so after these bets account balance was approx. 13000 Canada dollars, I have asked for withdrawal of 3900 Canada dollars to my BTC valet. Received message from bodog customer service to provide verification documents, ID, driving license, proof of address, and different kind of selfies, I have sent all last documents on 2nd of September, on the same day received that documents review will take up to 24-48 hours. On 4th of September I have contacted customer service, asked them to update account status, they stated that I have breach terms of services, and they closed my account, and balanced voided, no pay out initial deposit and winning. I insisted on giving me full details, what was the breach, what verification document was missing, but they just gave me general information, that was account verification breach, case closed, and money balance voided. I have asked to write me official email for this breach but did not receive. On 8th of September I have contacted again bodog customer service, asked what the status of my account is, and they stated that it's still in review. So, it seems that they are trying to avoid paying my balance approx. 13.000 Canadian dollar. I would like to ask you for help in this case with bodog bookie, maybe you have some legal advice, because in Canada very tough laws against fraud bookies, and scam sites like bodog.eu. I remain with your reply, thanks in advance

The worst site to bet on ever. They are scammers

I made a deposit using Bitcoin. They told me my deposit is a failed deposit. I sent screenshots of payments and.my address. They didn't even get to me. They are trying to scam me of my money. Alert please don't deposit money on any bodog site or bet with them they will scam you.

Theft

I permanently disabled my account on Saturday. 2 days later they stole another $50. At the bank right now. Have to close my bank account then open a new one. Then have to set up my new account with leasing company, car insurance, etc. Bodog is *** evil.

Stolen money

$50.67 was withdrawn from my account that I never deposited. The billing descriptor was the same name from a deposit I hade made 3 weeks before. The $50.67 never showed up in my bodog account It disappeared. I had to send them all sorts of bank statements and they still didn't refund my money. I want to go to Antigua to see them. It will be *** disgusting what I do to them. It will be on CNN. They are dishonest *** ***

Unable to connect

moved from Mexico to the USA. Before leaving Mexico, attempted to close the account, but Bodog made it impossible for me to close the aacount and receive a refund. Need help
