Green Mash Potatoes.
Problem with product. Would love to send you a pic showing sell by date and 8/15/23. Having to attempt to substitute something at the last minute ruined my dinner in my opinion. Pork n bean and filet mignon just doesn't present well...I'm still looking for a working customer service number.

Just learned today that after 50 years, you are no longer serving grits?? I cant tell you how disappointed I am. The one thing I go to Bob Evans for. I can eat anywhere and get good food and I will in the future. You guys have gone to *** since Bob died and the kids sold the restaurant business. I wont be back. As for the grocery line, Jimmy Dean is also as good. I have no further use for Bob Evans.

Employee Appreciation
Im very sorry to be writing this but I could not sit by without a word. I was at Bob Evans in Franklin Indiana today with my family and the general manager was absolutely ridiculous. An Employee has been having a rough day and was out in her car crying visibly very upset, the general manager told the whole staff she was out there being lazy. Im sorry but this is disgraceful. Mental health should be taken alot more seriously than this and also so should that employees privacy. Your general manager has very much ruined our favorite family gathering place and we will NOT be back.

Requested unsweet tea and received sweet tea. Took over 5 minutes to replace it. Restaurant not busy. After 45 minutes of waiting for our dinner, without even being served our bread, we went up to the cashier to pay for the tea and tell them we were leaving. Their excuse was that they had received a large cater order. This took priority over customers in the restaurant? I don't think so! I will not step in this restaurant again!

Poor curbside pickup service.
Arrived at Bob Evans on Harding Hwy, Lima, Ohio to pick up a curbside order. Waited 20 minutes (in hot sun) and no food arrived. Finally, I went inside and my order (# 200790****781****) was sitting there while several employees (including a manager) stood around chatting. Of course, when I got home, the food was cold.

Bob Evans employee foul language, rude behavior
A Bob Evans employee came into a nail salon LA Nails, Cleveland Avenue northern lights). We knew she was a Bob Evans employee because she was wearing a Bob Evans name tag. She had a male on FaceTime being very loud and dropping F bombs even in front of other peoples children. I politely asked her to please turn down her phone because the rest of us did not want to hear it. She began more foul language, telling me to shut the *** I said Im not being rude. I was just asking politely for you to turn it down. I even said please and she said F I dont know you! I have been coming to this nails on for 24 years and no the owners personally. The owner had to go over and tell her to please turn your phone down. I thought Bob Evans might like to know how this employee was behaving in public with her name tag on. She was rude. Dogs at the restaurant
So my family and I were having lunch at Bob Evans in port charlotte Florida. Two woman came in for lunch with a dog. The dog was barking and it just tasteless to have an animal inside a restaurant. You really should do something about this policy even if its a service dog, absolutely ridiculous that now people have to eat surrounded by dogs.

Awful server
I think her name was aliya. She was complaining from the moment we walked in. We were the 2nd table there. Walking behind her was hard as she smelled like really bad fish and her back and undies were showing. She was very slow to coming back to us after she sat us i think it took her like 10 minutes to come back. She very sweet but you can tell she doesnt like her job. The food sat there for a while as it was more on the cold side, so when i asked her to reheat it she rolled her eyes and we heard her complain saying if these stupid people ask for one more thing im gonna lose it. Well my son asked if some one order fish near us as it smell awful like fish and as she walked by us the son said gross its her. She never check bad on us after reheating our food. My son wanted to leave as he wasnt enjoying his time nor was I. Awful awful server.

We had dinner at streetbro ohio our service was terrible wait long for the food and when finally get it and it was cold and the eggs were well done and I order over easy and the food was cold I told them to take it back and they Nike it and brought it back with tha over cooked eggs so told the to take it back and the manager cooked new eggs and the were no better you need to train you people how to cook and take care of there customer it a shame we normally vis the restaurant a oneself or twice a week that will stop now. walt687@***.com

I ordered the chicken noodle biscuit mashed potatos & gravey. I got 1 biscuit with mashed potatoes. Thats all. The location was Springhill, Fl not Springfield Illinois.

Not a very pleasant breakfast.
Coffee was cold and diluted,I ordered a hot skillet with saugage and instead I got a cold served skillet, ground beef and the cheese was cold and was not melted. My Wife ordered 2 fried eggs over easy and when the eggs arrived she should have order hard boiled eggs instead.

Your restaurant is kept too cold! It feels like 66-67 degrees in here, Lebanon, Ohio, and AC is still blowing?! I know you like other restaurants keep it low to make customers eat faster and make room for next customer but its 10:45am which is between breakfast and lunch rush and its still cranking out cold air. How much $ could your restaurants save by allowing them to stay a little warmer at least on off hours!!!

The banana nut bread was past the sell by date and had mold on the bread and when I called to informed the restaurant they said manager was too busy to answer left my number but never got a response.
Like I said before selling out dated and molded food . Never got response from the manager. I didnt do this to get my money back but as a restaurant owner myself I just wanted to stop this kind of thing.
