Waited over 30 minutes to place a carry out order
Waited more than 30 minutes to place carry out so while I was still on hold drove there to place. I told person who took my order. Never apologized. I was still on hold up until cashier heard my complaint and answered the 2 calls on hold which were me. I had hung up once and called back. This is unacceptable and there were hardly any customers in the restaurant.

Complaint about waitress
We dined at Bob Evans this afternoon. Our waitress was Sabrina. She was rude. When I asked for extra coffee creamer she replied, Ill bring it when you need it. I am not sure how she know I like my coffee. I was stunned. A few moments later I asked her if I could please have more coffee creamer and the rolls that were supposed to come with w meal. She looked at me and smirked. She did bring the creamer and rolls but that was the last we saw of her. She never offered us more coffee or dessert. I had to have the host go and get us more coffee. She never asked us if everything was ok. She threw the check to us. She was extremely rude. This girls name was Sabrina. It was the Bucyrus Ohio Bob Evans.

Last Tuesday, we went to the Bob Evans on Rt. 4 just north of Hamilton, Ohio.
We were seated in the far room even though there were few customers in the place. That would have been okay except that area had the air conditioning blasting away and all seven of us were freezing.We got there at 6:15 in the evening. We got out at 8:45 PM. That is 2.5 hours for those who are counting. We waited about 20 minutes for a waitress. She took our order and said someone would bring us water. It was another 15 minutes to get the water. The waitress told us our meals did not come with bread so we showed her on the menu where bread was included. She reluctantly agreed to bring bread. We sat there freezing for another 45 minutes or so and the food arrived. I can't speak for the others but I got two tiny over cooked chicken breasts which were extra dry. I did get one biscuit but nothing to put on it. After eating, we wanted to settle up and leave, but no one brought any bills. So, I went up to the counter and asked for our bills and was told they would be forthcoming. But, they did not arrive, so we all got up and walked to the register to pay. As it happened, the bill was all lumped together even though we had asked for separate checks. It then became a drawn out session explaining to the person on the register what each person got and then paying whatever she came up with based on the descriptions. I remember when the Bob Evans in Fairfield went down hill and eventually closed. It was a similar deal with poor service and unappetizing food and long waits. That one was torn down and is a vacant lot now. I predict the same fate for the one on Rt. 4 just north of Hamilton, Ohio. Payrolls payment
I have not received my credit tips or pay from my first day back at Bob Evans. While I was on the clock I was told to use the managers card until I could get my own. I was alone that night and was very busy, I have not seen a penny from what I made. Please help me to get the money I earned. Complaint with website and deductions from my savings
Your website is somehow constantly taking money out of my account with something called bob evans level up. I can barely afford to eat at bob evans once a month I definitely cannot afford all this money taken out of my account for not reason I need the money returned to my account immediately. 111120 $10.46, 362890 $12.51, 345453 $8.66, 362890 $12.51. Came to the bob Evans on woodman Dr in Dayton Ohio with my sister who is handicap and my 3 kids got completely ignored for over 10 minutes no one would seat us only a few cars in the parking lot and our food order the water was terrible I paid almost 70.00 dollars please call me would like to have my money back

BAD FOOD AND SERVICE
On March 9, 2023 Easter afternoon my wife and I and a friend went to the Bob Evans location in Mentor, Ohio. I must say that we were all very disappointed in the service and the food. The server had a bad attitude and messed up our orders, not once but twice! She couldn't remember the food order or the drinks. It was very frustrating to say the least! We have all been eating at Bob's for many years and I can't remember such a bad experience Especially on an Easter holiday! We will go there again but if we have another experience like this again you can rest assured that it will be the last time.

Owen's regular sausage has gotten bad.
The Owen's reg. 1 lb sausage has changed,,, doesn't smell good, taste is not like it used to be. Even the texture has changed, not for the good! We will not buy anymore.

Constants lumps of black *** and brown *** all inside the mashed potatoes and it ruins my special looking at it and then when you bite one and it the texture is so horrible it really ruins the meal!!! Wtf is it

Complaint about service
We was there on Sunday March 12th at about 6 p.m. There was only one serve to the whole place. She was busting her butt, the host or the two managers didn't help at all. We sit there for 25 minutes waiting for service before getting up and leaving. We go there 2 to 4 times a week, but we're getting very upset with the service there. We will still go there in the daytime just not in the eve hours.

Extremely disappointing lunch at Bob Evans South Bloomfield, Ohio.
I drove up to S. Bloomfield Ohio, BOB EVANS for lunch today. A SERIOUS SHIT-SHOW!! SEE PICTURES. Dirty table, dirty silverware, dirty floor, rotten lettuce, burnt-up chicken. Manager had chicken replaced...second worse than the first!! I did not eat either piece of chicken!! Supposed to be the $7.99 Dinner Bell meal...someone entered it wrong at $12.53. NOTE: IT WAS FREE...Manager Tony Colasante, did zero out the bill. Deborah the Server...very professional, did her job, very nice lady.
