Poor Quality Product and Service
Airdopes 183 lunar white model was purchased Charging defect Quality of the product cheap. Website of boat-lifestyle and Service are poor quality not user friendly. Not recommended at all. Don't buy from this website. No way to get refund . You have to keep the product anyhow. If you want to purchase another model also there is no option to alter another model.

We have given boat airdopes 168 for warranty claim because there is battery issue but while registering complaint online there is showing you can replace with new I have done white color airdopes 168 but now they are saying that your product is damage but my product is not damaged they are saying lie plzz replace my order And 1 more query i am having boat airdopes 148 in white color but case is charged but dopes are not charging themselves and while registering complaint or warranty claim there is no option of boat 148

Cheating by service centre
I have submitted the product to service centre with zero scratches the product stoped working after after 9 days and they saying damaged product they have damaged the product the pickup boy also checked the product before taking from us. This is a scam they send me some of the old Airdopes photo and told me damaged and it's also look old how can be possible no customer care no also work.

But they message me that the inventory for the product is unavailable and if they are not able to obtain the like to like product within 72 hours they will refund me... But I haven't got any update after completion of 5 days till I filled a complaint but now they refuse to give my refund and forcing a replacement on me...
