Vitriolic attack on my daughter for complaint about a missing electric door due to BCC European
Since my complaint, I have received countless vitriolic and abusive emails from this company, who also reported to me they have" plastered me all over closed Facebook groups which I cannot access" in Cyprus, Alhaurin el Grande and Priego de Cordoba...attacking my good name, and, in the Cyprus case, placing me in further danger. As a fulltime carer to my elderly Mother who has severe Fronto-Temporal dementia, and many other neurological signs, and with no help, their attacks have elicited my decision to prosecute these two men, named as Brad Mathews and Mitchell Hawkins, for company abuse. I have three years to bring my case to the court, which is useful, as all my time is taken up in Carer duties. Such a heinous response to a rightful complaint, is more akin to the behaviour of criminals, than a company who describe themselves as " fully legal", yet who take their income in gbp, despite being fully resident for tax in Spain.

Thank you very much. BMC Euro just collected nearly 40 cubic metres from two storage companies in north Wales for me , delivering to both near Jaen and Alahurin, both in Spain. Great service from start to finish. Brad was lovely and Duncan a great helper. Mitch just great with the organising in the office. They put up with my fussing and changing my mind etc. 1st rate service above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Unacceptable response to missing electric door
Friendly staff....but when the most expensive item in my storage unit which they removed from the UK went missing...I have an inventory...this company ignores my emails and fone calls and states its the storage unit responsibility...Deannes of Llandudno Junction...Wales. Cannot elicit a response. Many othet items are missing. Advisable not to use this company

A very friendly and nice company...until the most expensive item on an inventory went missing. Then they did not want to know. Also several smaller effects went missing. DO NOT USE this company

Could not have been any easier. To coin a phrase does exactly what it says on the tin. Great price. Great transit time. Helpful team with lots of useful info to boot. Will of course recommend and of course, use you again should the need arise, although very happy with our new home in Mallorca. Gracias

Perfect Move - Thank you
We have just moved all the way from Surbiton in the UK to Guadalmina, Marbella in the south of Spain. The whole move was so easy to arrange. I completed a form on the website, received a quote a day or so later which was much more competitive than the other 3 we received, and after a quick call with Bradfield at the office, we accepted the quote. It couldn't have been any easier. 4 weeks later, we moved our entire life from our 4-bed house to a 3-bed apartment and nothing was too much trouble even when we had to move a few items to storage. Thank you, Brad and the team. We will recommend you.

Really good move
Thank you BMC. Your bunch of lads worked a solid 4 hours loading up all out tat and boxes in a professional and fun manner. Can't thank them enough. We are now well settled near Granada in Spain and loving life. The kids say hi and thank you for looking after all their toys :-)

DONT GO WITH THIS OUTFIT ! Be warned!!!
Their service was not good from the start - when they turned up 'nice as pie' even though they were A DAY late....their communication left a lot to be desired.....When they delivered to a storage unit some items were damaged, after contacting them regarding the damage, I got this reply........ ''Right *** I have had enough of you. I really don't care what you think of our service. You've been the worst customer ever. You are just a moaning, miserable, depressed human being, your wife would be best shot of you............jerk sums it up. What do you expect us to do about it? Want to take it any further? Be my 'f.....g' guest and see what happens!! This was sent from Michael Hawkins of BMC. This is not the response I would expect from a so called reputable company.

Superb large move
What a crazy but superb home move BMC Euro have just done for our family. We've moved from a 6 bedroom house in Sotogrande in southern Spain to our new home in Tyrells Wood, Surrey. After 3 full days with the 5 strong team wrapping and boxing our worldly goods all arriving safely and on time 4 days later on two large trucks. Despite our agitated and two headed approach to moving, the guys just got on with the task at hand in a super quick efficient fashion and putting up with both my wife and I. Thanks again Sergio, Jack, Stewart, Brad and Pete we are settling in well.

Great removal to Mallorca
From Newcastle to Mallorca the move went so smoothly. From the initial phone call and only having to pay a deposit, we felt quite assured about BMC. For such a long distance involving two ferries and with such a big vehicle, we were more than pleased with the price. None of our fears came true and nothing was missing or damaged. Thank you BMC, the lads that came to Newcastle were outstanding an a credit to your company, likewise the English and Spanish team in Mallorca. We will no doubt use you again as Debbie is heading back to the UK soon to buy even more stuff. Won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone we can. Regards, David

Fantastic move
I'm so glad I found you on the web. My move from Surrey to Marbella went really smoothly. I really can't fault you guys. Very friendly and professional. Collected and delivered as promised, no damage and you took away all the flat pack rubbish too. I didn't realise that there would be quite so much of it. I appreciate it wasn't the easiest of jobs too with lots of steps that I should have told you about. I've already recommended you to quite a few others so hope that you get some more work out from my removal. I hope to see you all soon too in Marbella so you can pop in for that promised bacon sandwich and some good coffee.

Very awful experience
I was contacted by the BMC driver to explain my suitcase had been broken into by customs. When I contacted the head office to ask for insurance details, I received the following email: Jess Excuse the language but what total bollocks. How dare you presume how we should do our job. We have transported cases across borders for you and you STUPIDLY left a case locked. What on earth was going through your mind at the time is quite unfathomable. Why should we have a system in place for situations like this when 99.9% of customers are not so blatantly stupid. Stop trying to pass the buck! And you in no circumstances can claim on our insurance for a number of reasons. Firstly, owner packed vessels including suitcases are not covered. This is industry norm if you care to look it up. Total loss of owner packed items are only covered to £25 per item. Again industry norm. And any insurance claim is subject to a £200 excess. Slightly better than industry norm. If you feel your consumer rights are being infringed, then please fill your boots and report us or take legal action, whatever makes people like you feel better. We do, although very thankfully rarely, come across customers thinking they know everything about absolutely FA. Usually women. If you wish for the driver to deliver the bags today he will require cash up front. If you'd rather do this any other way please advise and he'll skip your delivery, we don't mind and will wait to hear from you. And in future, please be a bit more sensible when asking firms to move locked items from La Linea / Gibraltar where contraband and drugs are rife. Mitch Hawkins Senior Partner

Perfect Move
Have moved many times over the years and this one was certainly the best. Not one single breakage plus all collected and delivered on time from Perth in Scotland to Benahavis in southern Spain with a useful 4, day transit time. Crew very friendly and helpful. Competitive prices especially compared to the big firms (greedy corporates!) Would and will use again one day no doubt.

STAY AWAY FROM BMC REMOVALS MITCH AND BRAD!!
I understand how you must be feeling as I had a similar bad experience with BMC Removals myself this year. They failed to deliver all my goods and what was delivered had been tampered with. We suspected something wasn't right when we were told repeated lies by Mitch and Brad, they really know how to spin a yarn but get caught up in their own web of lies. Boxes were missing and a lot of our valuable items were also missing and all they did was try and lie their way out of it. The best thing you can do is report it to the Police and take legal action. This pair act like criminals in my opinion and need to be stopped!

Superb service.
Even after I had got let down by one of the bigger firms, BMC came to the rescue. They moved my family and I from Sheffield to Estepona in Spain at relatively short notice and actually a bit cheaper than the other company. Great bunch of guys. Great proffesionalism and humour on the day. Will no doubt use again. Thanks BMC. The Sheffield Lot!

Bunch of rip of merchants
This company farm out jobs they have taken to other transporters then rip them off for the money, i would trust this lot with a pair of shoes!!! my own experience cost me hundreds of pounds there are several transporters in the same position, any customer thinking of using these be prepared to either lose your stuff or get it held because they have not paid the transporter BEWARE !! this company goes under the name BMC also use Bradfie 1 there thieving grassing bastards these also operate on Load up .com and several other sites so dont be fooled by the *** they advertise on the net !
