Bluebird stole money

I have two different bluebird cards and a bluebird checking account they froze and locked my account with $15,000 in one of them. Now they won't even talk to me or let me access my account whatsoever they say that. After years of having the same accounts they're saying that my info doesn't match their info while I know my name I know my social I know my address I know my email I know my birthday and those cards were used to pay for utility bills at my address pay for my Amazon stuff on Amazon online accounts in my name all kinds of transactions all in my name I sent money I added money it was my only banking account for years. I'm pretty sure I paid speeding tickets court fines rented cars. I asked him for another number I can talk to somebody or where I can send copies of my driver's license and social security card and birth certificate and they just hang up on me they won't give me any place to call anyone to talk to they just hang up on me I'm sure I've put well over hundred thousand dollars through these I'm not positive but I believe my tax returns and even stimuluses went to these accounts. And they won't even give me the opportunity to prove it's me just stealing all my money I don't expect anything for free I'll pay you whatever is necessary thank you

Problem with a misplaced check.

I closed my account with bluebird 6/2019 and I was issued a check ($12.29). It somehow got misplaced. Today I was searching for something else and I came across the check and because it says on the check void after 90 days I'm just trying to get the check reissued so I can get the money off of it. I'm disabled in a wheelchair and really can use this, please help me get this resolved.

Missing ACH funds

I completed an ACH transfer. Ive called blie bird around 10 times with each associate giving me a different answer and unwilling to locate my funds stating at one point on their end its completed rather then hearing that my bank who always gets my deposit.

Trash customer service

I called blue bird to dispute a charge. The first agent cannot comprehend and understand. The second agent fell asleep on the phone with me, he was breathing hard and snoring. I kept saying hello, and he finally came back on the phone and he put me on a long silent hold. I think he muted the phone and fell asleep AGAIN.

Missing Card and Poor Service from Customer Service

Since January I have been attempting to get a replacement card for my expired card. I have talk over 6 times with representatives, most likely the Philippians, and they have said they will request my new card. So far I have not received any card. They steal information.

They stole my information and declined my registration. They do not have any customer service. When you call, you just get some stupid, ignorant,.. robo machine. It can not understand English. I will never try to use them again.

Bad customer service, if anyone ever has dispute a transaction good luck. Bluebird will not give back your money. Worst prepaid debit card to have. Stay away from, please.

My card is blocked

I still haven't received my new card yet. They locked my compromised card. I had my tv payment to pay on March 12, was told by customer service that my bill would still be paid. I haven't had tv since the 12 march because they locked my card.

I have been with bluebird debit for many years I love the way you all set up the handling of money it is the best, you could teach banks a lot, however you have the worst customer service of any one ,if you have a problem , you do not have a direct line to a customer service so if you lie push lost card button you will get a live person. Most of the time their accent is so heavy you can't understand them and most can't solve your problem. I have not used my account for 7 months my wife past away 7/5 /22 and left a lot money in a local bank with out a will. So I had to stay with that bank until that was settled. It is the only bank in the US that is independent owned and can never be sold. That says a lot of why they very difficult I am done with my complaints of your customer service. Here is my problem last year I applied for a Visa Bank card I got the card, I go the card, but I could not activate it because they sent 5 times a code and it never would show up in my email, so I asks could send by text they said they could not, after trying for 4 months I quit trying. Now I am back had to get a new debit card because after those 7 months I don't know what I did with it, I also got a bank card. Today I tried to activate them,because I had been getting emails from bluebird on the exact email that last year they could not get a code to show up in my email, guess what they could not get get a code to me, how ever the bank card people ask what the numbers were on the back of the card and when they said the card was activated. I am not sure I believe that, I talked to 5 of your people 2 hung up on me and three sent me to serve.com. Guess what every thing was hopeful until they ask for my email address. So where do I go from here? On a lighter note I have coming to to me from a Chase Bank in Auburn AL about 16,000.00 real soon. My question is how much can I put in the bank card and can I do it by a money transfer have ask several of your people no one could give me an answer. Also I mostly over the years deposit money At Walmart, mostly 200-300 at time, I have ask how much can I deposit a day they don't have a clue. This just information trying to help you with knowledge. There is only one place to use ATM without cost in Troy AL you advertise it however they only use an ATM that only takes cards with a chip. I wounder why Walmart ATM does not take bluebird without cost? I really do like your system of banking it's up front and very honest and I can know ever moment where I stand financially. It's just if you have real problem that cant be solved by real people that you can understand, I am a 83 young male wearing hearing aids which add to the problem. This probably to long to get in your help page if so I will try to find an address to mail or an email address. THIS A WARNING I MUST give you ,I am 83 and old people talk a lot and don't say much especially when they only have a dog and cat to talk to. Need to speak to a representative

I was fraudulently charged by a budget moving truck company...they have yet to reverse the charge...also sent me paperwork that is unable to be opened by computer or phone and expected me to return the paperwork within 10 days to get my money back. I've used bluebird over 7 years and this is a problem EVERY TIME. It's only happened to me 3 times I. 7 years but they act as if the customer is the problem instead of the merchant. I need my money refunded it has cause a negative balance on my card and I'm having to use a whole new company for direct deposit as a result of bad service.

Fraudulent changes from my personal bank account

There have been 8 charges totaling 602.32 from my personal Arvest bank account. Ive never heard of BLUEBIRD til I saw those pending charges. Why is this happening?!

Money not on cards

Money I put on my bluebird prepaid card from Walmart, was not on the card when i was trying to use them! I purchased two card and neither one of the card had money on them and said it was used! Cards # 375151****61711 3****107180**** I never used these card and want to know what happened to the money that was purchased on these card! Thank you

Merchant Hold

I have had a hold on my account of $590.15 since November 18th. I have been unable to get anyone to remedy the situation. The purchase connected to this hold has been completed since November 19th. I have been told by your customer service that you allow a merchant to hold my $590.15 for up to 30 days after the initial purchase. This is unreasonable in many ways. The obvious is that the merchant can take double the cost of the original purchase for thirty days and there is nothing I can do about it because bluebird seems to allow it. I certainly will take this into consideration as I contemplate whether I want to give Bluebird all my business going forward, when they obviously care little about protecting their customer from such profitable schemes as this..
