Usually once you find right person you get help you that need.Numbers they had online this time didn't work they wanted you leave a message. Interesting enough pissed consumer had right number to get hold of them.Pool great haven't had to buy anything for it and we had for few years. Recommend you paying it off as soon as possible.

Never received a callback

I never received a call or email back from Blue World Pools. I left several messages for them to call me back as all I ever connected with was an answering machine. Finally I called and spoke with a customer representative. That was actually very nice but she informed me that it would cost me $200 for a print out of my original contract, which I personally find is insane! Ink and paper are not that costly.

Scammers!

Blue World Pools is a horrendous company to deal with. True scammers. They dont tell you when they finance that the interest rate keeps rising and you end up paying $40,000 to $50,000 for a $3,000 pool. They also put a lien on your home and horribly rude every time you talk to them on the phone! They scammed my elderly parents. Got them to finance and put a lien on their home. My parents had already paid them over $25,000 when they where still alive. They both passed away last year and we had to sell their property to pay their debt. Blue world pools was unbelievably rude, NEVER offered any condolences for us losing our parents, only demanded the rest of their money and sent threatening text messages about the lien. When we sold their property we had to pay them ANOTHER $16,000 to get the lien off the property. In total that was $41,000 for a $3,000 pool! When I called to get the payoff the finance lady said I will send the payoff when time permits! I said you will send it NOW if you want it to be paid off!!! My lawyer even said they where extremely rude to her! They are heartless, inconsiderate, extremely rude, very selfish people who are excellent con artists! You sign their contract and your making a deal with the devil himself. They scam you with lies and you dont even realize it until its too late. They take you for everything! My parents wanted to leave their children a little something. By the time blue world pools was done with us there was barely anything left! Beware!!! Be VERY aware!

Horrible instalation experience/customer service

Was told 1 day to install pool. Now on day 4 and pool install is still not done. Installer does not show up when he says he will be there. Has been late everyday, says he is coming "bright and early" shows up at 11:30am, 2pm or 4pm to work. Has had to pick up more supplies from pool supply store. It is now 4:30pm on day 4 and still no water in the pool. I can't have water delivered on the weekend to fill the pool because they are closed. Not even sure he will finish today. I have called customer service several times today, they've told me he's run into problem but "making things perfect." Then told me he was on his way to me at 8:30am he didn't show up at my house until 1:45pm. No apologies or compensation for my loss of time/work/inconvenience that this has taken on me.

Cannot leave a zero stars! Customer Service suddenly won’t take calls because I want to cancel! Scam alert

The company sent someone over to sell me a pool. The guy that showed told us upfront that he HAD to stay in my house for 1 1/2 hours! Uh. I should have thrown him out! Sales tactics to wear us down! Unfortunately it worked! He would NOT even discuss a 400 pool as advertised! Only a 24k dollar pool! He assured me that I could cancel ANYTIME.. not that I had to send a telegram! I am ashamed and embarrassed that I fell for this! We signed a 20k dollar contract completely under a duress. He sat there talking until I would have probably given him my house to get him to leave! Next morning I tried to contact the company, but Andrea suddenly wouldnt allow me to speak to anyone! No ine will speak to me about ANYTHING! Customer service is involved with taking peoples money. I sent in the telegram as required, and now I am getting calls at10:45 pm. I am getting calls on Sundays now. Please please do NOT allow this to continue. There are hundreds of horror stories from these people !

Company lied about cost of replacement parts and two months ago was chastised by customer service representatives

I was told replacing the ion tube for my pool would cost about a $100 a year. I called and was told it would be a $180 and its been that price for 2 yrs. I have had my pool less than a year. My pump filter basket cracked back in December so I called to get a new one under warranty and was chastised that they would replace it however t was my fault. It took 3 different times for me to get the right basket for my pump. It seems to me my information would be in the computer of what kind of pool system I have. The lack of professionalism in that company is not horrible for its customers I wish I never bought and paid cash for it.

THEY ARE LIARS DO NOT SIGN!!

DO NOT GET IN CONTRACT WITH THESE LIARS!! They lied about it being under warranty, they pull out their money like clock work every month $320.00 never late for that, but cant fix my pool! Their service sucks their warranty sucks their pricing sucks. They trick you by making it sound good once you sign, they treat you like *** Hang up on you and are very rude. They said 6 weeks to install, lied took them 4 months. Pools under warranty lied can't fix anything. My pool walls are caving in my ionizer not working, and my liner is ripped they can't replace anything. DO NOT DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Repair parts /warranty of products sold by Blue World Pool. I have a long standing problem wit the lack of warranty offered for the following listed items, 1) pool liner, 2) pump pod, 3) hoses

Lack of customer service satisfaction about the afore mentioned pool replacement parts. The warranty on the liner is misleading as is the warranty on the pump pod and replacement water hoses from pool to sand filter. There just seems to be a major disconnect in customer service in general.

Warning to Others- Pool Is Tied To Property Until Paid Off

I went through the training for this company and declined to ever sell any product for them when I learned what the company was really about. A sales person will come to your house initially to discuss where you want to put the $399 ad pool. When this is completed, he will then go back inside and proceed to attempt to sell you a pool that depending on the size, will range in cost from $17,000 to over $27,000. You are also tying the pool, a depreciating asset, to your real property via a UCC-1 general lien if you use in house financing. I will go in detail about this later as until the pool is paid off, your property can not be sold. First off, the ad pool is never meant to be sold. In order to actually buy it, the customer has to jump through unbelievable hoops such as perfect site prep, liability insurance policy covering Blue World Pools installer, picking up the pool in GA, or getting the pool delivered to the house is about $400 give or take. The company actually loses a few thousand dollars if these ad pools are installed because the cost of installation is more than the cost of the pool. It will be installed right though and the company will back it up. They are ethical in this area as they do stand behind any pool that they sell. The customers actual total cost for this pool is going to be about $2,000-$3500 depending on the cost of labor for site prep, and insurance policy. So, the sales person will proceed to show you pools ranging in price from about 18-27 thousand installed. Quite a jump. That is not the beginning though. The cost of financing if the customer goes in house is 34.5% for 144 months. About half of the customers use this option because it is convenient, on the paperwork, provided to the sales person, and really the only option in a lot of cases. Average monthly payment is about $550.00. So, your pool will wind up costing you about $79,000 if you take the full term to pay. You also have to put from $2,000 to $5,000 down as a down payment, so the actual cost is about $81,000 to $90,000 when one considers the time value of your down payment over the 12 years and the interest. If you want one of these pools, and can finance it any other way, including a credit card, do that. I will go into more detail later, but never go with in house financing. I can not stress this enough. If in house financing is your only option, dont buy the pool. Blue World Pools is not going to repossess a pool. The labor would be crazy and the pool is virtually impossible to use again as it is difficult to do without ripping the liner to shreds. (Although the liner is also good quality and will last a long time if not moved. It is similar to what is used in backyard fish ponds.) They only sell to land owners because they also make you sign a UCC-1 blanket lien against your property so if you ever sell, the proceeds, if any, from the sale will go to paying for the pool after the first mortgage is paid off. It does not matter if you never missed a payment, because no finance company is going to give the new buyer financing until that lien is satisfied. As with any loan of this type, the payments are interest heavy up front. This means that you are paying more in interest than principal at first, but if the property is sold, the remaining principal is still due meaning that you could end up paying BWP several thousand dollars more than you thought you would for a pool that the new property owner will get to enjoy. The sales person is trained to tell you that the pool can move with you, be sold, but this is very, very difficult because over time wear and tear on the frame and liner becomes a factor. Also, just moving something like this that has been installed for even a few years is quite a chore and one that 99% of people will not want to tackle during a move. Not to mention the fact that even if you do take the pool with you, the pool is tied to the property it is on, so it would still have to be paid off in full prior to you moving. As for selling the pool, it is possible, but the discount would have to be tremendous, as why would anyone want to pay anything close to full price for an item that is so labor intensive to move, set up, etc. when they can just go to BWP and buy it new with the install included? To give you an idea of how labor intensive it is, the company requires the land owner to allow a Bobcat access to the site for prep work on a new install. Also, the pool is tied to the property, so it has to be paid off prior to selling. So, when you sign on the dotted line to buy one of these, and use in house financing, you are agreeing to buy an item that is worth at best $9,000-$10,000 installed for $18,000 and up, depending on what you negotiate. You are agreeing to pay 34.5% interest over a 12 year period so total cost is $81,000-$90,000. You are tying an above ground pool to your real property via the UCC-1 blanket lien so if that property is ever sold, proceeds go to pay for the pool after the mortgage is paid in full.
