Cancel an appointment for someone to come to my home

We are new customers. We couldnt figure out how to get more than the one phone line. Our phones where not from the same box. We bought all new ones. Now it works

Disgusted with Blue Ridge Communications.

We switched our service plan to one which would provide streaming. We were not informed that it would include 'high speed internet'. We already have internet service with another provider and are satisfied with that provider. We received our new monthly bill and the high speed internet was $95.50 per month. To make matters worse the old bill used to be $159.00 per month. The new bill was $331.67 per month. The streaming plan was a waste of money. The old plan was just as good. I telephoned Blue Ridge and complained, I got nowhere. I told Blue Ridge to shut our service off immediately. I was told they could not do that until their equipment was returned. Today I will disconnect all of their equipment and take it to the local office. Blue Ridge Cable is a company that has gone bad.

Cable is awful

1.speech and people don't work together 2. needs to be rebooted all the time 3. terrible channel choice 4. just keep watching it go round and round

Years Of Dissatisfied Service

Other than the internet always going in and out and the upload and download speed randomly getting dropped, honestly 200% wouldn't recommend to my enemies. Only real reason people have this service is because we live in the woods, they are our only choice really!

Never answered the phone ,when I call for service For second time and never call back. The there's answers the phone and put me en hold and never talk to me.

Bad service

I had an intermittent problem with my internet for about month. I called a few times and was told that the problem was not with their modem, leaving my router as the only thing it could have been. I went out and bought a new router for over $250. Needless to say, the problem occurred again and it turned out to be there modem and poor signal at the pole. At this point, I had thrown out my Netgear router which was good. I called Customer Service and was supposed to get some sort of credit but that never happened.

Problem With Disability Check

Name is Michael Ballard and my address is 464 Franklin Ave.Palmerton and since I transfer to a new bank my disability check is not showing up in my new account and I have ran circles with Social Security about getting this mess straighten out. I called them again this morning at the Hazleton office and I was told again that it will be repaired. Hopefully and maybe they might fix it this time. Its been so bloody difficult since moving to another bank and they even told me that it was repaired well it wasn't fixed so back to square one again sorry for the mess and I will stay on top of them until it is fixed. Thanks for undertanding

Internet keeps going down

Our internet was acting up, tried calling to see if there were any issues , was on hold for at least 20 minutes. I couldnt wait any longer so I had to hang up.

Double charging

In 1994 we had our home built, we specifically had 3 cable jacks placed in our home. We then paid to have our cable service it cost 150.00 for this service. Approximately 10 years ago we rearranged our furniture moving our tv. We recently put everything back to original only to find out blue ridge disconnected one of our jacks so therefore the cable did not work. I called them and they said it would cost us 24.95 to activate this plus service call of 54.95. This is outrageous! We did not know they disconnected the jack nor did we give them permission to do this! If I had another choice, I'd switch providers. They are charging me twice for this cable jack!

Price of cable you said new movies you keep running repeats . Senior citizens should get a lower price due to we are on a fixed budget

Price of cable to high and you run the same movies All the time so could you lower your price or you are out to over charge

Dropped Newsmax

Find a new cable alternative. They are censoring political views and they are still expensive with paying for the same channels on 3 different cable channels.

Newsmax

I have always been happy with my blue ridge cable service. But I am shocked and disappointed to find out that they have discontinued Newsmax. I liked the opportunity to see the views of this new station. And have had several of my friends/relatives tune in as well. Very unhappy with this decision!!

Trying to give back equipment, but the office is only open 2 days a week.

We are trying to finally get rid of blue ridge TV and phone service after dealing with them for yearsss. I have been attempting to return the equipment since Saturday and bcuz they only 2 offices in my area are open just 2 days a week.. I should not be charged from the day I tried to stop service bcuz the office is only open 2 days a week. Do
