Pausing

Still charged no agent was friendly or could help. I have been customer long time as are my friends both of us are canceling and telling people of our experience. I was getting bored of meals was trying someone else out possibly coming back but not after this.

Alled to update address

I asked to update the address over the phone. The representative for one had a very poor English and to referred me to the website to change my address. I said Id like to change it over the phone and she had to put me on hold before she could accomplish this. She also became Rude with me.

Never received a delivery

Placed my first order with Blue Apron. Never received the delivery. After day 3 called and asked them to refund the money and to cancel my membership, that I was officially informing them they no longer had my permission to take money from my account. I was sent an email (one of the 50 they send in a day) as tot he confirmation of my cancellation. Woke up this morning only to find $90 taken out of my account AGAIN!!! Called asked for a refund was told it would take 5 business days. I explained that that was unacceptable and asked for a supervisors or to be hung up on,. TERRIBLE COMPANY. No only do they steal money from you, but their customer service is one of the worse I have every worked with.

WW heat and eat

I'm waiting for more options for WW heat & Eat. During Covid I've been using Freshly and that works but they have limited selections in the appropriate calorie/fat area. You being affiliated with WW makes you a more appropriate fit for my goals.

Receive recipe to print out

I just am experiencing different meal kits. Prices, variety in menu and ease of doing the recipe. One thing I miss is recipe cards. Also interested in cost and delivery cost. I believe you need more variety in selections

I never got confirmation of cancellation nor a place to change my address

I moved and I think they sent box to old address and still charged me I emailed multiple times but no response

My employee id number doesnt work Ive been trying to use it and it hasnt worked for me when I call the call out number it doesnt except

No longer be purchasing from them

Will no longer be purchasing from them some of my ingredients was not there everything's thrown in a box it's too confusing to figure out what goes with what and for the price it's not worth it

Disappointment All my ingredients were missing and paying As much as I did for the food it's not sorted very well disappointing

Disappointed in response and length of time to reach a representative.

I am receiving a credit for missing item but first representative said it would be reported and then hung up. Hard to get through to a rep.

Wrong delivery

I am in receipt of a Blue Apron package which I did not order. It was addressed to someone else in my town. I tried to contact the actual recipient, to no avail. I called Blue Apron to advise them of the error and to have the package picked up. I am disabled and have no way to dispose of it. Blue Apron refused to have the carrier retrieve the box and hung up on me mid conversation when trying to remedy this problem. Not great customer support!

Delivery problems

We liked the food and I'd like to return, but the delivery was very unreliable, arrived up to 3 days after promised.

Dissatisfied

Received order of One pan beef &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Udon noodles. The order contained no noodles!!. Also, about 1/2 of the green beans were mushy and not edible.

Credit from a meal gift card could not be used in the market place

As a first time, gift card recipient, I had difficulty navigating the Blue Apron website and understanding the workings of their meal service. As a result, for my initial purchase I failed to fully utilize the total gift card amount. I found their minimum weekly meal service does not meet my needs, so I have a $12 gift card balance. I attempted to use the balance for a purchase in their marketplace of wines and kitchen accessories. I was advised by customer service that this was not possible. The only rationale they could give me was their system would not allow. I have no recourse. The $12 can only be used for meal service and the $12 is not sufficient to cover the minimum meal purchase.
