FALSE ADVERTISING!!

I chose this company specifically because they claimed same day delivery. I shouldve done some homework & read reviews because if I hadve, I would not have used them! I ordered early enough in the morning that there shouldnt have been a problem delivering that day as advertised. I thought it was a local company but because I was in a hurry, didnt pay attention to the website, I just assumed since I googled florists in my area that it was. My bad!! I was ordering for my cousin whos dads funeral was that day & she had Covid & couldnt go! HEARTBREAKING!! When I got off work & went home, I looked at the tracking to see if or when they were being delivered. Thats when I saw that they had rescheduled the delivery for the next day! Not good enough in my book!! I called customer service, waited 20mins to talk to someone, told him the situation & expressed how very upset I was & asked what could be done to rectify this, he put me on hold (for over 20 mins) & then I was disconnected! I had to go through the whole process again, waiting on hold for another 30 mins to just get the Im sorry but our suppliers in the area cannot fill the order today for delivery today. If they cannot deliver today, then it shouldnt be advertised as such, or at least notify you immediately after the order is placed to give enough time to call someone else!! I dont want it delivered tomorrow!! It was important TODAY! Thats why I ordered it to be delivered TODAY!! Then he proceeded to tell me he could take $5 off the total price! REALLY??!! $5??!! I had them refund my whole order & I will never do business with or recommend these people to anyone!! Again, my bad for not doing my research!! It wont happen again! Such an important expression of sympathy wasted!

They lied about what they sent and wouldn’t make it right. Complete scam.

I payed for a $150 funeral spray and they sent a peace lily. They try to lie their way out of it and gave no restitution. Scam!

Unreliable Service

I ordered sympathy flowers on a Friday to be delivered on a Monday. On Sunday I got a phone call, email and text stating that they can't deliver on the day I ordered so it was pushed out to the following day. This happened 3 days in a row. I responded to the texts and emails and never received a response back. I finally cancelled the order because I had zero faith that they would ever deliver them.

Straight Trash

I ordered flower for my god-sister who lost her mother. These fools email me back a day later and state that because of a supply issue with their supplier they cannot delivery her flowers until 72 hours after her delivery date but they need an additional $10 to cover the cost. I look forward to hearing them on news going out of business. Under no circumstances order anything from these ***

BUYER BEWARE

I ordered my Wife a dozen red roses for our Anniversary and paid extra for expedited delivery. The roses did not arrive and when I called customer service they said they would arrive the next day or they could send out some lilies or mums or something in an arrangement. I said no it was our anniversary and I ordered Red Roses and that's what I want. They never sent the roses! Terrible company, foreign customer service rep. could not understand his language! Never received order

Son in military ordered flowers for his mother for Mother's Day. Never arrived. Called company and was told 2x that they did deliver. Nothing. It's a scam! Ridiculous that they are in business.

This company is trash

wish there was an option for zero stars. That is what they deserve. I ordered flowers and paid extra for them to be delivered the same day. I was contacted saying that they could not deliver them until 2 days later. Here it is 5 days later and still no flowers. I contacted them and requested a refund and they told me that I could not have a refund because the order was already in progress. They also stated that I had requested the delay in service. Which is a complete lie. Why would I pay extra to have them delivered the same? I was informed there are still 2 days until the flowers will be delivered. This company is trash and so is their customer service.

Terrible Customer service and delivery

First of all, I am disgusted at your business practices. Instead of replacing the item with something of similar value, you try to charge me $70.00 more! Almost double the cost of the original order. Then when I refused, you offer half that amount. Second, you offer to change the date to3 days later but can only deliver it to a home address, not the hospital? And that someone can just deliver it. How does that even make sense? I could have done that originally if that was a possibility. But hey I can get a 10 dollar coupon for my next purchase? Third, the customer service representative was told that I was extremely busy at the moment she called and I would have to call back. She refused that answer and continually interrupted me and told me that was not possible. So I told them to handle it and I hung up. She then called back 3 more times and I finally had to answer. I was I. The middle of moving my daughter out of her apartment in Winston Salem , NC and was carrying furniture down the stairs! Your customer service is terrible. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I will be leaving negative reviews on your website and any other platform that I can find.

Poor Service, Horrible Communication

I ordered a get well present for a friend out of state. Ordering was easy (that's the good part). Everything after that was less than desirable or professional. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by 1 pm. By 3 pm they still had not arrived. I even tipped the driver (optional, but I was thanking the driver for getting my Oder to its destination in a timely manner) (DID NOT happen). Tried to track my order - system didnt work. Tried contacting them via their link - received packaged response. Tried yo call multiple times - was repeatedly hung up on or disconnected. Also, was given 10% discount through their Pick an Envelope which was NOT included anywhere on my bill. Can NOT recommend. Will NEVER order through them again. Next step Contacting BBB.

A Deceitful Clown Show - AVOID!

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife to be delivered to our home. The first text message from Blossom was saying they could not deliver the roses without her telephone number. Okay. On the day of delivery, after the roses should have already been delivered, they called to verify my address. And then Blossom informed me that they had a supply chain issue and needed another $15 to deliver the roses. So apparently $15 can solve a supply chain issue. Sure it can! I canceled the order. Blossom Flower Delivery is a deceitful clown show. They are beyond pitiful. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Lied and Stole

I ordered 2 flowers, they charged me for 2 flowers! They delivered 1 when I called and asked for a refund they stated that their invoice only showed 1! When I sent them the email proving I had confirmation of 2 they said it was just a picture of my cart not the confirmation email! They claimed I only purchased one and that my $175 bill was for only one! These people are TERRIBLE!! They will RIP you off and not delivery your flowers! DON"T USE THEM!!!

DELIVERED WRONG FLOWERS ON THE WRONG DATE!!!

I ordered Flowers to be delivered on Mother's day Sun. 5/14 to my girlfriends workplace. They attempted to deliver Fri. 5/12 & said the business was closed. Even though it was the wrong day, they were still open. They obviously lied about that. Then after many calls & emails they finally delivered the WRONG flowers 5/14. They have not responded to my calls or emails. Credit card dispute is in progress. Apparently this is normal business for this *** hole of a so called business. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!! The FTC & BBB will be notified. Hopefully people will read these reviews before buying like I should have.

I was guaranteed that both of my deliveries would be there on time. Blossom made absolutely no effort to deliver on time and absolutely no effort to contact me or rectify the situation. The day of delivery was extremely important but this wannabe flower company doesnt give *** about its customers or their deadlines. Absolutely the WORST flower outfit I have ever used.

Failed to deliver

I placed a large expensive order (over $160) for a family funeral with this company and even paid extra for early delivery. I arrived early with family to the funeral home and the flowers were not there. I immediately got on the phone to find out where the flowers were and the representative told me they would have to check and would right back with me - the line then went dead. I attempted to call again with no result. After the service I spoke with the director and he confirmed no flowers were delivered with my name on the card. I called back and explained to another representative who was evidently in another country (imagine that) who said they would check. I told her the service was over and it was pointless for the flowers to be delivered after the fact and I would be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges to which she asked me not to do that they would find the flowers. I was frustrated at this point and told her again - pointless now the service is over. She told me someone would be calling me back - NEVER HAPPENED. This place is a joke - I should have called the florist directly. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.

EARLY AM ORDER LATE AFTERNOON NOTHING

I placed this order early, now most normal delivery place that are legit would honor the time and if it's a problem they would call. NOPE, this place shouldn't even be in business. So, it's my daughter's birthday I wanted to get her flowers and I placed the order early because she gets out after 4pm, 3:15 comes and nothing I got fed up with this company that I cancelled the order not taking a chance and from reading the other complaints I'm glad that I had. I will go with a place that I know that can do the job correctly.

Delivered on the wrong day and the flowers looked nothing like the advertised arrangement.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary to be delivered. They ended up delivering them a day early. When I asked why that happened, they said the designer pulled all the orders from that day (my delivery day) and printed them out and filled them by mistake. Their idea to make it right? They wanted to come back to my wife's work where they were delivered, pick up the flowers that were delivered, and then come back the next day (the correct day) and deliver flowers to her. I told them that was insane and that we would just keep the flowers we got. Also, I was not impressed with the arrangement she got either. It was supposed to be the Pink Bliss arrangement. There were supposed to be pink roses and lilies. What she got was a few pink roses and 3 white mums and a little bit of greenery. It looks NOTHING like what was advertised. I will never do business with them again, and neither should anyone else. Customer service was horrible. Overall, a horrible experience.
