Never received my order

Mothers Day flowers were NEVER delivered! Ridiculous . Im not writing anymore! This is by far the worst customer service ever!!

I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue of my flowers not being delivered and I’m really pissed off

My flowers said they we delivered and were not ! Have been trying all day to resolve this unbelievable!

I ordered the BIGGEST bouquet Blooms Today had. I got less than half of their smallest bouquet. In fact my mom counted the flowers and gold exactly 8 flower’s total.

If there was a zero I would give them that. You cannot contact a live person. Only email. So far no one has gotten back to me. Ordered the biggest bouquet. Got less than 10 flowers

I ordered $100 worth of flowers and got less than the lowest priceed basket was. I literally got no more than 20$ worth of flowers for $100. You guys are thief’s and con artist.

I bought $100 worth of flowers for Mothers Day to ti be sent to my mom. She sent me back a picture of what she received and it is disgusting what she received. I will to anything to get got the word out about Blooms Today so no other customer has to go through this.

This is a horribly run company. Look at the ratings.

I have tried to use this company twice in recent weeks. Both times the orders were never delivered. No one informed me that they were not delivered. I had to do the follow up. I picked a date for delivery and it was accepted. If you cant meet that date then dont accept the order. Will never use this company again. I have never seen a More poorly run business.

Missing flowers

Order was not delivered as I ordered and paid extra to have it delivered on 03/10 it is now 03/12 and they still not delivered.

I am blind I needed to call in my order and it was an argument to get what I wanted I gave up and just let them pick

I am blind I rely on an app that tells me what something looks like. I picked out an arrangement and it told me the price. I had to call customer service to assist with the payment portion the arrangement I had picked was not what the representative sent it became a dispute so I gave up just sent whatever. A disabled person should get better attention.

Ripped me off too

Ordered americathebeautifu$75. They Sent$45flowers to funeral. Baitnswitch. Jeanette lied flat out, promises the only difference will be the vase- florist has a flag, will be identical to their pictures. ALL LIES! I called around the local florist shops till I found my order- WOW! They received order for $45 designers choice, no mention of any flag, or anything i was promised. Lady said they hate working with these people cause they lie to the customers all the time and short them on the payment. never again. Thought it was a great deal being cheaper option. But in the end it cost me the most. They do business as other companies as well(flowers today,fromyouflowers, a couple others as well).

Wrong order

Hi I sent flowers this past Monday to my uncle because my aunt died I ordered Heaven Sent and what they got were white roses in a couple purple things and it was a lot smaller I got the greatest not very happy because my aunt's favorite colors were in the Heaven Scent bouquet not sure what I can do but I'm sorry I won't be using you again but as far as delivery it was on time they must have got someone else's order

Havent recieved items

Paid Groupon one price then when I chose my flowers, I had to pay $35.28 more. I am still waiting for my flowers to be delivered. I will NEVER EVER use this app again. I want my flowers. The conformation # for blooms today is #13453****.

Bad Groupon Value

I thought that I would be able to use the $50.00 groupon, and maybe charged a small delivery fee. The additional charges to deliver were in excess of $20.00 more. I surely could have bought as nice a floral arrangement at the supermarket, for less. I wish I hadn't purchased two vouchers for their flowers. I feel ripped off.
