Never again

This was the worst "customer service" I have ever seen, bordering on illegal.My GF birthday was on the 7th. I ordered and paid for the flowers on the 2nd. A day later was told I had 2 options. Pay an extra $40 to get it sent on the day I wanted or get it the following day no extra charge. They had 5 days notice... I was ropeable. I demanded a refund and then had to go through all types of hoops to get it. Then find somewhere else... in the end I didn't trust any florist and bought them and delivered them secretly as a surprise. Don't EVER go with Bloomex. This must surely be illegal. Don't go through the stress and anxiety I went through. I have my order number and all details/emails for proof this happened.

Bad shop don't buy here

These flowers were dead, and the bear was ruined with ink marks all over its body the chocolates were EATEN like gosh who would do such a thing to ruin my mother sorry I mean dead mother grave. I am never buying from this company ever, is very bad

Got dead flowers delivered 4 days late

I ordered two lots of flowers for Mother's Day, on the 11 May 2023, the 14th come and went I sent an email and their response was it was the couriers fault and the flowers would be there on the 15 May that came and went and still no flowers, contracted again was offered a 30 dollar credit and a big sorry for them not showing up. They arrived at the 17 May 2023, dead in a box squashed together in a small box ( I have photos). It was very upsetting for my mother and I sent off photos to Bloomed there response was to say they would resend the flowers and that they would be there by the 19 May, well guess what they didn't arrive, what a shocker I know, I sent off another email and guess what this time I was offered rudeness and a 30 dollar credit. I wrote an email in steps to show how this merry-go-round of this company always goes back to the wow we are really sorry, but it's not our fault but the fault of the courier. One thing for sure is it's not my fault and I want my money back so to be done with this company, but now it's gone up to a 35 dollar credit. What is wrong with this company, sorry photos are from my phone and my old iPad wont trasfer

Very disappointing

I received these flowers for mother's i was shocked! the flowers were half dead and the hamper i received were snack foods like chocolates and biscuits. they were either out of date or used by within 2 weeks. the picture my son sent me was so different from what i received. I don't know how this business is still going! I called them they gave me an email that doesn't even send.

Paid for a Mother's Day gift they have taken the money out of my account but no one seems to contact me back regarding what is going on my poor mum is still waiting not happy

Paid for a Mother's Day gift to be delivered on Mother's Day they have taken my money out of my account on the 8th I have contacted them several times no delivery and no money has been returned back to me

Didn't deliver

Ordered flowers on the 11th for Mother's Day on the 14th. The delivery did not arrive and the company has now advised the delivery wouldn't be made until 16th May. They have now offered to credit me $30 from my $96 order despite my cancelling it two days prior to their first available delivery date. Appalling.

Disgusted

Absolutely disgusted. My husband arranged to have flowers sent to me for our 30-year wedding anniversary, and they did not arrive. We were redoing our honeymoon, and he wanted them sent to where we would be. They sent the flowers from Auburn, NSW to Eden, NSW, 6 hours away by car. Yes 6 hours away. The flowers finally arrived 2 days late, were wilted and looked like they had been picked out of someone's garden. Do not use this company. You will be throwing your money away. Our 30-year wedding anniversary was a big deal and these people got it so wrong. Pathetic absolutely pathetic

Funeral flowers did not arrive

I ordered flowers a week before funeral when & where was quite clear in instructions to Bloomex. I even 'live chat' with them the night before the funeral & was advise it would be done - flowers did not arrive for my family funeral. I am more then disgusted - appalled that they treat family funerals with such disrespect. I sincerely hope this business folds. It deserve no stars whatsoever Tip for consumers: Never, ever trust this Company. They totally disregard their own policys & have no respect for funerals - even with a weeks notice

My flowers haven't been delivered

Bloomex offered only Friday flower so i bought thru order # INV-77422 but have not delivered, my first order during the recent Valentines day arrived very very late but now haven't yet.

Do not use this service. They delivered old squashed flowers without any water and refused for a refund again do not you

The flowers arrived, and my old and squashed into a box without any water to support them. They are in embarrassment. The company also refuses to give a refund which is an utter disgrace.

Non delivery of goods

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day, and they did not arrive on the day, next day still no delivery, phoned the courier and was told nothing on board under my wife's name. Tried contacting Bloomex via live chat, phone, email and no response at all. I will be not recommending this company to anyone, in fact I will ensure that they are discredited on all types of social media I can

Worse service ever don use

There was a glitch in the website and keep coming up with an error when payment button clicked. Went to orders morning in there so tried again same error message . Looked at bank account next morning to see to payment taken out Refused to refund me said order had been processed 5 days to delivery date and I have two emails stating they couldnt process order because they did have a delivery address

Poor quality

How does the company even function with so many bad reviews. Their policy states they reserve the right to change the flower order if the flowers are no longer available. I have never had a company send something else other than what I had ordered, so never thought to look. They came a day earlier. Exact opposite to what I ordered. Yet on the website it is still showing that these flowers are available. There morning my friend sent me a pic and the flowers are falling off already and looking 4 days old. They didnt arrive in a good way and there was no powder to add to the water. What a joke and how sad that a company with so many bad reviews has caused so much grief in moments when flowers are supposed to create connection and love.

Long Resolution

1st flower delivery for birthday arrived 4 days late and wilted. 2nd Xmas replacement arrangement arrived dismantled. 3rd. Fruit replacement arrived stinking rotten. Only after 3 attempts would they refund 1/2 of the last replacement order. Not original money spent. All to my lovely mother-in-law. We would usually laugh, but was worried every time I said there was a replacement coming. Have been a customer for many years, but no more. Bye Bloomex. You've gone real bad.

BLOOMEX LIED AND EPICALLY FAILED TO DO WHAT IT AGREED

Ordered flowers online. Order Placed on 8th of dec for delivery on the 10th of dec. Receive email on the 9th stating order confirmed. Sat the 10th rolls around, its after 3 and no delivery. I start to call bloomex ( internationally mind you as im overseas at roaming rates). I am assured on 3 seperate phone calls that I initiated that they have checked with the courier company and they deliver until 9pm. So now as I write this review, the persons birthday has come and gone, the flowers were apparently collected on the 9th and best case scenario the earliest these "fresh" flowers can be delivered as they do not do sunday delivery is monday the 12th by sheer miracle. Imagine how terrible they will arrive if they arrive. I requested to cancel and get a refund as the order was for flowers for someones birthday to be delivered as confirmed by bloomex, but this is just the tip of the ice burg... never was a tracking number provided, and one of the operators informs me that he could not access the courier site, so I got the tracking number finally and low and behold, it states estimated delivery 15th of december...what a joke...after emailing their contact email and leaving my details when they were busy..no one responds...no call backs.. just an absolute joke. Do not use them. Use anyone else but them. Save your self the hassel and disappointment. I still dont know what they are wasting my time investigating, as far as I am concerned they have failed at doing their stated business, deliver flowers as agreed. And after all that I get a message to say the flowers which were collected by courier on the 9th for delivery on the 10th would be delivered on the 12th! For what is meant to be fresh flowers delivered on someones birthday...JUST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
