Totally Ripped off and lied to!!
This Law Group has devastated me! After the death of my husband I was fighting for my home! The bloom Law Group took my money and falsely took my money to save my home! The whole time they knew it was a scam and they were absolutely stealing from me and my deceased husband! I want my money back in its entirety from these scandalous people! I'm devastated over what has happened and I want restitution made at the very least,!!

They took our money and made promises but did nothing for us.
We have left messages and no call back as of yet. We paid I believe right off the top of my head 4400.00. They told us to file bankruptcy and we did. That stopped the foreclosure. Then it was put back on the foreclosure list they said file bankruptcy again we did and that stopped the foreclosure. They did nothing with our bankruptcy we did everything. Then they no longer answered our calls. We paid 4400.00 dollars for them to do nothing. Another firm referred them to us. I will be filing a claim with the State Bar Association. I am still in my house and I have no more money to hire another attorney Its almost a year later and by the grace of God we are here and fighting for our home.

Ripped off and deceived by Bloom
I hired the bloom Law Group to help me save my home after the death of my husband. I paid them $1,000 down and $850 a month for 4 months thereafter. I'm distraught at what this Law Firm has done to me. Nothing was done to save my home! They just disappeared! The phone was disconnected my emails keep coming back as undeliverable I didn't know what was going on. Only through Google did I see there was a problem. I want my money back! I'm on disability I live for month to month and I don't have money to pay attorneys that rip people off like me who are in a devastating situation already! I want my money back that's the least they can do!

I have paid these people over $3,000.00. I feel that they took all of my money and left me hanging. I asked them up front was this a scam and they swore that it was not. I just want a lawyer to help represent all that was cought up in this mess so that we can get our monies back and send them to jail. I really need legal help so that my home doesn't go into foreclosure. I was told not to talk to my mortage company. I was advised to let them do the work. I already have a messed up mortgage company, that the reason I went to them in the first place. It is so hard to find a real estate lawyer that will work in your state. Paid $5000.00 for them to force my mortgage co to lower payments. nothing done.
Back in May 2017 I hired Bloom Law Group to get my mortgage company to lower interest and make payments lower. I paid the $1250.00 for 5 months. Not paying my mortgage per there instructions. Nothing was accomplished. Now I see they are in trouble. I tried to call my contact Lauren Moses, line is shutoff. I tried to call the main number. Nothing. How do I proceed to get my money back. This is unacceptable for this company to prey on innocent people that just want to stay in there homes. I need to know how to proceed with this situation. They set up payment of 4 payment of 1200.00 and now I unable to reach anyone and the number is not in service. Now my monthly payments are 1900.00 or I have to sale my home. I am so pissed that I thought I was getting help but didn't receive any. I got to figure out what to do next or loss my home. I need help but who can you trust. This law group should be able to return my funds to me so I can make the payments I need to save my home that I lived in for over 20 years. I'm so disappointed in people its sad.

They got me to send them 6!!! prefilled signed checks for 800.00 per check to help me stop foreclosure with Rushmore. Alex Sanchez and Kyle Hamilton are the *** of the earth. Solicited me promising to help me save my home. All of a sudden no Bloom left on the Rose. Vanished. No returned emails or phone calls. These people are the trash of society. I wish we could get the Attorney General of California to get our money back and put their *** behind bars where *** slither in the sewers. Phoney and nothing but lies and ***. Fricken ***. I am out 1600.00 right now and my house goes up for auction next month. Thank you very much Kyle Hamilton and Alex Sanchez. You lie,lielie.!!!!@#$$%$##@

FAKE ATTORNEY!!!
They stole $ 8,800 and lied. We where no longer able to contact them because they moved. Will be reporting them to the BBB. They promised to help keep our home and not go into foreclosure. They failed to do this and the house is now up for sale. These are not true attorney's and should feel ashamed for robbing people of their money. They should not be practicing. Please beware as this is not a true attorney nor firm. They will rob you of your money and then move to a new location and not return your calls. This is very sad.

i went with bloom law group and payed them $4,400.00 believing they were a law firm and when i checked with better business site it had 4 stars so i trusted them to help me get a loan modification. i was getting calls and emails from alex sanchez telling me of what docs he needed and he told me everything would be fine. all of a sudden he was not replying to my emails or phone calls. my house is now being filed for foreclosure. november 23th, 2016 i had a 25% chance of living a heart attach august 3 deaths in family i can't believe and now this please help me

I I was NOT in danger of forclosure
We were not in forclosure, just needed to reduce our house payment. We are at 9.8% interest. BUT NOW...OUR HOME IS A GONER!!!! Thanks to the wonderful works of Bloom Law Group!. They lied ....OUTRIGHT LIED... to get us to sign. Said they were assigning us a lawyer group that strictly works with TCF. SO.... why did they not know that tcf is not a fannie may or freddie mac loan? Cuz that is what u needed to do the program Obama put out there. Besides the fact that the company shut down in the middle of it all n took my $2500. If i could get that back, i could save my home!!! Been here 26 years. My 5 grandkids live with me. Now they are traumatized. 2-17 years old. This has always been their home. Karma is a {{REDACTED} Bloom!!!

Working on a Modification with my lender
I was referred to them by a friend and when I call they told me that they can help me with my modification and the cost would be $4,000 because my case was a kind of a critical case. I was working with 2 Hispanic guys and they re assured me that they can help. I sent the check via FedEx to them. Everyday I stay in contact with them and their response is always waiting to hear back from them. The beginning of October 2017, I called and they first person's # was disconnected, then I call the second person and his # was also disconnected. So, I went online to see if the company has another # and that's when I see the message from them. How can I get my money back? This is not fare to people that are trying to save their homes and trying to make ends meet and for them to take our savings and for them to go scotch free. How can I get back my full amount of money that these thieves took from me under false pretense? I am VERY VERY upset that they took my hard earned money under false pretense. Who should I contact and what measures I need to take

I was contacted by an individual named Kent Rocharfs, phone # 1-32*-274-**** who put me in contact with Lauren Mosen, phone #'s are 1-81*-584-**** and 1-81*-930-****. I have also lost monies to them in the amount of $1000.00. after they took my money and I kept trying to reach them, with no result I decided it might be best to put the next check on hold. I have gone as far as contacting the state bar about them and as most of you may already know they don't exist, well anyway I am filling out a complaint form through the California State Bar Association, I may get my money I may not who knows, but i'm willing to try anything at this point.

Finally Shut Down Fraudulent Law Firm
I received a email from Robb Evans and associates to inform me that that Bloom Group was shut by the Federal Trade Commisson for Fraudulent Law practices when it comes to Loan Modfications. I hired Bloom Law Group Nine months ago to help me negotiate a lower monthly payment and interest rate. After six long months of supposed negotiations I now have a higher monthly payment and about the same interest rate. And I am out of $4800.00 for absolutely nothing in my favor it was all about take the clients money and run. I would never thought that a supposed legal team would do their clients this type of injustice. I am hoping that I can get at least some of my retainer back in my checking account after all I at least deserve that much from Bloom.

I paid the bloom group a lot of money for a modification now they are gone with an excuse that they are under a recievership. This is a lie if this was to happen clients would be notified and transfered to another law firm. Phone and email closed whats up. We got ripped off
