Price on order more than twice as much that I agreed to.

I received an add saying that I could spin a wheel and get 40% off of the usual price. When the order came, it was priced at full price! Seemed like a scam!

Did not receive an e-mail in time after i sent my 1st message

To whom it may concern: I have been a customer of Blissy and have placed multiple orders of pillowcases from your company. I have never had a problem until this time. I placed an order on Saturday and when I received the e-mail confirming my order with all the details, I noticed the shipping address was not correct. Once I saw that I immediately sent an e-mail out explaining that it needed to be changed. In the interim I sent a second e-mail out saying, I still have not received an answer to my 1st e-mail . By the time my e-mail was answered it was already being shipped. I called today to find out why it wasnt answered before it was shipped out. I was told that it was too bad but they only received one e-mail and it was too late by then to correct it. I informed the person I was talking to that I have the copies of the two e-mails sent out. One was sent right after I saw that the shipping address was incorrect. I was told the person whose address it was shipped to could reject the package. I told the person on the phone that this is a working household and no one is home to reject the package. They told me the addressee would have to ship it back at my cost to Blissy and I could reorder it. I feel that I have been a good customer and I should receive a free return label as most companies do. She said your company doesnt do this. Needless to say, I am more than disappointed with that answer and I will not reorder this item, nor will I place anymore orders to Blissy. I have been a loyal customer and I dont feel that this is the correct way to handle this situation. At this time you are a very popular company and might not care if you loose a customer, but as time goes by even the popular companies can loose enough clients, given different situations and become no longer popular. Shipping/Delivery promise not met

Their shipping policy states:Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using the following carriers: DHL Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery I needed this as a gift for the 27 March and, based on previous positive experiences, thought perfect no problem. I ordered pillowcase on the 12 March, called on the 17 March and was promised these would be shipped in the next 24/48hours and they were not prepared to change anything fir me to make this happen faster ., basically we dont care At be they dont want or need my business anymore. So disappointing cause I love these pillowcases and was really hoping to gift them to my very ill brother in SA.

Order error

I placed an order for 1 queen size pillow case then proceded to order 1 more so there would be 2 at a special price. At checkout 4 pillowcases showed up plus the 1 this is an error which i would like to correct but could not get order page back on phone, i am ready to call aex and cancel if this is not resolved.thank you. ..

Don't like the way I had to order

Product is wonderful. I have ordered before with no problem. Ordering on this sight was horrible. I could not erase errors. It took so long I gave up and sent the order hoping to get it before Christmas. In the mean time I had a stroke and spent the better part of the month in hospital and rehab.

Was charged wrong for pillowcases I just ordered. Needs to be corrected

I just ordered four mulberry pillow cases from you guys at Blissy, suppose to be 49.97, 55percent off, and you charged my account 199.97. Please credit my account for difference ASAP. Thanks for attending and correcting this matter. I dont want to have to sue your company for ripping me off. Not good for your business.

Resolved: Can’t contact closed

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Well they never offered a discount, they credited my order then the next day I received the order, I called back and they wanted to charge my account the new price but they didn’t because I said I didn’t have to call them that I had received the order, the 1st person I called was really rude but the second 1 was ok, not sure I would recommend them to anybody.

Phoned and you are closed, bought 3 pillowcases and visa charged Dec12/22, for 217.00 phoned Dec28/22 and I was told they would be here by the end of the week, I phoned today Jan 5/23 office closed, still no pillow cases or tracking number I want my money back asap, not sure your company is reputable anymore

Really bad service ordered 3 pillow cases dec12/22, phone last week about the 28th of Dec said they would be here the end of the week, it is now the 5th of Jan and I called you are closed.

3 pillowcases ordered dec12/22, phoned dec28th and they said that they would be delivered at the end of the week it is now Jan 5/22 and I called and they said the office is closed, I want my money back as I think you are closing the business, very unhappy with your service as I paid 217.00 for a product I am never going to receive

My parcel has not arrived and am getting no help from the company

My parcel has not arrived and all I am being told is to contact the delivery company which I have explained i have tried with no success I have spent a large amount of money and they were supposed to be Christmas presents ! The problem is still not resolved and now my emails are not being answered!

I finally received a phone call from the supervisor last night only to be left in tears and in complete utter frustration. She would not let me get a word in and hung up on me. After I contacted customer support and spoke with a representative I later saw a partial credit for my order. And although I do appreciate the partial credit, I just wanna point out that this is a very disgusting company! I have screenshots of the website from a week ago where it stated it was OK to use the dryer on the lowest heat setting and now its been taken down and it stated to air dry only. I was being blamed this entire time by their customer support supervisor, and treated unfairly. I believe that I deserve a full refund for everything because of the horrible business practices that they knowingly knew of these changes yet continued to me is sickening! Buyers please be aware that although these items are very well-made and are beautiful, you will encounter problems with their customer support team. Its not worth the frustration! User's recommendation: Stay away.

Unreliable company

DiI would just like to say that this company is a joke! I purchased several items on their website less than a month ago, including their recommended wash and mesh bags only to have them ruined. I followed the instructions exactly as they were on the bottle which does indicate to wash using the mesh bags, using their detergent washing on cold, and on a delicate cycle, and if needed using the dryer on the lowest heat setting for no more than 20 mins. I followed all of these instructions, with no other items in the wash or dryer, and no added detergent or dryer sheets. my stuff was ruined and it came out with a white film! I got an email from them stating that its best to wash them by hand. If this is so then their bottle and their website should not say that its OK to wash on a delicate cycle and dry on a low heat setting. I followed the instructions and this unfortunately was my outcome. I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor yesterday or today and have not heard from them. I keep getting told that shes very busy and will call me whenever she can. This is unacceptable!

Non confirmation of my recent orders and no response to my emails.

I placed orders with you on 22 & 25 November for 3 pillowcases in total and have heard nothing from you. I have receipts from paypal for both of these orders and I am quite concerned about this. I have an order number for the one I placed on 25 November and that is number 928752 but I haven't received an order number for the one placed on 22 November. I have had 2 messages saying that I had placed orders and had earned Blissy Rewards but have heard nothing since. Could you please let me know asap the status of my orders and also, could you tell me why I have not received a reply to the three emails I have sent regarding this matter. Thank you
