I don't have control of my blink account

I have been going through this for a year and I want to use my cameras to catch these thieves who keep breaking into my house and wifi. I was told to contact y'all when I decided the email I want to use with my blink account and I have decided on j5438****@***.com please connect my blink account to this email thanks for your time and consideration

About the back plate with prig replacement

You sent this via ups the contacted Me said they had the wrong address and would deliver it the following day. I tracked it and at 3 51 pm they said they tried to deliver it. Someone was hone and no one rang the bell for entrance or called me nor was there a notice left. I called ups said they would get back to me within the hour which they failed to do and never got back to me at all. Needless to say not happy with ups and still have not received my product

Customer service sucks ***

Had 1 blink inside cam. Bought 6 more. My phone # changed and I lost my password. According to David there is no way for me to get them to send the 2 step authentication to my existing email or new phone! So, I am sending them all back to Amazon and buying something else. Gawd!!!

Module still off line.

Been waiting 3 days now to get issue resolved, its almost like they dont want to resolve it to force you to buy new module.

Customer service interaction

Called because system module was off line, went through all trouble shooting before call. The rep I got was hard to understand and was not helpful at all. He stated he could not find my email address I told him I had received and email earlier from blink team so he ask the email address which is same-one I had given earlier.

Cannot connect internet

I cannot zinc the blink to the internet, can only get the bell to ring on my phone, so no intercom or camera, can you help please? Was bought as a present off Amazon

Love the quality of the camera. AND the price!

My rep just needed to reboot because of a power outage from storm. He was very knowledgeable and patient.I bought this camera from Best Buy in Miramar Beach Florida

Again, youre *** company sucks pick the *** phone up when people call im trying to troubleshoot my camera and I cant even get to a person because youre stupid idiots only have this robotic *** response beyond frustrating

Red blink camera support not tv

I need help with account and cause I couldnt get pin verification sent to phone number so I couldnt get into my account and wanted to talk to a person to help me change phone number linked to my blink account but Im needing the blink support for a blink camera not the Blink TV support and this was the number to the Blink TV Support

Cannot get indoor camera to work. Can you repair it or replace it. The camera came with a set of outdoor cameras. None of the connected cables will activate the camera

Trying to renew on line and by phone. Online, hit pay nothing starts working. Call costumer service all three numbers no answer.

Bad service

I have a service agreement with Blink that I paid in advance & today when I sent a question to Blink I was sent a link to a trouble shooting site that required me to pay MORE to help me. This is BS

Terrible access to live customer service reps

I need to cancel plan ($10) membership. Blink doesn't work. Ive removed and discarded it. I do not want to be charged any additional funds and would like a refund
