Of course, you did not prescribe per the providers discretion... THAT IS HOW YOU ARE BEING THIEVES!!! Giving this *** excuse of Go see your doctor... WHICH IS *** when I have just seen him 4 months ago!!! I would bet YOU do that to ALL that come on here since you are NOT going to give the prescription for Just $10.00. STILL NOTHING BUT THIEVES... NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! Never refunded me...

Unhappy with subscription charge
I was using Blink and when I was canceled I assumed the subscription charge would be canceled. WRONG, you need to go in and cancel subscription or they will charge you 9.95 per month for absolutely nothing...

Total scammers. Be very careful. They are thieves. They take your money, they dont send the item, and never ever refund you and say the cost is because they wrote an email to you that they are not going to sell to you. A bunch of thieves for your hard work earned money. After I order it, they said our team does not approve your order and you will get a refund. They charged me and never gave me a refund. Today I called them, they said the cost of it was allocated to a consolation fee. The consultation fee for them means the email they sent me that I cannot order it! They said it is not refundable but their website does not say anything about not being refundable or anything about consultation fee. Simply they stole my money. AVOID These Scammer Thieves. They are thieves.

False advertisement.
They said they do not charge for delivery, the price of my prescription was $74.99 But they wanted to charge $105.99 for delivery included. The lady that talk to me said that there is a shortage, and they increased the price. 1st time I ordered was $59.99 I ordered several times, then they increase the price to $77.99. Now they said $105.99 with delivery included. Excuse me. That sounds like you're paying for delivery. I told the lady that I wanted a refund and to erase my account. They think they are the only game in town.

Haven't received anything in about a year,yet you have charged me for it.
So as I mentioned I contacted blink health about some pills that they've been billing my credit card for the last year, Btw I never received any pills, I contacted their customer service told them what happened; proceeded to ask for my money back,they said their policy will only cover 2 months refund they'll give me back ,I live in California I need to check out the laws here I have yet to do that, We have some of the strictest consumer protection laws in the country, So hopefully I'm going to be okay there.

I provide them of the receipt That I have paid to the company since February 2019 however they still didnt respond to my receipt yet and still deducting money from my account it is a terrible business idea of running the gym is no good and I would like them to refund my money back because I joined a different gym thank you

Make people aware
Don't do business with this company, they make it almost impossible to cancel membership, and I had a gray membership with no contract. They are charging my account even though I havent set foot in the gym in over a year. Stay away!

They Screwed me Over
This company is shady. I was getting Sildenafil from them. First thing to note is that sometimes what they sold me didn't work. Some of it did, some didn't. It gave me the impression of what drug dealers do - cutting the product - i.e. diluting it. Second, these guys one time sent me a package without anything in it! I couldn't believe it. When I called to complain their rep acted like I was lying. They sent the replacement but then stopped shipping me anything. Yet they still kept charging me. I didn't notice it until I was auditing my credit card statement - charged me four months when they didn't send me anything. I assumed they cancelled my account. S-H-A-D-Y.

Horrible customer service
had been a regular customer and decided to change medication, so ordered a different kind on the first of the month. very next day they charged me for old prescription, I immediately called them (15-20 minutes from when order was made) they said there was no way they could cancel the order once its placed even know it had just happened, and hadn't even been filled yet alone shipped. I switched medications and placed an order the previous day. so they charged me for new order and old one too. lost my business, and will make every attempt to share this horrible customer service experience with everyone I can.

If you get a good initial price with a refill, refill it right away
I had an initial 90 day prescription for about $90, which I thought was reasonable. It had 1 refill I just tried to refill and they now want about $900 for the same prescription and it has only been a little over 2 months since the initial purchase. Tnhat is almost a 1000% increase. UNFREAKINBELIEVABLE! THIS IS WHY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT our health care and prescription drug costs. WHAT A GIANT CORPORATE RIPOFF!

If you prefer integrity and plaudible business ethics in 'free' discount prescription services, I suggest you stay clear of 'Blink' and do NOT believe their highly deceptive advertising tactics.
I actually started out opening an account with Blink..although I will admit that I disliked the 'middle man' approach, rather than payment directly from purchaser to pharmacy. I then checked out Goodrx on the advice of two of my physicians - my PCP and a specialist. I have used them since and have compared prices regularly. Recently Blink advertised a 'chart' comparing their prices for certain drugs to Goodrx..with a lead-in stating "We beat GoodRx'. The prices they reflected for 'scripts' I use under Goodrx were way inflated and totally inaccurate..and they showed their prices as lower than Goodrx [and were still higher than what I pay monthly with Goodrx]. I notified Blink of this...since then I have received nothing but identical 'stock' replies [3 to date]..none of which addressed my complaint. I find the company deceptive; wholly unacceptable customer service and a gross DISSERVICE to those of meager means [e.g. senior citizens and those without drug coverage - or just those who wish to save even MORE than many drug plans]. I did not start out wishing this company any disservice or harm...only to let them know their advertised comparison prices were inaccurate. however they have now earned by total disrespect of their business - and major concern for those who may believe their advertisement claims.

this company will just take your money.i do not believe that they are concerned about anything other then that.like half the other companies on this planet. by the time they bust your chops for 10 bucks a .25mg pill.they throw in another 10 bucks a month service fee and your looking at paying 50 bucks for a 100mg generic viagra! really!!
