Pull chain on solar blind
Purchased this blind several years ago, plastic chain btoke and want to replace it with metal chain, is this possible? Otherwise im very happy with blind. Thank you.

Please forward this to your highest levels of your leadership as I will be not only following it up with a formal letter, but also I want to ensure that when the leadership reads the non stop negative reviews on every site possible they will understand why. 2. Please cancel my order immediately as I have contacted my credit card company and informed them of the disputed charge. 3.To the manager, James, whom has absolutely NO, NONE, ZERO, NATTA integrity and who attempted to blow smoke up our *** by sending a Fedex Tracking Number that has never been picked up. FedEx: The shipper has prepared your package; however, they have not yet given it to FedEx. The estimated delivery date and package status will be updated once we've received it and as it moves through our system. 4. We placed our order in May, with the guarantee that it would be to us before the end of June. It is now, 7 July and it is still in production. I can promise you this, from this day forward I will not stop posting negative reviews on ever site possible to ensure that every customer fully understand that Blindster.com is NOT a reputable site, that their leadership knowingly and blatantly lies directly to customers, that stated delivery times are false by weeks it not months, and that you are thieves who take customers money and do not provide a product, to name just a few.

Wouldn't give me Return Authorization numbers for warranted product.
Blindster.com posts a sign near the 55-plus community where I live in order to get the attention of seniors/elders who may not understand the term “Bait and switch”. The come-on is the limited lifetime warranty. If you buy this product, be sure to read the warranty. First of all, it isn’t transferable. If you move in 1 1/2 years after the former owner put their shades all over the house and they start to fail (even after installing new batteries like I did), Blindster will tell you that you’re on your own. Even if you’re the original owner, they’ll only repair them if you package them up yourself and pay for all of the shipping. I bought a house with Blindster shades on every window. The home was less than two years old and the motorized shades started to fail; three within four months. Since they won’t transfer the warranty, I called in a local technician. The repairman went directly to the battery pack ‘wands’ and switched them around. The shades they were taken from made the shades they were transferred to stop working. It seems that Somfy wands often fail. I learned that Somfy has a five year warranty that is extended to anyone who can get a return authorization number from a Somfy supplier. Of course, I asked Blindster to give me the return authorization numbers for the failing wands and they said no. What? Not only that, but they refused to tell me what made the only shade they would look at stop working. I think they didn’t want to say it was the wands and then refuse me the authorization number for Somfy. In summary, any failure of the blinds you buy from Blindster could start right away and may not be covered (if you aren’t the original purchaser) or will cost you plenty in batteries.
