CRAP CO. TAKES ORDER,MAKES COMMISSION, THEN NEVER CALLS U BACK 4 UPDATES ETC.

JULY 1, 2023- PLACED ORDER W BLINDS.COM JOHN CORTEZ HE SAID BLINDS WOULD COME JULY 14 & MEASUREMENT FROM HOME DEPOT JULY 24 (?) STRANGE BUT TRUE- BLINDS NEVER SHOW CALLED NO RETURN CALL. NEXT 07/07 GOT BRYAN FROM NC IN TX NOW HE CANCELLED ORDER PLACED NEW ONE NO CALL BACK NEXT CALLED GOT KYLE TOOK ORDER SAID I COULD ORDER ADDITIONAL VANES FOR VERTICALS BUT NEVER CALLED BACK 08/5 GOT AMBER WHO SAID SHE CANT ORDER ADDITIONAL VANES AS SHE HAS 2 SEE IF MANUFACTURER CAN DO IT- HUNG UP ON ME CUZ I SAID THIS IS BS GOING ON OVER A MONTH & MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED JULY 01- NO BLINDS COMING UNTIL END OF AUGUST- AMBER WOULD NOT GIVE ME A MANAGER OR MANUFACTURER # TO CALL AS I NEED VANES IN CASE 1 BREAKS. SERVICE IS BEYOND DISGUSTINGLY AWFUL & NON EXISTENT- RUN ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT WHO I FOUND OUT OWNS THIS SH_T COMPANY!!

Customer service. Is none. Does not to try to please the customer after buying blinds for my new home.

The shades in my bedroom has a gap in the middle of window. I had the installer come back to look at the shades and he agreed that there is a space.he suggested if l want to get a one piece instead of the two shades. That is unacceptable to me. The store did not tell me about the gap and I would have to pay for the new shades.

Order never completed

I placed an order back in March or April for blinds for my entire house. everything was installed as ordered except for the blinds and the back doorway. They were the wrong fabric. The person who came to my house was named Marie or Maria Medina m e d i n a I believe she was out of Norwalk Connecticut. I have tried and tried to call you people and I'm sick of it. The next call I make is to the attorney general of Connecticut cuz I don't know what else to do about getting my money back or getting these blinds fixed. I hope you can find the order cuz I sure as *** can't.

To help others not to buy these low quality products

Low quality Very expensive (1800$) The customer service and the store are not responsive just dilly dallying to waste your time and make you tired so you let it go and do not follow up. several issues in measurement, preinstallation & installation and after 3 months passed from the installation still having issue and the blind is not at my place!!! As you might see in pictures, they are not aligned.

Shutter screw up in eatontown nj store

Over the past year I have purchased thousands of dollars of shutter from the above store. We recently just had placed another order for two more window shutters. Today the installer came who was beyond excellent, however he advised the store cant find one of the shutter doors. My wife called the store and spoke with Ron who totally blamed the installer and had some poor feeble explanation that we will rush the factory to make another one as soon as possible, all he was able to say was I dont know Im not sure. You have my money, order paid in full! My wife sat around and took the day off (not compensated by the way) and now must take another day off for one lousy shutter door thats missing!!! I then called the store, and spoke with Robert, and had a completely different story, saying it was at another store, they are trying to locate it! Why would your even send an installer out with an incomplete order? When I complete the rest of the windows in my house, I will have to rethink company utilizing blinds to go! michael del viscovo

Bad service, waste of time and money

I am from Florida, I scheduled a home consultation from blinds to go they have the worst customer service. My order was shipped weeks ago, but no one is responsive for scheduling installation. The sales representative I initially worked with said I could contact her if I needed assistance. She was also unresponsive for days. When she finally responded, I was given the same number that had already not helped. Emails, telephone calls, and texts get no appropriate response. Contact made by multiple methods and still no blinds. They have my money though. If you are desperate for reasonably priced blinds and are willing to wait an extended period of time and subjected to poor customer service Blinds to go is perfect for you and your needs

Horrible Experience all around

Worst experience EVER with a company. Initial appt. with my designer went fine. Ordered blinds to be delivered and installed in a few weeks. Fast forward two weeks..blinds were installed off center, 3 for my sunroom doors were cut too narrow, 5 were missing was told they were on back order. I found out almost a month later that they were never ordered. 4 were the wrong color, a color I never approved or even wanted. I was promised an upgrade or refund. I considered the upgrade but chose the refund after I could not get any answers as to what the upgrade would be. I was promised the refund for over a week, was told that it was processed. Never received the refund, all calls, texts, and emails were ignored by my designer Kristin. I put in a dispute with my bank and left a bad note on the survey they provided me. I was contacted by Kristin's manager, Edy, and was told she was going to help me. For a week or so she told me she would get back to me, she didn't. She was always to busy even after telling me she was available to help me. So many excuses since day one. She also seemed to not want to have an contact via text or email, only phone. I wonder if that's because she didn't want anything in writing. Needless to say my dispute with my bank is continuing and I expect to get my money back very soon. Do not use them, you may be sorry you did.

Complaint

Ive never been so pissed off at a company. When in-home consultant came to home I specifically asked if Id be able to control shade with my phone, which I was told I would; however, was never told that you would need additional hub to do so. I addition, my installer was over 2hrs late, and the charging cord for motor was on opposite side. Still having issues with installer coming back out to replace the motor with the charging cord on the correct side

Blinds falling down due to poor installation

my whole house blinds were installed in Feb. 2021. in June 2022, they have began to suddenly fall from the installation point directly to the floor, blind with hanger attached. Twice now. We discovered that they were not installed into the wood, only into the sheetrock without molleys. So the daily opening and closing of the shades will eventually loosen each shade in my home and cause it to fall and potentially break the shade itself or cause damage to something ( computer, etc.). We paid $250 for installation and I expect better workmanship. My husband is 80 and should not be on a ladder trying to fix this. This is the 2nd house we have had BTG furnish shades for us, and definitely the last time I use you. Less expensive? not in the long run. poorer quality product, workmanship and installation..

Refund

Refund request. Blinds To Go was unable to install my shades. I am requesting a full refund. The installer listed the window was too high. This is confusing since Blinds To Go did the original installation. Height was never an issue. Why is it an issue now I want the refund postage to my credit card used to purchase the shave

Incorrect order And late

My order was late, they didnt bring my order, so I have to go to ask. They dont answer the phone at the store.two of the three blinds came wrong. The rollers were opening in front of the windows instead of the inside as I ordered them

Bad service from the store

I have called more then 20xs to try and get the refund back. The problem that we have been having from the being has been the store and the install team. They have been out to my house in total of seven times to correct the first install. Every time the shutters where installed wrong and measuring was in correct. We where told we will be refunded and have not been. We ordered in November of 2021 and they are still not done as of June 2022.

Poor service - lying consultants - broken promises

Blinds arrived damaged by Fed ex, we refused them and called the store purchased from they informed us they were notified by Fed ex that they were refused due to damage. They asked us to supply them with pictures as if they didn't believe us and gave me an email address that the pictures would not go to! Still waiting for the reorder that they claimed they made!

Ordered and paid in full 2/9 told 4 week delivery! They were to be delivered to our new home in Fla. They went to store ordered from in Delaware. Called store in Del. To locate them and told Fla. Address was on the boxes& they would ship them. Still waiting! Mule mail? It's 4/13!

VERY Dissatisfied

If I can give this company ZERO stars, I will. Ordered a blind on Feb 02, 22. After 7 weeks, they couldn't find my order, then they said it was shipped and then they said it was lost. Salesman said he will reorder and it will take a week. After 2 weeks, I called and they said it's back-ordered and don't know when it will be in stock. Salesman wanted to sell me a different blind but I need to replace this one to match the rest of the house. Here's the kicker, they can't issue a refund to my CC because my original CC used was compromised and had to be replaced. Salesman said ONLY way to get a refund is to wait 4-8 weeks and a check will be coming from Canada. Save yourself the hassle with dealing with a company that has no showroom, only salesman and factory in NJ and finance is in another country. Go with a local company in your area that you can walk into a showroom and see the product and have someone take care of you in person. This company will didn't even call me, I have to call to find out where my product is, was it reshipped etc. They couldn't even call me to tell me it was back-ordered. I had to call and find out. I will never recommend blinds to go ever to anyone. Stay clear

I had a wonderful salesperson, Doris Reese, who went out of way to help me out when I had a problem with one of the shades I ordered. She was very patient and helpful.

One of my shades came in damaged and Doris Reese from the Valley Stream store went over and above to get me a new shade. She was very pleasant and accommodating.
